In addition to not receiving a complete fix, what really disappointed me was the service or lack thereof. The man working there barely looked up from what he was doing and never asked me to try on the shoe to see the problem for himself. He gave short, vague suggestions and seemed uninterested in actually helping. I had to walk back and forth to the shelves three separate times to find the products he mentioned, rather than him taking a moment to show me where they were. The whole interaction felt dismissive and rushed. The shop itself is tucked away inside Tysons Mall, so it is easy to miss unless you are looking for it. While it is convenient if you are already nearby, I would not make a special trip back. For a store that specializes in shoes, I expected more attention and care. The experience left me unimpressed and still struggling with the same pair of shoes.

The Truth Does Hurt !! I was excited waiting on my shoes to arrive for a New Year's Eve event…read more.. but sad to say, I was totally shocked and extremely disappointed at the shape my $1200 Gucci sneakers arrived in. The right shoe was stained,discolored and appeared to be worn ( And no, these shoes were not ordered from a third party site, but directly online from Neiman Marcus ! ) And when I contacted the customer service at the Tyson Corner location, I was told I couldn't exchange my shoes, but had to spend another $1200 until my first purchase was refunded. I couldn't believe such a reputable company would allow something so blatantly absurd to occur. The only silver lining in this entire ordeal, was the supervisor once reached at the Tyson location, vowed that she would get to the bottom of who allowed such a blunder to transpire.
