If I could give negative stars I would. I'm SO mad at my FIRST experience here. I ordered a beyond burger with no tomatoes and catchup. With a lettuce WRAP. I get my food and I pull to the side to double check my order. It was a double cheese burger with bacon. I'm already starving at the point so I have my boyfriend go in and ask for the correct order. I get it and open it, and it's just sitting on a pile of shredded lettuce and it looked absolutely unappetizing and it smelled like beef. I'm already pretty lived and hangry and this point so I give it a bite and it's disgusting. It was the worst beyond burger at a fast food joint I've ever had. I will not be coming back. read more

Carl's Jr.'s has $6 burgers, and The original Famous Star burger. Hardee's doesn't do the famous star, just the $6 burgers.. That totally suck! Hardee's doesn't support the Carl's Jr. app either, sucks! But what really sucks the drive thru. Before you pull away.. Check your bag/ your order.. 95% of the time it's wrong, it's missing 1-3 things. And when you do go back.. it's rocket science to figure out what to do. Hardees is a fastfood restaurant that is somewhat like a Whataburger, in that they provide service to your table if you dine in. Not full service, mind you... but its nice that they will bring your order by the table so you can concentrate on getting your drink and accutrements to your meal. And it looks like Williston has a similar issue as Minot in getting good help. The poor kids back there barely look older than 12 and their manager looked maybe 16. They were having issues with their registers, nothing that impacted my transaction but I felt bad for them. They were just so young! And thank goodness I was not in a hurry, because when my order first came out, I had about two curly fries before I reached for my "burger" to discover the meat patty was completely missing! I looked three or four times for the "quarter pound patty" before going up to the cashier with a puzzled look on my face. They were very shocked and fixed my order right away. Hands down the best curly fries are here... they had a great mix of the tight curly and loose curly fries and not too many of the super-crunchy ends and pieces. Burger was ok the second time around. It's a Carls Jr. It was very busy when I paid my visit for my first meal in Williston ND. Yuck! The burger patty was cold, the salad I ordered instead of the fries was the cheapest most non nutritious salad there ever was. It upset my stomach. Watford Hardee open today. Went in to try....ordered Thickburger , and was okay...way to much mayo..bun sliding off burger because so much on it. Ordered small FF , charged $2.01 with tax...got 14 FFs, that come to $0.13.5 cents a FF!!! I find this absurd and I am not willing to pay 13 cent for one French fry!! I returned for refund, Chad assist mgr , appeared to find my request offensive...did not speak to me, just gave me money. It had been a very busy day and maybe Chad was exhausted. Lets Remember , Hardee's motto is "GUEST EXPERIENCE is first and,formost" and direct employees to stop what they are doing to ensure customers are happy, according to founder, Wilber Hardee, . Clearly not the same phosoliphy Assistance Mgr Chad exhibited tonight. No apologies, no attempt to correct problem. Tracy, the regional Mgr, did however, take an interest in my guest experience and she apologized offered to give me order of FF, I was full and declined, but she gave me comp card for small combo on next visit. Would give it zero if I could! Nasty! The place was empty when we got there, while DQ was busy. Should've been our first clue! The server barely spoke above a whisper. The floors were filthy. The booths, tables & chairs covered in food crumbs. When my husband asked the girl at the register for a rag cause everything was dirty, she walked over with a damp cloth & sorta wiped just the table down. We love Hardee's!! Delicious fries, burgers, and chicken!! Not too expensive but super filling! They have great breakfast, lunch and dinner! Love their sandwiches and biscuits and gravy for breakfast! The Frisko Burger is the best burger!! They even have five dollar boxes to share! read more

I don't know how this place is allowed to put the name "Hardee's" on their restaurant. The food was cold and - oh wrong order. Took one bite threw it all away for fear that I would get sick. Fries - 0 heat. Shame to waste $13 for a combo meal. I could have bought two large pizzas at Papa Johns for that much. Was not impressed girl at register couldn't even understand my order barely spoke English so that's number one make sure the face of your business the main person that deals with customers and takes orders can speak the accepted language of the country your establishment is in. Second they don't have chicken biscuits for breakfast for some reason which is a Hardee's staple at every Hardee's I've ever been to. I had breakfast there with my colleague and he got up and asked for a refill on his coffee and they made him produce the receipt like we were thieves when we were one of only two parties eating inside the restaurant and clearly visible to anyone inside. Double check your order before you leave. I had ordered a bacon cheeseburger in the drive-thru, the cashier asked if I wanted curly fries, I declined. She did not inform me that they were low on the regular fries and I would be receiving bottom barrel salt sticks, on top of hidden curly fries. They did make this right, by offering me a coupon for free fries, but after spending money, only to have to go back in is a little disappointing. read more
