No one helped me when I entered the store. One customer was being helped but already left. I was there browsing for 20-30 min.

Came here a couple of weeks ago on a Saturday and they were closed even though hours on an Internet site showed they would be open. So then I called on a Friday morning to see if they were open and the guy said they were. I told him about what happened before and he said oh yeah we need to change it. I don't know why we haven't done it yet because we haven't been open on Saturday for years. I said OK thank you I'll be there soon. Hung up the phone and left not too much later. When I arrived, there was a sign on the door saying they were closed for lunch and apparently they close for lunch at the same time every day. You would think the guy that answered the phone would've mentioned it, but he was completely oblivious. Even though I had just told him I would be coming soon. There are too many other tile businesses in Southern California to go to, so why would I want to deal with a company that is so unprofessional. Then a few days later I spoke to a friend and she told me that they had a horrible selection so I'm glad I didn't go there anyway. I found this company to be very unprofessional. read more

I was greeted immediately upon entering the store and asked if I needed any help. I said I may but was just browsing for now. The nice gentleman continued to check on me and let me know the designer, Amber was at lunch. Amber was so pleasant and helpful. I was sitting waiting at her desk when she came back from lunch, and she didn't skip a beat jumping right into answering all my questions and offering lovely options matching my ideas, never once appearing annoyed or bothered. Emser Tile sells commercial grade tile. We purchased almost all of our tile for our home remodel through them. The sales person was super helpful and didn't pressure us into purchasing anything. The purchasing process was super simple too because our contractor had an account there already. Emser Tile was our 4th stop and as soon as you walk in the door the environment alone makes you feel almost enthusiastic to spend money on tile. Yesterday I had to purchase a bag of grout for a single tile on my pool and the only place around that had what I was looking for was Emser Tile in Corona. Once I arrived to the counter I met with Dylon. Emser did not have on hand one part that I was told I needed so he picked up the phone and made some calls to see where I could locally source it. After a few calls the only place to pick it up was Emser in Anaheim but that was a little far to travel, especially from where I just came from. Then Dylon went out of his was to call a pool contractor that he know and asked the pool owner a few questions. The contractor answered everything that I had concerns about and then I went on my way to complete my tile and grout replacement. I want to give Dylon a KUDOS as not many people would go out of their way like he did to help out a customer. read more

Just when you think the whole world has gone to crap... full of greed and deceit up comes an angel from Emser Tile from the city of Corona. The gentleman who runs this place must of walk with Jesus himself and definitely earned his wings. He not only got the best discount in the store he gave us $70.00 worth of tile for FREE. Our contractor sent us here to pick the tile for our kitchen. The place is big and nice. There are so many choices. Customer service is amazing. We were helped by a guy name Dylon. He's extremely patient and helpful. We couldn't make up our mind on what type we want so Dylon gave us a few samples to take home to see how they will match with our lighting and cabinet. We need to buy at least $10,000 worth of materials but after receiving poor customer service from Dylan and the other guy who turned his back on my wife and told her there was no one who could help us navigate their store we will be taking our business elsewhere. If you like to be "helped" with a heavy dose of condescension this might be the place for you. read more
