I was shaken and felt so violated convinced my laptop or data had been compromised. I called Roger's Technology Solutions and was welcomed by a polite, warm human being who advised I stop by. I stopped in the next day and Candido checked my laptop to see if anything was extracted or downloaded. He explained step by step. We found benign folders and deleted them.
