They also have several long sleeve shirts that I like too They have a lot of the Patagonia and Columbia style clothing on display which were nice. There is a very nice Columbia duffle roller bag that is quite large for only $430! I was helped by 2 of the employees which again is something that is hard to come by at any of the big box sporting goods stores. I liked what I saw and it was a decent experience for my first time here

We both were very impressed with Store employees Almaz and Ruth, who spent time helping my friend try on the new shoes. Almaz offered her expertise in actually trying on/walking in the 3 pair we liked. Ruth had very informative and insightful shoe and industry tips. We enjoyed their input very much. They both enhanced our Ecco store purchase of one updated, stylish pair of tie up leather shoes that can be worn dressy or casual. The time and care we received felt personalized and is greatly appreciated.

Once arrived I was kindly greeted by Almaz who was very pleasant and extremely helpful! We ended up having to try a multitude of different sizes and styles. Almaz urged me to walk around the store with the different shoes and pulled insoles out of pairs to get a better idea of fitting options. The entire time Almaz was amazing help with exceptional customer service, even at the very end of her shift. Needless to say both the Leesburg and Tyson's location had great sales representatives that made the process of finding the right shoes easy and I looking forward to using the pair I purchased!

This evening was not a good experience and I was very disappointed. Upon entering the Coconut Point store in Estero Florida, I was not greeted even though there were no other customers in the store. There were two women working there. One appeared to be texting on her phone. In the past, when I picked out clothing, the sales associate would put them in a fitting room with my name on it. Not today. I carried all the clothes around the store until I was ready to try them on. In the past, the sales people would check on me and offer to find things in different sizes or offer suggestions on what accessories would go with the clothes. Not today. My husband went out and found things in different sizes for me, while the sales people watched him, or texted. When I was ready to purchase, my husband asked if we could get some customer service for a change. One woman ignored us and the other responded that she didn't know we needed any customer service. I guess it's not in her job description to ask if we needed any help. Then she proceeded to ring up the merchandise. She was pleasant enough, but I would have received more help at Macy's. Their service has gone downhill and I'm not a happy customer. I'm giving two stars because the clothes are still nice, but their customer service is more than lacking.

I came here after work and the store was super organized and clean. The staff was very helpful and attentive which is the reason why I spent over $300 lol. The collection during the fall is just the best at loft. Their quality is good and they cater to petites such as myself! I also have a bit of hips so Loft also caters to women like myself. Parking here is garage parking or street parking and both are paid. I wish they validated parking - would be helpful to the customer. Overall a great experience and I found what I was looking for. I would come back here again.

I stopped by The Shoe Shoppe in Tysons because I have a pair of slingback heels that I love, but…read morethe back strap constantly slips off my foot and makes them almost impossible to walk in. I really wanted to wear them to my cousins wedding and this shop came recommended. I originally thought the strap needed to be shortened, but the staff suggested a different fix. They told me that adding a pad under my foot and a non-slip band on the strap would solve the issue. It helped a little, but not completely leaving me somewhat disappointed. In addition to not receiving a complete fix, what really disappointed me was the service or lack thereof. The man working there barely looked up from what he was doing and never asked me to try on the shoe to see the problem for himself. He gave short, vague suggestions and seemed uninterested in actually helping. I had to walk back and forth to the shelves three separate times to find the products he mentioned, rather than him taking a moment to show me where they were. The whole interaction felt dismissive and rushed. The shop itself is tucked away inside Tysons Mall, so it is easy to miss unless you are looking for it. While it is convenient if you are already nearby, I would not make a special trip back. For a store that specializes in shoes, I expected more attention and care. The experience left me unimpressed and still struggling with the same pair of shoes.
