Don is the best! Despite running on a skeleton crew (owners do f***ing better) he was so kind and attentive. Seems they had him doing the work of at least three people, which is unfair, but I still commend his ability handle it with such a positive and kind attitude. Again, I don't blame any employees in the store. I think owners/ B-dubs higher mgmt needs to do better properly staffing their locations and supporting their employees. read more

I travel across the country for work, typically am looking for a local spot to dine. However, I came across this BWW with one of the worst ratings I've ever encountered. Some guy recommended driving 5 hours to avoid this store & their horrible service. I was intrigued, is this establishment really the war zone that's described? Not to diminish the other experiences mentioned, but wow, I could not disagree more. Walked in after a long day of travel, immediately was sat, had an ice cold beer within 5 minutes & food within another 15. Chris the bartender is a rockstar, not only was she attentive, but was constantly checking in to make sure I was taken care of. Not sure if there's been a management or culture change, but my experience was nothing short of delightful. I've never left a yelp review before & am happy this place was my first. Came in to watch some college football this evening, ordered some wings and apps, and the food came out incorrect. Wings were supposed to be spicy garlic, and came out buffalo. Not a big deal, right? Just wanted them to get us the right order in the nicest way possible, and this short haired bartender, name undisclosed, argued with us that it WAS what we ordered, and then walked away without any explanation or recompense. Proceeded to ignore us and be openly nasty for the rest of the time we were there, never once addressing the incorrect order that was obviously wrong. I've been to countless BWW's & this one is the absolute worst service I've ever experienced in 20 years of being a loyal customer. Williston buffalo wild wings customer service was super disappointing. we are from out of state and always eat a Buffalo Wild Wings everywhere we go, so the lack of kindness caught us off guard. We ate with our elderly grandma who is hard of hearing and when I informed the employee you have to speak up when talking to her it seemed like that set a switch for how we were gonna be treated for the night. We all ordered our drinks and got them back right away but my grandmas margarita took 30 mins just to get to us. eyes were being rolled at us and all. there wasn't a lot of people in there either so I don't know if they were stressed or just had a bad day. There's a sign on the door that says "Please be patient, we are short staffed today" . Well let me tell everyone why... We walk in at 12:02pm, typical lunch hour time. We arnt greeted at the door and approach an empty hostess stand. After standing there for 35 minutes with no hostess help we decided to leave. Not only were we ignored for 35 minutes, 4 waitresses and what I would assume to be the manager walked by... NONE of them made eye contact, NONE of them said "hello" or "we'll be right with you". Let me say that I love Buffalo Wild Wings. I get their boneless wings pretty frequently. Just because Buffalo Wild Wings is good, it does not mean that this place is good and after skimming through other people's reviews it appears to be the consensus. I came here twice and both times it tasted like the wings were reheated from the day before or something. I've had this at a different BWW too, but the other one is consistently good every time while this one is consistently bad. Went with my son a few weeks ago and had the best food and service . We tried the cauliflower appetizer and it was delicious. The boneless buffalo wings were yummy as well. They have great cocktails and our bartender was very friendly and attentive. Definitely recommend and will be back as well. read more

Haha, this place is the worst! Server took our order and brought us our drinks and we never saw her again. Another girl brought out our food and even refilled our drinks, but nobody ever returned to our table. After almost an hour, I went up to the cashier and explained our situation. She asked me her name and I didn't know it. Then she asked me what did she look like (color hair, height, young or old). I didn't take a picture of her and just guessed older blond. She said that must be Christy and we can't find her either! The went to look for her but to no avail. So we did some detective work and were able to locate the order and for my troubles I was given the employee discount! The waiter was busting his butt doing with what he could..pre ordered appetizers...they forget about them....by the time we got our 6 wings for my kid, 6 for my wife and 10 for myself...they were warm....and we were 45 min deep in waiting. If management can't figure it out or who ever runs this franchise branch....your better off shutting it down. I would give the Williston, ND, Buffalo Wild Wings a zero. It was 1:30pm an hour that was not busy and my husband and I ordered our food and after 30 minutes and watching everyone who came in after us get served their food, we were done. Our waitress did not care that we were walking out and the manager did not address our concerns but decided to make every excuse in the book for the poor service. She didn't have enough kitchen staff but at that point, we were the only ones in the restaurant that hadn't been served yet! I will never be a customer there again! read more

I had to go to the waitress station myself after waiting 20 minutes for a refill as it was empty. I got my check five minutes after food and not even close to being done. I moved here from salt lake a few years ago and Bdubs was my jam! Bud light and some chicken tacos. So naturally I order it here... sat down and was told server will be there shortly, two more people sat down after and I watched them order drinks, be served drinks and order their food before the SAME waitress came to our table. Got my food, tortillas were crusty like they've been sitting in the exposed air to long, chicken was so DRY! One of the three had over the top dressings the other two hardly any. My kids and husband got wings, hardly any sauce, cold like super cold and we had to ask for the carrots and celery that I've always known are a given unless you request not to have them. Wasn't checked on so by the time we were ready to go I had to go find someone for our check to leave! My husband refuses to go back there. I wish it wasn't so bad buffalo was one of my favorites.
