Contacted Home Depot but they said there was nothing they could do (since tiles were installed) and to contact manufacturer (Jeffrey Court). Tiles were clearly defective yet Jeffrey Court is pretending it's not their issue (it is). Regarding how these tiles look: 1) They are advertised as "honed marble wall" but the reality is most of the tiles are just black. There are some marbled tiles scattered in but because it is not consistent, it looks very awkward (and honestly, bad). 2) Many of these tiles just look dirty. I think the design may have been intended to be "marbled" but they look bad and not professional at all. 3) The way it was advertised (https://www.homedepot.com/p/Jeffrey-Court-Midnight-Hex-Black-10-875-in-x-9-5-in-Honed-Marble-Wall-and-Floor-Mosaic-Tile-0-717-sq-ft-Each-95878/311643811) and the way it turned out are completely different Really awful experience (customer service rep kept ghosting me) and I don't recommend anyone purchase these tiles at Home Depot or elsewhere.
