This morning was already close to 90 degrees, and I honestly just came in here to finish up a business call. The air conditioning was right on cue and it was just what I needed, because the shopping center where this store is located has zero trees and zero shade. I was on the phone for a good 8 minutes and no one bothered me or asked what I was doing. Then I needed a pen to write down some information. I was not that prepared as you can see. Georgia was super nice to me and walked to show me where there were some pens by the register. That was so kind of her. Then I noticed a Dove bar of soap that normally sells for more than $4.00 anywhere else. Here it was less than $1.25. Georgia helped me again while I purchased the soap. We were in the area and decided to drop by. Found everything we needed and then some. There were quite a few boxes laying around but a lot is happening at the Dollar Tree. It's also the Holiday season. The store manager, April is the sweetest. She is so humble and took the time to have a conversation with us and had a lovely sense of humor. Made our visit that much better! Overall, I'm glad we got a chance to visit while everything is still $1. Prices will be going up soon. read more

Cedar Park strip mall looks a lot better. The renovation has made a blight, into a pleasant looking spot. The Dollar Tree in here is of substantial size. Technically it's the $1.25 "tree" now due to inflation, but cards can still be found 2 for $1. That's a way to save money. They do have a lot of products at this one, but this can lead to quite a bit of customers. As not particularly thrilled by crowds, I find this to be an inconvenience. Yet the store does a good job, with employees keeping up as best as they can. Usually check out is sped up by several employees, if the lines get out of hand. They have some decent coffee mugs, candies, and stocking stuffers. Also you can get an occasional surprise in the book section. This and other locations, can help you save a few bucks. This location had some of the cutest paper lanterns that are battery operated, i ended up getting 4 to alternate on the balcony. They had an abundance of spooky things and other decorations as well. The cashier was a sweet, elderly woman who was fun to chat with. I think it would be great to have two people there at all times at least because it does get busy and when customers wanted balloons it seemed like there was some annoyance with the employees which isn't their fault, but anyways definitely a great DT! read more

My inner room mom came out the week of Valentine's Day and I wanted to make sure that my daughter was going above and beyond the Valentine's Day gift giving requirements for the two year old set. This Dollar Tree was highly rated on Yelp so I stopped by to check out their selection and quite honestly, I was a bit disappointed in the variety. The Valentine's Day selection was paltry (probably my fault because I came close to crunch time) but even the rest of the aisles lacked the glee and wonder that usually comes with shopping at dollar stores. For basics, balloons, and craft supplies this place is great and as others have mentioned everything is under a dollar! This may be my favorite dollar store. The isles are open and clean. There is a good variety of stuff, they have snacks and treats, travel size items, cleaning supplies, cards, hair accessories, office supplies, as well as interesting side items. Last time I was there several folks were grabbing Frozen branded items to use as party favors. Unlike some other dollar store locations I do not dread the checkout. The staff has been nice, informed, and attentive, and I have not had any problem using a card instead of cash. While there are other dollar store locations closer to home this is the one I prefer to visit. Partly because of this Dollar Tree (OK, and the Wine Outlet in the same mall) I have changed my primary route through Vienna. read more

About a 3.5 not bad at all but a bit unorganized at times! This location in particular can get pretty messy and not carry certain items that other dollar tree locations have in the area, although that really is not a big deal. They do have the basics which is great but it can get unorganized here. It kind of feels like a smaller dollar tree in comparison to the Annandale and Fairfax location but again I think that's because they don't carry as much stock you can find in those particular stores. The Vienna location carries great balloons and they are almost usually always in stock which is awesome! Their staff is pretty nice especially those who fill the balloons up. It can get pretty messy with their inventory here so just keep this in mind when your trying to buy a particular item. Nothing special about this dollar tree - it's what I expected of a cheap goods store. Inside is stocked decently, though a but dim lit and disorganized. I like that they usually have seasonal things that can be used as quick party favors, and my son likes that they have such a large selection of helium balloons (which they'll fill up a new one for you if you ask). They sometimes have a staffing issue, so you may have to wait around for someone to check you out. read more

While walking through the aisle looking for the disinfectant wipes and I found them by a whole bunch of boxes the manager had to unpack. It looked like the manager has her work cut out for her. This place can have many things that are useful, you just might not get a lot of quantity in the items you buy. I like Dollar Tree and I like the Vienna location. Super deals and good value for many items.

This store is big and clean and well-organized and well-stocked. Some Dollar stores, especially the true $1 stores like this one, are jammed, jumbled and stock mostly party-favor junk. This is totally different. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase anything I saw in there, if I needed it. The owner can seriously be proud and I told them I'd write them a great review and here it is. I can specifically note their oven-cleaner product (like Easy-Off) and their 96 oz bleach, which is about half the price of Walmart's store-brand bleach. read more

And my very first Yelp review goes to..... THE DOLLAR STORE :) In an effort to find a party store in the area a co-worker recommended this store. I thought why not, so I went in, the gentleman that assisted me with the balloons I needed was so helpful and the lady at the register was very nice as well! I was able to find all I needed for an impromptu party at the office. When I needed more party supplies with out a doubt I stopped in again. This time there was about 6 people in line with only 1 register open. I left and came back and there was no line! I thought great! but as soon as I approached the register the lady was very rude and practically yelled at me when I asked about the Balloons, saying they don't have balloons, I think she realized how loud her tone was due to my reaction bc she slightly lowered it to tell me that they didn't have a helium tank... Great selection and price on greeting cards. Most a two for $1 and are Hallmark. The store is well stocked with a variety of products at bargain prices. Connie is amazing. She is very busy but still was able to help me find small gift bags in a variety pack that saved me a ton of money. Sometimes the aisles get cluttered while they are restocking and sometimes the checkout lines get long but for the amount of money you are saving it is worth it. I pass this place on my way home fairly often and I'd never stopped by until today. I was in search of s'mores stuff. The one staff person restocking was really helpful finding the marshmallows. I found everything else I needed and a bunch of other random stuff including some apple cider. The cashier was polite and friendly. This dollar store is fairly large and not in a busy area, so you can shop in peace. Not easy to find though.
