This restaurant is located in downtown Williston. We were warmly welcomed and everyone that worked here was friendly and kind. We were welcomed with complimentary turkish tea, which was amazing! The service was excellent. The atmosphere is relaxed and you are in for a treat here. The authentic Turkish food here was absolutely amazing and so flavorful! The food was absolutely delicious. We both loved our meals and the bread and sauces were amazing! This is a family owned restaurant and you can tell as soon as you walk in because you feel comfortable, welcomed, and the hospitality here is on point and is something that you don't find in chain restaurants. Such a great place! Food is fantastic and staff is super friendly. My mom and I went it to place a togo order, while we were waiting they gave us complimentary tea. Togo order was done within 10-15 minutes. Very nice and clean and overall a great vibe. Kabob platter is enough to feed 3-5 people and it is all so delicious. We got a complementary sample of the almond pastry with our baklava order. Will definitely be going back when I'm in town again! read more

I ate here 3 times in 2 days. Once for lunch and twice for dinner. My first dinner I had the lamb chops - really flavorful and juicy. For lunch I got the lamb gyro plate - wow very flavorful. comes with rice and salad. Each meal comes with a basket of bread that they make in house with a white sauce and spicy marinera sauce. An amazing place. Seriously, there is outstanding cooking going on here. I ordered the lamb chop dinner. Incredible! First, they bring a basket of fresh warm bread with two dipping sauces (tzatziki and what I can only describe as a marinara sauce with a kick - Ezme dip, perhaps). Then the lamb chops - so incredibly seasoned with Mediterranean spices, with a depth of flavor, perfectly cooked (not over), and a wonderful char. Tender and deliciously messy. Served with rice and cabbage salad with tzatziki. The hot tea also came as part of the meal with refills, and I ordered the excellent Turkish coffee (which came with a Turkish delight). I had the opportunity to try their lentil soup as well - not the thick lentil soup that may come to mind, but the equivalent of a rich lentil broth with, again, that perfect depth of flavor. I ordered the Adana Kebab. It came w/ 2 kabobs of mixed lamb and beef I believe served over rice with a little red cabbage salad. They also serve a complimentary Turkish tea with bread a two dipping sauces, tzaziki & spicy marinara. I'm here in Williston on business and this place was excellent. For dessert I had 2 pieces of cream filled baklava. It was sweet and rich and the perfect ending to my meal. Staff was kind and kept my tea filled. This is the hidden gem of Williston. Every time we come here the food is delicious, service is amazing and the place is spotless. Some of our favorite dishes include the chicken kebabs, pizza, hummus, pita bread, lentil, soup, and dolmas. Really whatever you order from here you can't go wrong! I also can't forget to mention the amazing baklava! Our two favorites are the coconut and the chocolate baklava but again whatever you get, you will enjoy. Everything is made in house, and so fresh! It's rare to be completely blown away by a restaurant but that happened today! We do not live in Williston but this restaurant makes me wish I did. The food was incredibly flavorful and carefully prepared. And to boot, it's a hard-working family business, friendly and informative. I understand the mother who bakes the beautiful pastries was on vacation. Her son replaced her for the week and he apologized for lack of beauty in his work. What? The most delicious and freshest food I have had all week. Don't walk, run to this place! All the meat is marinated for two days and much adds to the flavor and tenderness. I had a mixed kabob meal, no rice but I ate a bit of bread. Also the Hummus and two sauces have a great taste and consistency. I will go back before I head home and tell everyone about this place. I cannot give this place enough stars! My husband and I stopped by today and the staff was stellar. The food was spectacular. I wish We had stopped there sooner!! The Turkish Tea is lovely and not too hot, even on this 82 degree day. The food...come on! The grill flavor on those kabobs is unreal and when you can make a salad taste that good, you know they're doing something right. Sampler of Baklava was just the icing, man. So buttery and not overly rich. The server even brought out a separate pasta dish for us to try. Not surprisingly, it too, just fabulous! Do NOT sleep on 3e Pastry Cafe!
