Food varies, so does service. It's a win or lose with these places. Really is based on luck.

Don is the best! Despite running on a skeleton crew (owners do f***ing better) he was so kind and attentive. Seems they had him doing the work of at least three people, which is unfair, but I still commend his ability handle it with such a positive and kind attitude. Again, I don't blame any employees in the store. I think owners/ B-dubs higher mgmt needs to do better properly staffing their locations and supporting their employees. read more

We got our order taken and have since not been served at all not even to ask about refills on our drinks for over 45 mins. read more

Buffalo Wild Wings - Empty and close to empty drinks - American Near Me - Williston, North Dakota

The staff member that served us was so nice, she was marking us laugh and had a good vibe. Some of the TVs were playing soccer which is rare and I liked it. I ordered the mac&cheese burger which was nice and the menu didn't have sauces that were on the burger so she put them to the side incase I didn't like them. The server was Kampa read more

Didn't get help for 15 min and only 8 other people in the bar. Wings were half ass tossed in sauce as well. Took another 10 min to get our servers attention for more sauce. Definitely won't be back. I typically enjoy the food but service tends to ruin it most the time at this location. read more

Buffalo Wild Wings - Lemon Pepper (Dry Seasoning) Honey BBQ wings - American Near Me - Williston, North Dakota

This place fucking sucks. Waited 45 minutes for our waitress and another 45 for food. Server came once. Place was not full enough to be this slow. Dirty tables everywhere. Shit place, every time. Never fails. Food orders were incorrect. read more

Sometimes the food is great but service always sucks. Lack of greating and follow up. I give 2.5 rating

I travel across the country for work, typically am looking for a local spot to dine. However, I came across this BWW with one of the worst ratings I've ever encountered. Some guy recommended driving 5 hours to avoid this store & their horrible service. I was intrigued, is this establishment really the war zone that's described? Not to diminish the other experiences mentioned, but wow, I could not disagree more. Walked in after a long day of travel, immediately was sat, had an ice cold beer within 5 minutes & food within another 15. Chris the bartender is a rockstar, not only was she attentive, but was constantly checking in to make sure I was taken care of. Not sure if there's been a management or culture change, but my experience was nothing short of delightful. I've never left a yelp review before & am happy this place was my first. Looking forward to my next visit, I will be back! read more

Came in to watch some college football this evening, ordered some wings and apps, and the food came out incorrect. Wings were supposed to be spicy garlic, and came out buffalo. Not a big deal, right? Just wanted them to get us the right order in the nicest way possible, and this short haired bartender, name undisclosed, argued with us that it WAS what we ordered, and then walked away without any explanation or recompense. Proceeded to ignore us and be openly nasty for the rest of the time we were there, never once addressing the incorrect order that was obviously wrong. Side note, the rest of the food was garbage this evening as well. Step it up W.B.W.W. And teach your angry at the world bartender to keep it at the door like the rest of the professional world. ~The end~ read more

This Buffalo Wild Wings intentionally tries to conceal the daily specials & when called out on it tries to place the blame on the customer. I've been to countless BWW's & this one is the absolute worst service I've ever experienced in 20 years of being a loyal customer. I can honestly say that this location is the worst service I've ever experienced at a Buffalo Wild Wings. Do yourself a favor & drive 5 hours east to Grand Forks for an experience more representative of what BBW's is supposed to be. read more

I think our server deadass quit and guy in glasses kept looking at our table and wouldn't take our order and they were just chillin in the kitchen not doing nothing read more

Williston buffalo wild wings customer service was super disappointing. we are from out of state and always eat a Buffalo Wild Wings everywhere we go, so the lack of kindness caught us off guard. We ate with our elderly grandma who is hard of hearing and when I informed the employee you have to speak up when talking to her it seemed like that set a switch for how we were gonna be treated for the night. We all ordered our drinks and got them back right away but my grandmas margarita took 30 mins just to get to us. eyes were being rolled at us and all. there wasn't a lot of people in there either so I don't know if they were stressed or just had a bad day. But over all was super unnecessary for a dinner out with our grandma to be filled with clear tension and attitude. Food was amazing as always. But customer service was tragic. read more

There's a sign on the door that says "Please be patient, we are short staffed today" . Well let me tell everyone why... We walk in at 12:02pm, typical lunch hour time. We arnt greeted at the door and approach an empty hostess stand. After standing there for 35 minutes with no hostess help we decided to leave. Not only were we ignored for 35 minutes, 4 waitresses and what I would assume to be the manager walked by... NONE of them made eye contact, NONE of them said "hello" or "we'll be right with you". They all ducked their heads and walked by like seating us wasn't their job. Incredibly rude, unprofessional, and DO NOT recommend. read more

Have ordered food to go several times. Each time I have waited about an hour and a half for the food to come out cold. Each time it has been a seemingly slow night. Maybe there is a special party room, idk. Never have I ever received a complete order. Recently purchased $85 in food and did not receive half of it. Must be a sauce shortage because the wings were plain as day. Expensive and of poor quality. Love paying for food I do not get the pleasure of eating read more

Let me say that I love Buffalo Wild Wings. I get their boneless wings pretty frequently. Just because Buffalo Wild Wings is good, it does not mean that this place is good and after skimming through other people's reviews it appears to be the consensus. I came here twice and both times it tasted like the wings were reheated from the day before or something. I've had this at a different BWW too, but the other one is consistently good every time while this one is consistently bad. It's unfortunate because the company makes a really good product when made right. read more

Went with my son a few weeks ago and had the best food and service . We tried the cauliflower appetizer and it was delicious. The boneless buffalo wings were yummy as well. They have great cocktails and our bartender was very friendly and attentive. Definitely recommend and will be back as well. read more

My drink we're DISGUSTING. Sprite tastes like soap , Wing we're dry felt like sand paper . Got charged for fries that we DID NOT GET?? do not recommend! read more

Haha, this place is the worst! Server took our order and brought us our drinks and we never saw her again. Another girl brought out our food and even refilled our drinks, but nobody ever returned to our table. After almost an hour, I went up to the cashier and explained our situation. She asked me her name and I didn't know it. Then she asked me what did she look like (color hair, height, young or old). I didn't take a picture of her and just guessed older blond. She said that must be Christy and we can't find her either! The went to look for her but to no avail. So we did some detective work and were able to locate the order and for my troubles I was given the employee discount! Unless, you have all day or really like BWW, avoid this place like the plague! read more

Went with the family around 2....less then half the tables had people and the rest were full of trash. The waiter was busting his butt doing with what he could..pre ordered appetizers...they forget about them....by the time we got our 6 wings for my kid, 6 for my wife and 10 for myself...they were warm....and we were 45 min deep in waiting. If management can't figure it out or who ever runs this franchise branch....your better off shutting it down. It felt like we sat in filth...even when my wife asked me to put her purse on the seat next to me, I pulled it out to it having sticky stuff on it... I've came here several times hoping it would get better...it just plains sucks and I'm better off getting wings from pizza hut. read more

I would give the Williston, ND, Buffalo Wild Wings a zero. It was 1:30pm an hour that was not busy and my husband and I ordered our food and after 30 minutes and watching everyone who came in after us get served their food, we were done. Our waitress did not care that we were walking out and the manager did not address our concerns but decided to make every excuse in the book for the poor service. She didn't have enough kitchen staff but at that point, we were the only ones in the restaurant that hadn't been served yet! I will never be a customer there again! read more

I went in on a Sunday to watch football. The service was decent and definitely very pleasant. The food came out eventually but that's to be expected when a place gets slammed. I'm sure people who have rated this place poorly had good reasons but it was definitely not my experience! It was a solid four-star experience. read more

Walked in for a late lunch at 2:05, sign said to seat yourself, which we did in the bar area. 2 tables were sat when we entered, with one of those leaving a few minutes after and the other with food. We ended up leaving around 2:20 without any acknowledgment from the server that visited the table off to my left at least 3 times in that 15 minutes. read more

The food was alright but the wrong dish. !! I ordered chicken sandwich and got a cheeseburger.

The wings were dry and took forever to arrive but the customer service is great the waiter was very nice to us. The fried pickles tasted like dirt and the spicy ranch sauce was not even good read more

To go order was supposed to be ready at 8:50. Arrived at 8:51, didn't leave restaurant until 9:19. Manager was rude, said online refunds take too long. No one asked if I was being helped except 1 young girl at 9:14. She apologized, something the Manager never bothered to do. read more

Good food and fast. It wasn't super busy though and we had spicy boneless.... Ran out of drinks and were dying ( we'll no actually...) but I think it's just a training thing to always look. I'd go back, maybe it was an off day. Waitress was very nice. read more

This place is terrible. Ordered food for pick which was supposed to be ready at 9:30 pm. Watched 2 employees walk around not acknowledging that I was even there. After 10 minutes I am told to go to the bar to get my food. Ands they were far from busy. 3 tables in dining & 4 tables on the bar side. Slowly watching this place kill itself. Would not recommend unless you want to disappoint yourself. read more

We waited 30 minutes and still wasn't seated at a table. It was clear to see 4 tables available if someone would clean them off. They need better team work! A customer at a table said they have been waiting over 30 minutes and still didn't get appetizer. That is when we decided to leave. Need better management! read more

Wish I could give this review zero stars, as it was in my top three worst servers of all time! Isabell the bartender took my order and took my card and that was IT! I had to go to the waitress station myself after waiting 20 minutes for a refill as it was empty. I got my check five minutes after food and not even close to being done. The restaurant was empty pretty much! She was more worried about complaining about the manager and dropping the F bomb more than myself and pull up her pants so it gave her a wedgy every two minutes. She wasn't doing that she was inputting her tips and counting her tips and checking her phone.! Waitress had to go behind the bar just to get her drinks! After looking at Yelp, I can see why this restaurant is struggling. I have to say that the owner needs to start firing and getting people that know customer service! First rule customer service you never ever curse out on the floor and definitely don't complain about management or customers can hear you. The biggest rule is make sure your customers drink is filled! It's sad when the customer Hass to go to the waitress station to get his own refill! Management get your store together already!!!!!! looking at your Yelp you can tell you are failing!!!!! read more

I've never seen a more poorly reviewed restaurant. I didn't even get the opportunity to eat at this establishment. Parking lot was completely empty at noon and not a single person inside dared to answer to phone. Probably time to close the doors for good. read more

Unfortunately this location disappoints in both service and food. Service and management awful and food overcooked.

Terrible customer service, restaurant was empty but food took over an hour to arrive.... Cold. Staff was incredibly unprofessional, no greeting when we entered. It's as if the employees have no understanding of customer service and have a lack of pride in their work. Completely failing business for a reason. read more

I'm a fan of Buffalo Wild Wings but this one here in Williston has got to be the worst one yet!!! I keep giving them the benefit of doubt but this is my last straw. Sat down and with my wife and baby for 25min before we left. Nobody asked us for our drink or even talked to us. Rarely emptied this go around but all the results are the same. Slow as hell. No management, organization, willingness, or desire to work and take care of their customers. Can't even understand how they can still have the doors open. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS BWW IN THIS TOWN. TRY ANOTHER TOWN read more

Horrible service, waited for an hour after we ordered, asked Ashley to check on our order and she comes out and says "I forgot to put your order in". Then asked to speak to a manager and he was apparently to busy to come speak to us. read more

Super slow even when they aren't busy. Be prepared to wait 20 minutes before you even get a drink. The orders have been wrong every time. Servers are hardly ever on the floor and snarky when ask for the basics like silverware or a napkin. If you do see them, they are all chatting in the corner. Tried to give it a few chances but won't be back. read more

Williston, ND isn't known for its service but this place is the worst! I sat and watched two other groups get taken care of that came in after me and I was never even approached by a server. Every time I think I should give this place another shot, I walk away disappointed. It has the worst management, worst servers, and it's the dirtiest of all BWWs I have ever seen. Do yourself a favor. Just get frozen, microwave wings from Walmart. That way you don't expect anything but bad from the get go. read more

Buffalo Wild Wings - Swimming in sauce! - American Near Me - Williston, North Dakota

HORRIBLE SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE. went in last night with a buddy and ordered wings, quesadilla and some beverages. Wings were ordered regular hot, not anything more. When they were delivered, wings were spiced so hot, they burnt my friends tongue and he couldnt eat them. We asked for the manager to be sent over and no one came for 30 minutes. Had to ask again and then he came over. We spoke to him and his reply was 'well, do you want some milk?". How about you fix them correctly for us instead??? Then the quesadilla took over an hour for it to come out. how hard is that to make? The manager didn't redo the wings. didnt take them off the bill and DIDNT come back out to check on the situation. needless to say.. we wont be back.. dont understand how you would treat a customer that way. will be calling corporate and telling everyone we know not to patronize this nasty attitude unprofessional spot read more
