Chicken Satay Skewers

We are in Williston for one night on a roadtrip through ND. We chose this restaurant because it looked like we could get options that were not on a bun! We chose wisely. It is larger than it appears to there is plenty of space. We were seated promptly and our server was friendly. We did only order appetizers and they were delicious. I would have given this 5 stars, but it was rather dark and hard for me to see the menu (my night vision stinks) and it was rather loud. Despite this I would recommend people give Williston Brewing Co a try.

I got a plain pretzel when I ordered the pizza pretzel.

I called in an order and went to pick it up. Got back to the hotel and realized that the pizza pretzel that I got ended up just being a plain pretzel, there was no toppings on my chili and I didn't get any marinara for the pizza pretzel. I called them and told them the issue and bc they don't offer delivery, I had to go all the way back there to get the correct order. I had asked if there was anything they could do for me since it was a huge inconvenience and finally they said they would take the pizza pretzel off my bill and refund my credit card. I still have not seen any refund for this and it's been weeks. I had been there before and the food and service was very good...

Stopped in for a quick bite with a coworker and, honestly, I didn't expect much given that we were in North Dakota (no offense, but the boom hadn't left me with the highest expectations ). However, after a few beers--and a surprisingly impressive draft selection--I decided to try a burger. I was pleasantly surprised! The meat was seasoned perfectly, the veggies were fresh, and the Parmesan fries were delicious. Since I'll be here for a while, I'll definitely be stopping by again.

Pretzel isn't really a pretzel it's just a huge piece of bread that is 100% worth it because of the cheese dip. We both got burgers with fries i really enjoyed my burger and i would rate it a 7/10 and my boyfriend gave it a 5/10 but he rate the fries a 9/10 and id say they were a 8.5/10 service was good. the place was pretty large and not too fancy but fancy enough to if you wanted to dress up you could.

Great. We had never been to Williston before and didn't know where to go. We went for dinner and again later for drinks. The food was good but expensive and my husband was a little sad there were peas on the Alfredo. Would recommend. Four stars for higher prices.

I had 2 of these now I want a whole case to take home.

Let's just say our Mainstay Suites hostess dared us to come to Williston Brewing Company to try the Giant Pretzel and let me just say we took that date on!! This restaurant and staff did not disappoint at all. Eron was our waitress and she did an extremely exceptional job taken care of us. The restaurant has really cool decor from the restaurant floor and even to the bathrooms. Big screens to watch sports. The menu had plenty to choose from and in my opinion with reasonable prices. A LARGE beer, wine and drink selection to choose from.

I was in town for work and was in need of a steak. Ordered a medium/rare ribeye. It was pretty good. Kinda pricey but good.

This place is a unique little oasis in the heart of oil country, with a warm, inviting atmosphere that feels like a welcome escape from the hustle. The diverse menu, featuring expertly grilled steaks, burgers, pasta dishes, and award-winning appetizers like their excellent tavern wings, keeps things exciting - no two visits feel the same! The food here is absolutely top-notch. So far, I've tried the cedar plank salmon, which was perfectly cooked with a smoky flavor that paired beautifully with the sides; the bread pudding, rich and indulgent with just the right amount of sweetness; the prime rib burger, juicy and packed with bold flavors reminiscent of their standout prime rib French dip that other guests rave about; and the penne vodka, creamy and comforting with a kick that hits the spot. Every dish has been executed flawlessly, using fresh ingredients that elevate even the simplest meals. It's clear the kitchen, led by the amiable chef Gerald, puts real care into their constantly evolving menu. But what elevates this place to 5-star status is the incredible service from the entire staff. All the bartenders and bar managers are wildly attractive and bring such vibrant energy to the bar - they're attentive, fun, and always quick with a recommendation or a perfectly mixed drink, making you feel like a regular from day one. Kaylee is fantastic, and Bree is an absolute rockstar, handling the crowd with effortless charm and skill. Their energy matches the friendly vibe of the whole team, from the front desk to the servers, who go out of their way to ensure everything is just right. It's the kind of hospitality that turns a good meal into a memorable experience, especially when you're far from home. Pictured here are some of their new seasonal drinks that I highly recommend trying: the Pumpkin Spice Old Fashioned, with its warm, autumnal twist on a classic, and the Grinch Goes Hard, a festive, potent concoction that's perfect for the holidays and packs a delightful punch. If you're in Williston for work or passing through, do yourself a favor and stop by the Tavern at the Grand. Great food, outstanding service, and that cozy bar/lounge setup make it the best spot in town. Highly recommend - I'll be back for more!

I will say that many of the booths are torn up, and the space isn't exactly immaculate. Also, there was a strange and unappetizing smell upon entry that seemed to get worse while waiting for our food The menu is extensive and a little confusing. There are a few different menus along the wall and there appear to be sand which, wrap, salad, burgers, and other options. There are many signature dishes to try. You can get your order on a white baguette, a wheat baguette, a flour tortilla, a spinach tortilla, or on ciabatta The service was fine. The person who took our order also delivered the food to us. I ordered my meal as a wrap but I was given it on a white bread baguette. The staff wasn't overly friendly or helpful Some tips: You can make your meal a combo and get chips or fries and a drink. They also have cookie options and I'm not sure if you can substitute chips for that. I asked if I could sub my drink for a cookie and I was told no. The baguettes have so much bread when compared to the rest of the sandwich. I wish there was more meat and less bread. Then again, I ordered a wrap and got bread instead lol Cheers!!

Very friendly staff. Ordered chicken fried steak which was great. Huge amount of food. The service staff was wonderful. They served coke and pepsi products!! Thank goodness for the diet coke. They even gave me a to go cup. My meal was tasty and flavorful. The ambiance was great. Great signs all over the wall were fun to look at while waiting. Creamers and jellies on the table. Husband ordered some type of chicken sandwich which was very good as well. He received fries with his meal. They were very good. Everything was great. Clean, family oriented. Two perfectly cooked slices, tender, flavorful, and just the right balance between not too rare and not overdone. Served with hash browns, corn, and a warm roll, it made for the perfect comfort meal. Big thanks to Lonnie's for satisfying the craving with some seriously delicious liver and onions. If you're in town and craving a hearty, home-cooked meal, do yourself a favor and stop by Lonnie's. Highly recommended! .

I knew we were in trouble when my boyfriend and I arrived before the rest of our party and the restaurant was packed. There was a section closed off and I crossed my fingers that it had been reserved for us, but alas... upon arrival, the host of our party told us that Dakota Farms doesn't take reservations and that we were just going to have to fill in tables as they became available. I knew from reading the reviews on yelp that this was going to be a sh!tshow, but re-entered the restaurant with at least 20 other people, who began rearranging tables so we could sit as together as possible. The waitresses kept yelling at us for blocking the path from the kitchen to the dining room, but when you're dealing with so many people, but no one from the staff actually wants to help... we should have taken our business elsewhere, but, ya know... it's hard to sit back and watch a situation get out of hand when you're not anywhere near in charge... We all get seated, orders taken, and then proceed to wait an hour and a half for our food. Yes, like I said, there were a lot of us, but the menu is one side of a legal size piece of paper. It's not like they're the Cheesecake Factory.. and most of the food was breakfast. Seriously, any mom can bust out egg breakfasts with fried meat and toast for a crew in no time. I ordered a chicken club sandwich and they must have dropped my chicken patty in the oil as soon as I ordered it because it was like the sole of an old boot, but with less flavor. Due to my disability, I have to cut up my sandwiches to get them into my mouth, and I had to ask my boyfriend to cut my sandwich because all my sawing effort could not make my butter knife cut through that chicken. He could barely accomplish that task. Then there was absolutely no condiments on the sandwich, which was supposed to have mayo, so it was as dry as the desert. I couldn't eat it. The boyfriend had the French dip, with chips. Don't know why he orders chips. He never eats them. The sandwich was okay. Nothing to write home about... yet here I am writing about it to warn you that the only reason it's edible is because of the bowl of jus. Our newfound neice had a breakfast platter with scrambled eggs, hash browns, meat and toast. Shes 15 and ate it all, with ketchup and jelly and a glass of mountain dew and a cup of coffee that was half sugar. Our newfound auntie had some decent french toast. I cant tell you what everyone else had, cuz we were still scattered across the dining room. Though some people did yell from table to table. However, i think it was my trip to the bathroom that sums up the whole experience. The busted state of the toilet says it all. The owner of this establishment clearly doesn't care about the quality of anything. They know that most of the customers are out of towners and that they'll never be back again so there's no reason to try to win anyone over. Avoid this place unless you feel like you need to be punished for your transgressions. Would not recommend
