I'm just confused and frustrated that this place is still open. Maya Hamill, complete idiot when it comes to computers and just a waste of a human. No customer service skills, she is never in the office, and when she is there, she's all over the place and talks like you're wasting her time and her time is more valuable than yours. This culebra location also looks ghetto. She has stupid black curtains right in the front of the store to block off the area and when you see the back of the store, computer pieces and parts just scattered in all the offices. A simple virus removal took 5 days to do. WTF? I didn't like the job and took it somewhere else and they had it done the next day. Avoid this place at all costs. read more

Worst costumer service I've ever encountered in electronics repair. I had to call them several times to check on status of repair, because they said they would call me but never did! So a "24 to 48" hour free repair analysis ended up taking them over a week, and they concluded they were unable to repair my PS3 (YLOD). So of course they said they'd call me when my system would be ready for pick but I never received that call either. So I called them the after they said they call and was pretty upset and they finally gave me my system back. Don't waste your time with these would be experts. read more

I dunno what these clowns posting 1 star reviews is all about, my experience was extremely pleasant. The guy's review on here about a printer driver sounds inflated and bogus. The way he speaks about programs, and behaviors of programs, makes me wonder why he would take his contaminated, porn-surfed computer to a repair shop to update a simple printer driver. I hope Will and Maya sanitized their hands and counter after handling his computer, if you know what I mean. My experience for both times I have been here was great. I brought my computer in with a windows 8 crash, the technician listened to what my problem was, didn't try to upsell me on anything, she captured all of my data at a fee that was almost too cheap to believe. When I said I wanted to take my computer home to work on it myself, she didn't try to scare me with "virus" threats or "possible bad hard drive sectors", she just handed it to me, smiled, and genuinely wished me luck. I spent a good bit if time listening to the conversations between the technicians and the leaders behind the walls while I was there, and what I take away from this place is: #1 a genuine concern for things to be fixed #2 orderly and efficient flow #3 happy technicians(happy techs make less mistakes) #4 honesty Other points if interest: One of the owners is ex ARMY (so his integrity and work ethic is generally higher than the average buffoon with a screwdriver) You get a receipt with everything you turn in, so when you return to pick it up, you can prove it. Dont take your iphone here to get it replaced. my husband took my phone to get it replaced. After he dropped it off and they took the screen off he called my husband to tell him the home button wasnt working. It was when we dropped it off. My husband didnt tell me this until he gave me my phone back the next day. My two year old dropped off a weeks later and I thought the software was broken. A month later I took the phone back to replace the screen and they said they wouldnt fix the home button they broke. I spoke to two managers, mya and will, who implied I broke it. Bottom line think twice before dealing with people who wont own up to their own work mistakes. In this case, not once did they offer to check with the person who original who worked on the phone. They couldnt even find our original order in the computer and we were their july 7th. If you want to only pay for the screen repair and none of their errors-go somewhere else The air conditioner was out yesterday also making it difficult to even talk to someone. Rip-Off Prices and couldn't care less attitude.. I'd say go somewhere else... don't be fooled by the reviews.. the lady I talked to couldn't get off the phone with me fast enough.. 89 bucks to type 4 lines on an invoice where they didn't even have to do any kind of work. I came into shop to ask if they'd check my computer's hard drive for memory available (it was an older model). I came back the next day at appointed time w/Maya. Maya was not there. A man came to the counter, did not identify himself and told me she'd be in soon; she was getting her morning coffee. While I was waiting, another customer came and addressed the man as 'Will'. (That's when I knew who he was). He NEVER offered to assist me, or ask why I was there. I told him why I had made appt. w/Maya and he said I'd have to wait for her. After 40 minutes, I asked if Maya was on her way as I had to be somewhere else. (I had considered purchasing a computer from them if mine was not going to work out after the diag. check). He called her, and said she would be there soon. I waited another 20 minutes and left. I had my husband pick up my computer later that day. That was my first and only experience w/that business and will never try them again. Another customer came in and asked for Maya and commented before she left that, 'Maya was never there'. read more
