She makes pretty good coffee in this tiny little microscopic Shack. I wish the servers were the same outfits as some of the Shacks that this reminds me of in the Pacific Northwest, but then this is Buffalo and it's freezing. Quite often. There was constant communication and care until my order was fulfilled and they even offered to deliver it to me. The protein balls were thoroughly enjoyed by all! They clearly care very much about customer experience & satisfaction. The second time I ordered for pickup, I ordered through DoorDash and everything was ready as ordered and on time. When I picked up my order, I also got a fruit smoothie with protein added. It was delicious. They use whole fruit (not syrups) and very clean whey protein, Naked brand. They also offer protein coffee, which I believe they use Javvy brand, as well as acai bowls, waffles, salads, naan pizzas and more.
