The people that work here are incredibly kind, [[HIGHLIGHT]]it's a really cute and relaxing place to eat[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] and the food is absolutely delicious! Without a doubt, my favorite restaurant in North Dakota.

The best meal I've had in Williston! We tried a few classics like gyro and then some new ones, too. Everything was a 10/10. The hospitality was above and beyond. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Super comfortable and chill ambience.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Can't wait to go back and try even more off the menu!

Such a great place! Food is fantastic and staff is super friendly. My mom and I went it to place a togo order, while we were waiting they gave us complimentary tea. Togo order was done within 10-15 minutes. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Very nice and clean and overall a great vibe.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Kabob platter is enough to feed 3-5 people and it is all so delicious. We got a complementary sample of the almond pastry with our baklava order. Will definitely be going back when I'm in town again!

Kabob combo with marinated chicken and beef/lamb mixture with a great salad and rice!

What a freaking gem of a place in Williston! Small cafe with excellent food and great service! Definitely a must hit when in town! The food is authentic and fresh! Thanks for a great experience! The bread and sauces they give you are awesome and so is the free tea.

An amazing place. Seriously, there is outstanding cooking going on here. I ordered the lamb chop dinner. Incredible! First, they bring a basket of fresh warm bread with two dipping sauces (tzatziki and what I can only describe as a marinara sauce with a kick - Ezme dip, perhaps). Then the lamb chops - so incredibly seasoned with Mediterranean spices, with a depth of flavor, perfectly cooked (not over), and a wonderful char. Tender and deliciously messy. Served with rice and cabbage salad with tzatziki. The hot tea also came as part of the meal with refills, and I ordered the excellent Turkish coffee (which came with a Turkish delight). I had the opportunity to try their lentil soup as well - not the thick lentil soup that may come to mind, but the equivalent of a rich lentil broth with, again, that perfect depth of flavor. I was so full I had to take the pistachio baklava to go.

Who would've thought one might find baklava in Williston. Great idea and effort to introduce a different cultural cuisine to the town. Will return when possible. The cashier even gave a bakers dozen.

Service was friendly, knowledgeable and responsive. Maybe the best part was the three painted and decorated cow sculptures out front. They reminded of several years back when decorated pigs were sprinkled throughout downtown Seattle. We came here for a late lunch, but noticed that they had a Sunday buffet for $18.95 that goes until 2pm. You can't beat that price for a buffet. So our table ordered cheeseburgers, biscuits and gravy, the all-you-can-eat salad bar, walleye salmon and the hamburger steak dinner. A note about the walleye salmon. This fish is actually a perch and exists in local water bodies around here. Everything was very good with the possible exception of the gravy on the biscuits. My nephew noted that something tasted weird in the gravy. I suspected it was nutmeg that my nephew was tasting. I sampled the gravy, and sure enough, it had been strongly spiced with nutmeg. Also, the walleye salmon (perch) had a bit of a fishy flavor, though the sandwich it came in was fine otherwise. I though the fish portion looked a bit svelte. The hamburger steak dinner, which included the onions & mushroom add-on was excellent. The brown gravy was delicious. We'd definitely come back.

The cafe is warm and welcoming and has a relaxed vibe to it that I loved. All the staff were very friendly and we were warmly welcomed. It had a cozy feeling to it with exceptional hospitality that I loved. We came here after having breakfast so we didn't grab anything to eat, although I loved the assortment of options that they have. The service was amazing and the selection of drinks and food was impressive. The expresso was just what we needed. In reading about this place, I found out that it is two sisters from Jordan that came to North Dakota and started this business. Love this! Highly recommend to all!

In addition to coffee, The Fleur has toast, sandwiches, pancakes, juices, salads, smoothies, zingers (juice with Red Bull) and milkshakes. A heads-up: unless you specify otherwise, The Fleur uses plenty of sugar in their options. For flavored coffee, I recommend to request they add just half the usual amount of sugar. Or, if you are ordering pancakes, have them hold the white chocolate sauce. But if you love white chocolate, go for it! Though, you will have, to use the words of my 16 year old nephew, a diabetes plate. I ordered the biscotti lotus pancakes. The pancakes themselves were great, perfectly griddled and with a little butter. While tasty, the caramel-vanilla sauce topping the pancakes was extremely sweet. The pancakes came with two cookies the same flavor as the sauce. I also ordered the very fresh and cold pineapple-orange juice, which was outstanding. What a great flavor combination! This juice Is very popular. I saw this same juice at a graduation party where The Fleur provided juice. I only wish that my glass of juice at The Fleur had been more juice than ice. Still, The Fleur is a great little restaurant with fine service.

They even gave me a to go cup. My meal was tasty and flavorful. The ambiance was great. Great signs all over the wall were fun to look at while waiting. Creamers and jellies on the table. The moment you walk through the doors, you're welcomed with that classic small-town diner charm. The friendly crew of young ladies greet everyone with a warm "Hi!" and clearly know their regulars by heart. This time around, I was craving liver and onions, and Lonnie's delivered. Two perfectly cooked slices, tender, flavorful, and just the right balance between not too rare and not overdone. Served with hash browns, corn, and a warm roll, it made for the perfect comfort meal. Big thanks to Lonnie's for satisfying the craving with some seriously delicious liver and onions. If you're in town and craving a hearty, home-cooked meal, do yourself a favor and stop by Lonnie's. Highly recommended! .
