Absolutely the best!!! I've used them twice in the past year. The first was cosmetic repairs for the bumper before ok had a ceramic coating and a vinyl wrap, the second was a no fault accident. Both times the car came out looking awesome. This most recent visit, I had additional cosmetic work that Will and Michael got handled professionally and thoroughly. I got a different colored grill (black), had them paint the nose of the grill, paint the tail lights, and paint the back trunk area. I have gotten compliments on my car before. These guys are absolutely fantastic. They were able to see me before other shops in my area (Reno/Tahoe), they did great work, and they're great guys. They even went the extra mile when they could have told me to get bent. My rental car coverage through Geico was 30 days or $1,500, which ever was exhausted first. The job took a bit longer than anticipated due to parts and labor shortage, so the fine people at Will's Auto Body picked up the difference over my $1,500 max, which was incredibly kind. So I got into an accident back in January. It was pretty traumatic considering I had my young niece in the car. This guy ran a red light and technically I hit him straight on as I was going through a green light. Anyway, his insurance did nothing but lie to me and low ball me. Like really bad. I was having a hard time getting an autobody shop to take my car. Every place was book a few months out. Will told me to bring the car in the next day just for an estimate. They were busy but always took the time to explain everything & Michael was always really informative about my options. The initial estimate (by the insurance company) was a total sham. They quoted 6k less and didn't even notice the frame damage. Michael did a thorough inspection of my car and was an excellent advocate for me. My car ended up getting totaled unfortunately but I felt very taken care of and they even helped take a dent out of my mom's car on the spot. Excellent customer service and I highly recommend! I wrecked my beautiful 23 Chevy Silverado ZR2 to the tune of almost $20,000 in damage. A close friend recommended Willis Autobody. He stated that they were hands-down, the highest quality body shop around, not the fastest but the best quality work. I trust my friend's advice and had my vehicle towed to Wills that day. the job did take a long time, but was not the body shop's fault. All the delays came from the manufacturer not being able to secure all the parts needed to complete the job. The Job took five months, but again the manufacturer part delays caused that extra long timeframe. When the call finally came in that the truck was finished, I rushed right down like a little kid getting his first bike, I missed my truck severely. When I first walked up to the truck, it looked exactly the same as the day I picked it up when it was new at the dealership, I was stunned at the quality of the paint, all the gaps between the fender and hood were absolutely perfect. They even installed a micro coating over the paint and interior that made the paint feel like glass, which was an added bonus. I highly recommend this body shop to anyone, I was in the auto industry for a lot of years and know paint jobs and good work from bad work and these guys were phenomenal. I had met Will personally back in October after buying a new 2017 Infiniti Red 400. After the car being delivered with horrible sun spots that took polishing and wet sanding by a different shop I had him check out the paint thickness. He was very nice took a lot of time explaining the type of paint I had and he checked it for paint thickness and did not charge me. Moving forward to three weeks ago I was driving on 680 and three tall rubber cones fell out of truck and I had no choice but to run over them and the damage was extensive to the front of the car. I took it to Will's and wanted him and only him to take care of it. They arranged the rent a car and both Leia and Will took care of every small detail. They kept me up to date every couple of day's. We did run into trouble getting parts and more damage was found they were on top of it immediately. I am very particular about my car and they knew this. Will and Leia just amazed me. I have had issues the last two years with car issues and accidents I just wish to heck I knew Will back then. I went to pick up the car and I swear the front bumper looked better than factory. The paint match was so much closer then factory. Will washed it himself and waxed the whole car for me so it would be perfect. I will NEVER take it to anyone but Will. His office staff are not only polite but take care of things very quickly. I would recommend them highly. So, my neighbor hit my car...(which was in plain view w/ flashers on). His insurance paid for it. I found Will on Yelp, and based on all the good reviews I decided to meet w/ him and he gave me an estimate. He's very informative, and spent about 20min w/ me explaining what he'd do. We both kept our distance while he walked around my car and took some pics. Due to this Covid he explained that my car would be sanitized before and after they work on it, using an "Ozone Generator." It's been around a long time, but recently got approved to also be used in auto shops. The corner of my bumper was damaged, and I had a large gouge in the side panel. I opted for a new bumper and after 5 days, I picked up my car. He gave me back my key and even wiped it down w/ Clorox wipe. It was washed, and you'd never know I had that gouge in the panel. I was impressed. I opened the trunk and he showed me the work did on the inside vs. what some other shops can do to cut corners--which was good to know. I appreciate the extra sanitary precautions he's taking (because I'm a little bit of a germophobe myself). Insurance came out and cut us a check (much lower than as needed repairs). We figured because wills was out there and small we could get a good deal. Will did a tear down and found the repairs were far more intensive. He explained how his guys did meticulous work and used only premium or OEM parts. He helped inform me of my options and how to proceed. These guys are professionals, they know there stuff, do great work and will himself help guide me through the situation. I brought in my 2012 Hyundai Veloster which had a dent on the passenger fender. The rear bumper had a lot of paint issues as well as the lower bumper was falling off. I brought my own replacement fender which Will was happy to paint and install for me. He repainted my bumper and got me a new lower bumper. The paint job is perfection. I'm giving Wills Autobody a 5 star review and want to share what an excellent experience I had here. My car was damaged in a store parking lot as it was rear ended causing a major dent in the rear left bumper. Wills Autobody gave several options to fix the problem and replacing the bumper would have doubled the cost. They presented an alternative approach that cost me less than my $1000 deductible. I paid by credit card and didn't use my insurance as my insurance had a $1000 deductible. They did an excellent job and gave excellent customer service.
