We ordered the giant pizza pretzel immediately & opted to wait to see just how big it was before choosing a meal. Well, it's "no meal needed even when sharing" big. In the words of my hubby, "this should come with a warning" - pro tip: add the cheese sauce along with the marinara. Yes, it costs extra & totally worth it. It's a soft bread-style pretzel, not the traditional style. Think traditional peperoni pizza shaped like a pretzel. It's tasty! Now, I've seen complaints about no house brews. There were 3 house brews on tap when we were in. I will say you had to look for it on the menu. It wasn't in your face visible on the menu. The hubs tried 2 and said they were ok. I had the Summit Oatmeal Stout and it was deliciously creamy. Stuffed beyond reason, we still ordered the pretzel bread pudding with ice-cream. I was already tapped out and this was another giant serving. He gave it his all but it was another DNF. All in all, service & the food were good & the house beer decent. While the prices seemed high, the portions were huge, making the price per pound reasonable, imo. On exit, the sofa in the den-style seating area caught my eye. I haven't gone in a while recently but the food is great. The only thing I didn't really enjoy at the last 2-3 times I went, the clam chowder was extremely loaded with veggies. The prices are up there but sometimes the meals are worth it. Service really depends who you get as well. read more

We are in Williston for one night on a roadtrip through ND. We chose this restaurant because it looked like we could get options that were not on a bun! We chose wisely. It is larger than it appears to there is plenty of space. We were seated promptly and our server was friendly. We did only order appetizers and they were delicious. I would have given this 5 stars, but it was rather dark and hard for me to see the menu (my night vision stinks) and it was rather loud. I called in an order and went to pick it up. Got back to the hotel and realized that the pizza pretzel that I got ended up just being a plain pretzel, there was no toppings on my chili and I didn't get any marinara for the pizza pretzel. I called them and told them the issue and bc they don't offer delivery, I had to go all the way back there to get the correct order. This place is incredibly lame. Went in for dinner after a lengthy day of working outside. Ordered some food and drinks, as one does at a "brewery." Made the mistake of being a little noisy (I said "$#!+" at some point, the horror!) whilst sitting at the bar and was swiftly informed that this "is not a bar, it's a family establishment and there are kids inside." I dunno if the bartender was genuinely that big of a weenie all the time, having a bad day, or merely just in a mood, but between that person and the extremely mediocre food/beer, I would strongly encourage you to go literally anywhere else. The Brew has really good food and service--and is my go to place to eat in town. Yeah, it's pricey--but the service, portions, and food quality are always there. The down side for me are the drunks. They are super expensive and I don't feel they're worth it at all. If you're going for food, you won't be disappointed. If you're going for brews--you can do better. read more

Well this is a gem of a place in Oilfield country! A huge selection of beers and a menu that will make you drool! First time here as it came highly recommended! I'm extremely impressed with this restaurant for multiple reasons including but not limited to the amazing customer service that you're bound to receive here. I have had the gigantic pretzel prior to the keto lifestyle...darn tempting delicious carbs and their preventable health complications.... it was served with a jalapeno queso...mmmmm. This time around I stuck to the diet and remembered to actually take a few pictures. Seeing the average rating I'm going to assume others think the same thing I do. I ate here 3 times. 2 dinners, 1 lunch. I was staying at the hotel sharing the same building so it was convenient. Overall I'd say it was "ok". It's not bad-but NOT worth the price. Their martini chicken was pretty good. Spanish rice was too. They had a bison chili or something one day as a special and that was also good. Their "giant pretzel" is far from good. It's French bread without salt formed into the shape of a pretzel. Cheese dip is pretty good but it doesn't pair with the pretzel. If you have ever been to a place that sells legitimate pretzels then this will be a big disappointment. Their rotisserie chicken wasn't good. Very bland. It smelled burned and smelled up the room I was in. 99% of the time I finish my meals with room to spare. I couldn't stomach that. Had to switch to the French bread. I put in a to go order that wasn't a pleasant experience. They want your phone number and credit card before they take your order-which is a tad annoying when they keep making you repeat this info repeatedly. When I picked up my order the bartender asked for my name, gave me a receipt to tip and sign, then walked off. I assumed she was getting my food. I stood at the bar for 10 minutes watching her make drinks and do other things. Assumed that the food was late (which isn't uncommon at most places). Finally another bartender asked if I had been helped. I explained that her counterpart (the blonde) had given me a receipt to fill in and sign but hadn't said anything since. My food was on the counter (behind the bar) the entire time. Wasn't too pleased with that-you can take the time to have me fill out a tip, but can't bother to hand me my food?! Ambiance isn't too shabby. Lots of screens, lots of beer choices, and a few pool tables. Feels sorta nice overall. Parking lot is sketchy AF but interior doesn't match that. Overall I'd give it 3 stars-it's alright, but far from being worth spending 60$ a person for something basic. Unless I'm in the area with my wife or something, I doubt I'll be coming back. I struggle with this review because I want to be fair, so I'll be generous and do 4 (even though today's visit garnered a 2 star rating). The first time I ate here I absolutely loved it. I had a salad and it was delicious. The next time we got the appetizer pretzel and it was great, as was the ribeye and kids meals we ordered. One day I ordered a prime rib sandwich to go, again, it was good. Today...the Chicken Martini. Umm. It was super soggy. I expected a crunchy crust. It was also bland. Drowned in a white wine Demi-glaze that more closely resembled a brown gravy with a slight lemon taste. I didn't like it at all. It was super expensive for what it was. At that price point I expect greatness, not mediocrity. Each time our servers have been friendly enough, but only the first time did we have attentive service. Our last visit we had to physically go hunt down our server to get refills and today I got one glass of tea, no refill. read more
