Jonathan at the Norco location was incredibly helpful from start to finish. He took the time to understand what I needed, offered great recommendations, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. What really stood out was his support even after the sale--he remained responsive, professional, and genuinely committed to making sure everything went well. It's rare to find that level of customer service these days. Highly recommend asking for Jonathan if you're visiting Floor & Decor in Norco!

Had a terrible experience with customer service at Jeffrey Court. I purchased tiles at Home Depot…read moreand had them installed. Contacted Home Depot but they said there was nothing they could do (since tiles were installed) and to contact manufacturer (Jeffrey Court). Tiles were clearly defective yet Jeffrey Court is pretending it's not their issue (it is). Regarding how these tiles look: 1) They are advertised as "honed marble wall" but the reality is most of the tiles are just black. There are some marbled tiles scattered in but because it is not consistent, it looks very awkward (and honestly, bad). 2) Many of these tiles just look dirty. I think the design may have been intended to be "marbled" but they look bad and not professional at all. 3) The way it was advertised (https://www.homedepot.com/p/Jeffrey-Court-Midnight-Hex-Black-10-875-in-x-9-5-in-Honed-Marble-Wall-and-Floor-Mosaic-Tile-0-717-sq-ft-Each-95878/311643811) and the way it turned out are completely different Really awful experience (customer service rep kept ghosting me) and I don't recommend anyone purchase these tiles at Home Depot or elsewhere. Customer service was downright bad. Nothing worse than being ghosted by a customer service rep!

I sent over a brief description and a couple of pictures and Joe (or Jody?) gave me an initial estimate very quickly. Joe came to my house as scheduled and performed a much detailed inspection. He replaced all broken tiles and re-tiled the loose sections. Joe's high quality of work and his friendliness made the whole experience very pleasant. I highly recommend JM Custom Tile and Stone.

He took the time to explain the different types of materials, and the difference between prefab vs. custom slab (which is what they install). I really appreciated them getting me a detailed quote within a day (other contractors weren't as responsive). The install took a day and it worked out great. I had a minor issue with some small gaps where backsplash and under cabinets meet. (Only noticeable if you look under the cabinets). Gavin and he sent his crew out the next day to add caulking to fill this seam under the cabinet. The result was seamless. It really looks great!
