Delicious turkey burger and I love the price of their gentleman Jack! I love the idea of their giant pretzel, however it seems to just be bread dough rolled to look like a pretzel. Also their meat pizza is on the intense salty side! Went there today in the hope of watching a college world series game while we ate our pizza and had a few beers. Too much to hope for. They had 5 TVs showing the Doctors and only the bar tender could change a channel and she apparently was too busy to change one of the tvs.They sure did not value the customer on this day. I'd never been to Williston before so I really didn't know what to expect for cuisine. A friend took me here and I wasn't disappointed! I did not expect the inside to look like it does considering what the outside looks like. The designer did well! We started out with the artichoke dip. The portions here are considerable. I had the burger (with fried egg!) and my friend had a flatbread pizza. We both took over half our food home. I recommend sharing. I simply cannot say enough about our Easter experience here! It was absolutely fabulous!!! All six of us had something different from the menu as well as two appetizers and there was not one complaint about anything! Everything arrived piping hot and delicious! This was our first Easter without our beloved son and grandson who was killed in a farm accident, so the day was difficult; however, our server, Stephani, could not have been more perfect (even though she didn't know our situation)! Her delightful southern accent charmed us all and she was giving my son-in-law jazz which he gave right back! I love the food here . I've had steaks here ( always cooked perfectly ) and pesto pasta here that was awesome as well . I'm pretty sure the manager is an African American man and he is super friendly and isn't afraid to get out there , visit the tables , bus dishes , and fill water glasses . I'm deducting one star because if you get seated in the booths in the bar area , sometimes you get neglected . I came there by myself during a slow time and got to watch my waitress sweep the floor and talk to her friends and text message and not even take my salad out until my meal was ready , it was pretty frustrating since I'd ordered a filet , and was spending over 40 bucks for my meal and got shitty service . Great atmosphere! Came for happy hour. The apps and pizzas were half price and it was like, a dollar off beer. The pizza was pretty good. The pretzel was impressive when I first laid eyes on it, but it was a bit dry and the cheddar beer sauce was bland. The sauce to pretzel ratio was also off. I've been 3 times so far and would highly recommend this place to everyone. First trip there I went all in on the Prime Rib with green beans and garlic mashed potatoes. Prime Rib was so-so, mash was amazing, and the green beans were super fresh. Second trip there a buddy and I split 4 appetizers. Nachos with chicken were better than most but still not to my liking. Calamari was average and the onion petals were exactly what I was expecting. We also ordered the giant soft pretzel which was the best decision I have ever made. It was amazing. Third trip I had the Farm Burger (ham, bacon, cheese, and fried egg) which I thoroughly enjoyed. Tasted delicious and the veggies on it were fresh. I sent it back as it was cold, probably sitting under heat lamps., from sit down to order to get food, I spent 45 mins waiting and I was 1 if probably 25 people in the restaurant. So if you want service find a Table, not the bar. Emery is my fav server now, checks on me every few mins, great personality and always keeps my beer full... $95 + tip for a family of 4 to eat. 1 kids meal, 1 cheeseburger, lasagna, fettuccine Alfredo and a calamari appetizer. Crazy expensive! It would be one thing if the food was amazing, but it isn't. The Alfredo has very average flavor, the lasagna wasn't great and the kids meal was mac n cheese and fries. To be fair the burger was very delicious and the calamari was also very good. They did upsell "garlic Parmesan fries" and simply drizzled some olive oil and kraft style Parmesan cheese on top. Blah. This place is certainly expensive for what it is. They must be trying to take advantage of the oil field crowd, it's a shame. We rarely come here because of this. This meal in my opinion wasn't worth more than $60. The food is consistently good with lots of options. I enjoy the house soups although I found them to be a little overpriced. The buffalo chicken salad is wonderful and the pizzas never disappoint. The lunch menu changes often and is pretty good as well. Tons of beer on tap. Good cocktail variety. Definitely the best atmosphere in Williston and a large restaurant with big bar and many tv's for Sunday football. read more

My boyfriend and I really enjoy WBC! The food is always good, and the service is friendly. The only complaint we have is on the kitchen staff. My boyfriend used to restroom, and held the door for one of the kitchen staff walking in. He used the restroom, but left without washing his hands. Atmosphere is fine if you don't mind animal heads mounted on the walls, food is pretty good, service is not so great. When dining in, our waitress was not very accommodating. She was annoyed by simple requests. When picking up a carry out order, the person who was supposed to check us out was more interested in visiting with friends than helping us. Our food sat there, on the counter in plain view, while we stood there looking at her for 15 minutes and she continued giggling with her friends. Yet another time we wanted to make reservations for 6:00pm but they said they only take reservations for after 7pm but that if we came in at 6pm and they were busy that we could just wait. Really? Kimberley served my husband and I. We are from Ontario and we had the best experience. The outside of the restaurant is deceiving.. Inside it was fantastic and the service even better. What a great server Kimberley is. We had to wait about ten minutes for our drinks and we didn't mind at all since we are travelling and stopping for the night. She apologized for the wait and gave my husband a larger prime rib which wasn't necessary but such a nice touch. The food was wonderful and the server awesome!! This isn't even a brewery at all - I don't know why they can get away with calling it that. It's definitely a tap house. They have an excellent selection of brews however. I want to like this place but the service is so hit or miss. It'll be great and then the next time you go in it will be nonexistent. The last time we were there it took twenty minutes to get a server over to us to order drinks. No-one even greeted us at the door. It was very strange. I've been here several times and every time my food has been good. However, the vast majority of the time I go the service was subpar. I know they have good servers and one of the servers that I had a poor experience with is no longer there. However, my husband and I went to eat there again this week. It was his first time going there and after hearing my issues with the service he was hesitant to go. After being seated we waited over 10 minutes for our server to come by and ask us what we wanted to drink. It seemed like it was a minimum of 10 minutes between every time he came back to the table which was frustrating. We finally ordered a pretzel, sauteed chicken, french dip, and a pepperoni pizza for our daughter. The pretzel (as usual) was delicious as was my chicken. However the bread on my husbands sandwich was so soggy that it literally fell apart when he tried to pick it up. Seriously - you probably could have squished it and had liquid drip out. The center of the pizza was under-cooked as well. When our server finally checked back at our table he asked us how the food was, before we could even comment he raced away. My husband and I were dumbfounded. He failed to notice for about 15 minutes that both my husband and daughter hadn't even touched their food then came back and asked us if we wanted boxes. My husband then explained the issue with the pizza and sandwich. Our server almost tried to argue with my husband over this, saying we should have said something 15 minutes ago. My husband flat out said he tried to but he ran away so quickly we couldn't even get in a full word before he was out of earshot. He then came back with our ticket (which was the wrong one) and said he ate the pizza and it was just fine. Here's a tip - DO NOT ARGUE WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!! It doesn't make you look good and we have no inclination to blame you for the kitchens mistakes. Heck, we even know mistakes happen BUT you don't neglect us and runaway then try and blame us for not telling you. My husband won't go back which is unfortunate because I know they can make decent food. I may just be stuck going with friends every once in awhile.
