Despite my numerous attempts to contact the shop, they completely ignored my calls and failed to provide any updates on the delivery status throughout the day. I felt increasingly anxious as the hours passed, wondering if my order would ever arrive. Finally, around 4:30 PM, I managed to get through to someone, only to be informed that they had my order but wouldn't be able to deliver it until 8 PM. This news was disheartening, as I had hoped for a prompt delivery to make the day special. To make matters worse, the delivery didn't arrive until 8:48 PM, well after the shop had already closed for the day. This delay not only ruined the timing of my surprise but also left me feeling helpless and frustrated. When the package finally arrived, I discovered that they had neglected to include the roses and the vase, which were essential parts of my order. Now, I find myself unable to reach anyone for assistance since the delivery occurred after hours, leaving me in a state of utter disappointment. This level of service is entirely unacceptable, especially considering that I spent over $150 on this order. As a first responder who works 48-hour shifts with only a 48 hour break in between, I miss out on numerous holidays and special moments with my loved ones. I dedicate myself to my job and work hard for my money, and while these gifts may seem trivial to your company, they hold significant meaning for those I care about. They are a way for me to express my love and appreciation, especially when I can't be there in person. When I choose your products to convey my feelings, and you fail to deliver, it feels devastating. It's not just about the money; it's about the thought and effort I put into this gesture. To add insult to injury, my loved ones, in their kindness, tipped your delivery person, completely unaware that he had not completed the delivery properly. He didn't even take the time to verify the correct order or follow my specific delivery instructions, which were meant to ensure a smooth and heartfelt experience. This oversight made it impossible for me to FaceTime my loved ones during the delivery, diminishing the impact of my gift. This entire experience has left me feeling disheartened and frustrated. I had hoped for a memorable celebration, but instead, I am left with disappointment and a sense that my efforts to show love and appreciation have been disregarded. I truly expected more from your service, and I hope that future customers do not have to endure a similar experience. The worst. Took my order, it was delivered late, way past the time indicated so my recipiente wasn't even home. In addition, product description ws that flowers came in a vase. I'm surprised to see the iffy reviews for this EA shop - I've ordered arrangements from this location many times as gifts, and have received one or two myself. They have always done a stand-up job of putting a nice, full-looking basket together. I know they are quite pricey though. Compared to some of the other local Edible Arrangement shops I've ordered from these guys have done a great job. The delivery has always been on time as well. I will continue to order from them for local gifts in Burke. read more

UPDATE: they sent me another arrangement but forgot to include the chocolate heart. But at this point I'm not even going to bother to call and ask. The arrangement itself was beautiful and had fresh fruit. Upon the delivery they apologized and asked if I would take the review down. Which lead me to believe " did this company just send me a new arrangement so that they could bribe me to take it down? Or did they send me a new one because it was the right thing to do?" If it was one hair I would have taken the review down, but it was SEVEN hairs. I simply want to warn others of what their purchasing and their business practices. I refuse to support a business that has such appalling ethics and questionable "customer service". NEVER AGAIN. I would never, ever recommend this place to anyone! Arrangement itself was beautiful but what came on it wasn't! I found MULTIPLE hairs stuck to my arrangement after sharing it with my friends and family. I'm embarrassed, disgusted, and feeling quite sick after consuming a 3rd of the arrangement before noticing the hairs. I ordered from this store yesterday for my mothers birthday and she never received them. I called them multiple times after I placed my order and they said they are sending it out. Not sure exactly what happened, but nothing was received. They didn't have an issue taking my money, but they couldn't even do what their business is. Although the arrangement was nice and the recipients enjoyed it, the arrangement was delivered late. I understand that the inclement weather played a factor into the late delivery, but this was meant for Valentine's Day and we did not receive any sort of email or phone call letting us know that the arrangement wouldn't arrive on time. In fact, we did receive an email indicating that the delivery would be made as scheduled. This led us to contact the recipients spoiling the surprise. We will probably use this again since the fruit was fresh, but the service was horrible. When we tried to have the issue addressed, no apology was offered and only our shipping fee was waived. When we tried to discuss the matter further, the only option they gave us was to cancel our order. read more

This store was incredible. I called on a lark to see if they could customize a fruit presentation that I wanted. Every other place I called said they could not do it. Not only did this EA store say yes, but they even incorporated the types of skewers that I wanted. The price was better than I could have imagined...and they even came in early to have the job completed before they opened (which I needed to get it to a party on time). I cannot recommend them enough and they will be my first go to if I need anything fruit related. read more

I love Edible Arrangments, especially this one, close to where I work. We get lovely, thoughtful arrangements as thank yous from clients. They are always fresh and ripe. Recently I ordered an arrangement to cheer up our staff after our clinic cat, Puck, passed away. I ordered it that morning and it was delivered by 2:00 p.m. I didn't mention anything about Puck, but they knew we were an animal clinic and the pineapples were cut in the shape of a cat!!! I ordered a large Valentine's Day arrangement for my husband EARLY, since the previous year they had too many orders when I tried to order it a couple of days ahead. On Valentine's Day, they called at 6:55 pm and said they weren't going to deliver the arrangement because the driver was too busy. Although I was unhappy about it, I said I would come and pick it up, but was told they were going home for the day and basically "Sorry about your bad luck!" I did contact they customer help on the corporate website and received a response that they were forwarding it to the Burke store to contact me. I never heard anything from them. I would not order anything from them again. On the other hand, I have had good luck ordering from the Fairfax store. read more
