We ate here three times in Jan when we were in town for a week and the service was excellent. Went there today in the hope of watching a college world series game while we ate our pizza and had a few beers. Too much to hope for. They had 5 TVs showing the Doctors and only the bar tender could change a channel and she apparently was too busy to change one of the tvs.They sure did not value the customer on this day. I waited for my ticket for 15 minutes while three staff members were within eyes sight the entire time. I got the lettuce wraps. It wasn't at all what I expected. Looks like dog food. The menu states chicken and beef...its (ground beef) and both were extremely dry and chewy which is surprising, considering it was probably pre-cooked and sitting in soy sauce soup. Way too salty! Actually, I know it was pre made because it was brought out to me within minutes. The only prep was pour and quarter a head of iceberg lettuce. Aside from the disaster they call a kitchen or the food that they probably label as fine cuisine, the building is clean and there are TV's everywhere. Great decor and a large variety of beers. I should have ordered one considering my soda cost 3 dollars. I am impulsive and honestly want to give them another chance because the place is probably one of the nicest in Williston, but I felt ripped off from the garbage they served and would hate to get burned again with poorly prepped and bad tasting/quality food. Beautiful establishment, however we would not went out of out way and stopped if we knew they did not even brew their own beer. Great tap selection, however we weren't looking for a tap house, we wanted a locally brewed beer. As somebody in the establishment described this town: " this town is a shit hole" and that is an understatement. When we went out to our car, we found that our vehicle had been tampered with, to the point if we took off without noticing, it would've caused damage. Fortunately, someone pointed it out to us and we were able to fix it before we took off. I can guarantee this will be our last stop in this "shit hole" and establishment. Not a safe or friendly stop. I simply cannot say enough about our Easter experience here! It was absolutely fabulous!!! All six of us had something different from the menu as well as two appetizers and there was not one complaint about anything! Everything arrived piping hot and delicious! This was our first Easter without our beloved son and grandson who was killed in a farm accident, so the day was difficult; however, our server, Stephani, could not have been more perfect (even though she didn't know our situation)! Her delightful southern accent charmed us all and she was giving my son-in-law jazz which he gave right back! Delicious turkey burger and I love the price of their gentleman Jack! I love the idea of their giant pretzel, however it seems to just be bread dough rolled to look like a pretzel. Also their meat pizza is on the intense salty side! I'd never been to Williston before so I really didn't know what to expect for cuisine. A friend took me here and I wasn't disappointed! I did not expect the inside to look like it does considering what the outside looks like. The designer did well! We started out with the artichoke dip. The portions here are considerable. I had the burger (with fried egg!) and my friend had a flatbread pizza. We both took over half our food home. I recommend sharing. I'm pretty sure the manager is an African American man and he is super friendly and isn't afraid to get out there , visit the tables , bus dishes , and fill water glasses . I'm deducting one star because if you get seated in the booths in the bar area , sometimes you get neglected . The pretzel was impressive when I first laid eyes on it, but it was a bit dry and the cheddar beer sauce was bland. The sauce to pretzel ratio was also off. The Alfredo has very average flavor, the lasagna wasn't great and the kids meal was mac n cheese and fries. To be fair the burger was very delicious and the calamari was also very good. They did upsell "garlic Parmesan fries" and simply drizzled some olive oil and kraft style Parmesan cheese on top. Blah. This place is certainly expensive for what it is. I've been 3 times so far and would highly recommend this place to everyone. First trip there I went all in on the Prime Rib with green beans and garlic mashed potatoes. Prime Rib was so-so, mash was amazing, and the green beans were super fresh. Second trip there a buddy and I split 4 appetizers. Nachos with chicken were better than most but still not to my liking. Calamari was average and the onion petals were exactly what I was expecting. We also ordered the giant soft pretzel which was the best decision I have ever made. It was amazing. Third trip I had the Farm Burger (ham, bacon, cheese, and fried egg) which I thoroughly enjoyed. Tasted delicious and the veggies on it were fresh. The food is consistently good with lots of options. I enjoy the house soups although I found them to be a little overpriced. The buffalo chicken salad is wonderful and the pizzas never disappoint. The lunch menu changes often and is pretty good as well. Tons of beer on tap. Good cocktail variety. Definitely the best atmosphere in Williston and a large restaurant with big bar and many tv's for Sunday football. read more

Atmosphere is fine if you don't mind animal heads mounted on the walls, food is pretty good, service is not so great. When dining in, our waitress was not very accommodating. She was annoyed by simple requests. When picking up a carry out order, the person who was supposed to check us out was more interested in visiting with friends than helping us. Our food sat there, on the counter in plain view, while we stood there looking at her for 15 minutes and she continued giggling with her friends. My boyfriend used to restroom, and held the door for one of the kitchen staff walking in. He used the restroom, but left without washing his hands. Kimberley served my husband and I. We are from Ontario and we had the best experience. The outside of the restaurant is deceiving.. Inside it was fantastic and the service even better. What a great server Kimberley is. We had to wait about ten minutes for our drinks and we didn't mind at all since we are travelling and stopping for the night. I want to like this place but the service is so hit or miss. It'll be great and then the next time you go in it will be nonexistent. The last time we were there it took twenty minutes to get a server over to us to order drinks. No-one even greeted us at the door. It was very strange.
