I cannot say enough about how great this whole office is. For the first time in 16 years we needed to take our cat to a vet and we were so lucky to find this office. Everyone was superb. They handled a very difficult situation with tremendous sensitivity right up to the end. A week later we received a beautiful card of condolence from everyone there. I've never posted a review on Yelp but after my experience with Williamsburg Veterinary Clinic I want to share so that others don't make the mistake of coming here. My cat came to me as a rehoming from a negligent breeder. I did not pay for her I simply was in a position to give her a better life and decided to adopt. She is a Canadian Sphynx. Our provider aggressively pushed me to have a dental cleaning for my cat, going so far as to falsely diagnose her with PPD2 without even having an xray (the disease occurs under the gum line and CANNOT be diagnosed prior to an xray) before surgery a heart murmur was discovered. Our provider assured me that the ProBNP blood test rules out heart disease and that my Sphynx would be totally find to proceed. Against my better judgement I consented only to find later after seeing a new provider who has experience with Sphynx cats that this was extremely dangerous and borderline negligent. Because of the high risk of HCM in the Sphynx breed an echo is absolutely necessary to evaluate risk of anesthetized procedures. Since the dental she now has developed fluid in her chest and it is likely the anesthesia has caused rapid progression of previously undetected HCM. THEY SHOULD HAVE REFUSED TO DO THE PROCEDURE THAT DAY AND IF AN ECHO WAS DONE SHE WOULD HAVE NEVER BEEN CLEARED FOR ANESTHESIA I feel so stupid for believing these horrible people and putting my cat at such risk simply because they wanted to charge me nearly two thousand dollars for a dental that turned out to reveal she doesn't even have PPD! AND when I have sent follow up emails to the clinic and requested medical records I have been either ignored or they have intentionally given me limited records, I had to have our new vet request the records and the new provider sent me the xrays and detailed clinic notes from the procedure!!!! This screams of dishonest practices!!! I feel so lucky she made it out alive and I would never recommend anyone come here, and based on some of the other reviews this seems to be a pattern of behavior. Disgusting. They shouldn't be in business if they care more about a paycheck than the lives of these creatures they treat. If I could type a middle finger on yelp it would go here. read more

It is with great sorrow I feel I must post this. My 9 old month Pug died on their operating table on 2/22. She was there to get Spayed. Being a brachialcephaloc Dog any Vet with half a brain knows they are very prone to aspirate. She threw up shortly before the surgery and Dr Rendon decided to proceed. By the time she was done Snacks was dead. They rushed her to AMC on the East Side where she died a few hours later. The bill at AMC is $3,600. Since this occurred I can't get a call or email returned by Dr Rendon. All I asked is they pay the AMC bill but they have chosen to ignore me. I guess taking responsibility for your actions isn't part of their make-up. Oh yeah, after she died they were using her picture on Yelp to advertise. I spoke to another vet with 35 years experience and he couldn't believe that she not only proceeded, but proceeded without performing the necessary steps to make sure it was safe. Let's see if they have enough class to pay my bill at AMC but I'm not holding my breadth. If I could give you any advice don't even walk down Metropoliton to steer clear from Williamsburg Vet as much as possible. They should be closed down. Prior to January 2021, I would have given this location at high star rating. We are a family of six - two very high maintenance Pugs, two high needs kitties, two intelligent parents who are attuned to their needs and have little room for incompetency after so many experiences with mistakes on the part of medical professionals (we've had a great deal of trauma due to things that could have been avoided if had been in competent hands - so we've learned from our mistakes in fifteen years). I'd like to tell the story of my experience with Williamsburg Vet since they moved in across the street. We were so grateful to have a convenient vet nearby to work in tandem with our EXCELLENT VET - City veterinary clinic, owned by Dr. Andrew Kaplan on the upper West side. As long as we were seen by Dr Rendon, things went smoothly. The staff seemed friendly enough, but we definitely had a preference for Dr Rendons sensibility. Long story short, our preference was never considered they performed tasks by other vets that we didn't want, charging us for them...and then when I approached this un professionalism...they BANNED me from coming in!! Years later, my ex-husband continued to utilize them out of convenience which I never felt comfortable with but how could anyone be in business in nyc thats THAT horrible? A reasonable thought... however, its been demonstrated that they foster DANGEROUS practices with NO RESPECT OR REGARD for the pet parent. They performed an extremely dangerous procedure on a puppy after seeing she was not well enough for it...THEY KILLED HER! Went there with my 3,5 month kitten for a wellness check-up & a booster shot. The doctor though insisted on doing rabies shot as well. I even asked if it won't be too hard for him, she said it's totally fine. In about 48hr the kitten was not feeling well, fever, throwing up, and for a few minutes it seemed like he had some difficulties breathing. I called the clinic immediately and they said this can't be vaccines and sent me to ER, saying they were fully booked to see us. Long story short, after calling his breeder and staying home for 2 days watching him, those were vaccines side affects!!! He was too small for that, and there was absolutely no rush doing rabies shot at the same time for an indoor tiny kitten! Dear Vets, pls do more research/care about your patients than trying to add up some more $$ to your customers bill. read more

The receptionists were flexible with scheduling, and the nurses treated my dog nicely and carefully, for which I'll give 2 stars. But I cannot recommend this vet. I brought in my dog because she ran away, potentially got hit by a car, and was vomiting blood. I brought her to the vet the next morning, where the Dr. said she urgently needed an xray, serums, blood tests, medicines, and an extra consultation with a radiologist, for $850. I accepted, and she said she'd tell me the results the same day, given the potential gravity of the situation. I received no calls, and had to call the next day 3 times before getting ahold of her. She had only just gotten around to seeing the results, and told me there was no trauma, but instead it was pneumonia. I asked "so she got pneumonia and started coughing blood at the exact same time she ran away and maybe got hit?" she answered "i can't make sense of it but yes", and prescribed me $250 worth of medicine. The Dr then mentioned she knew the whole process had been expensive, and would provide the first week of medicine for free, and then send me a prescription to buy the rest of the treatment. I accepted, went to the vet to pick it up, only to be told by reception that the vet wouldn't cover the first week. The Dr didn't even both to come out and explain the situation. I got a second opinion and was told it was definitely not pneumonia. Given the lack of urgency, bad diagnosis, price (they were constantly trying to upsell me flea prevention, heartworm medicine), and not following through with the promised free medication, I cannot recommend this vet. read more

The sheer incompetence and lack of intelligence of this entire clinic and Victoria Sampsel (vet) is astounding. 1. They cannot enter proper dates on a vaccination record. My dog, 7 years old, have never received 6 month Bordetella except by Victoria. When I requested for the updated record, they changed the date of previously administered annual Bordetella to 6 months, presumably to justify their need to get money from their "patients." It took 3 phone calls to fix this simple mistake and look at the "updated" record they sent, it is not even real, they scanned the old one and "fixed" it, just ridiculous and disrespectful. 2. I asked them THREE times to cut my dogs nail but they ended up not doing it. According to Coco, an assistant, gratis nail cutting is offered to first time patients but I guess they were too busy charging me $800 they forgot to offer a free service. 3. Victoria pushes for medication. My dog has a chronic allergies in his ears but instead of offering one treatment, follow up, and re-evaluation, she tried to charge me 2 treatments simultaneously at the first visit. 4. Even if your dog has elevated leukocytes and thrombocytes count, Victoria will say "I'm not worried" without giving any explanation. Well yeah Victoria, if my dog is sick, you make money so of course you are not worried. 5. They cannot even be bothered to spell my name correctly, they couldn't even pull up my dog's appointment because they had my name spelled wrong. It literally took multiple emails, texts, phone calls, an in-person appointment, for them to finally learn to type my name. I'm from a different culture and my name is not an English name. Frankly, in 2021, this kind of culturally and racially ignorant behavior is trashy. read more

Wonderful care!! It's easy to make an appointment. They greet you at the door when you arrive and take your dog. The doctor calls from the examination room and talks with you about your concerns. The doctor spoke with me for 20 minutes, asking a lot of questions and working with me to resolve my dog's allergy situation. We came up with a plan together. And then we talked a bit about my dog's exercise needs and how I'm managing that. I received a follow up email and could reply with any questions I had. Oh, and I paid for the visit and allergy pills. That's it! No costly sprays, wipes, or extra tests. Very affordable. I can't say enough wonderful things about this veterinary hospital! read more

Brought my dog here in the pre-Covid day and have interacted with two different vets. The first vet was good, took the time to explain everything and work with our anxious pup. No complaints with this visit except for the high cost of the bill. The second vet was quick and curt and did a horrible job handling our pup, going straight in to grab the dog to flip her. This of course startled the dog who barked because of this sudden intrusion in her space. The vet then chalked this up as "aggression", when she was clearly in the wrong. Had she spent more than 30 seconds interacting with the dog, this would have turned out differently. She was completely unprofessional. They also push dog anti-depressants for vet visits. They prefer to drug up your pets rather than spend extra time in gaining their drugs. Do yourself a favor and look for a holistic vet with more knowledge about training and behavior. Not every behavioral quirk needs to be solved with drugs. read more

This veterinary wouldn't treat my dog without giving vaccination first. when i went to another doctor, they highly recommended against vaccines because of my dogs state. this places charges $120 just for an office visit. they aren't compassionate. (No wonder Cooper doesn't even look back when he gets there!) Scheduling is always a breeze, and the office is super responsive via e-mail or phone for questions / receipts / medical records. And prices are in line with other Williamsburg vets. When we got some major procedures done (e.g., dental cleaning), the final billing was right in the quote range they provided. And they called me to confirm extractions before they moved forward. I've referred 3 other dog parents to this clinic, and they've all also had nothing but positive experiences. Steer clear of this place if you value your pets life because these practitioners clearly do not. I am loathe to even give this place one star but alas I had to select something. Unfortunately this practice recklessly breached its standard of care and failed to conduct the necessary due diligence to ensure the continued survival of my cat. Rather than diagnosing an earlier stage of the fatal cancer that he now has, this practice suggested a tooth cleaning and extractive tooth surgery. This is also notwithstanding alarming blood work results which were identified as not being "a cause for concern". This is also in spite of thee fact that the practice was expressly warned of symptoms indicative of a systemic infection when taken alongside these blood results. I have now been deprived of the opportunity to treat my cats illness in any way which would have been possible one month ago when the MIS-diagnosis was made. read more

I just moved to Brooklyn from Manhattan and was hoping to find a new vet with a convenient location. And while I really want to like Williamsburg Vets, I think I'm going to keep making the trek into Manhattan. In general, I have concerns when it comes to this shop's transparency, both in their pricing and in their staffing, and I've now had a couple of interactions with them that didn't inspire trust. For example, I called today to learn what the pricing is like for dental cleaning. I'm aware that there's a wide range of prices you can pay for cleanings, particularly if there are extractions or other complications during surgery. The normal range could go from a few hundred to a few thousand dollars. I'm also aware that some vet clinics charge significantly more for the same services than other places, as much as double, so I wanted to get a general idea of the price structure at Williamsburg Vet. Now, my last vet always gave me a simple, generic pricing sheet showing the possible scenarios for a teeth cleaning and a price range for each. The sheet included a scenario where there were no extractions, just a couple of extractions, or many extractions. The difference between the smallest and largest amount was thousands of dollars, but it was helpful to visualize the possibilities and guess which was most likely for my dog. It was also helpful to know what the expected max was, so that in the worst case, I would be able to cover the cost. At my previous vet, with this sheet, I guessed my dog was on the low end of the pricing spectrum, and, in fact, he was! The total procedure at the other vet came out to be just $600. It was a different story at Williamsburg Vet. The customer service, who seemed out of it and not too concerned with the specifics of my question, said that they don't provide estimates, and you have to first pay ~$220 to get an estimate. When I asked what the no extraction and one-to-two extraction prices would be (ballpark), the rep wouldn't budge or let me speak with a vet. Finally, I've talked with other people who live in the area who have had serious incidents with this vet and their pets. For all of these reasons, I refuse to trust this vet with the care of my dog. read more

This place is great. Very modern, email receipts, email doctor's notes, etc. Can check-in online or in person, can schedule an appointment by calling or texting. I called on a Sunday asking if there were any appointments available, my dog had never been to this vet before but we needed to get him last minute somewhere. They were able to fit us in next day, and even offered to call back if a spot opened up later that evening. With the COVID 19 prevention measures, I wasn't able to accompany my dog inside or meet the vet, but after speaking with her on the phone, I could tell my pup was in great hands. Everyone was very enthusiastic and great with animals. We will be coming back even though we do not live in Williamsburg. read more

We have been going to Williamsburg Veterinary Clinic for almost a year now, and they have been fantastic at every visit. But last week my dog was hit by a bike right down the street so I ran over there immediately. Fern was amazing, she immediately took Wanda and ran her to the back to be seen by the doctors. Then she came and checked on me because I was an absolute mess. Despite the fact that they were close to closing, Dr. Seki & Dr. Rendon stayed (without hesitation) to make sure Wanda was OK. Both Dr. Seki and Dr. Rendon sprung into action to check her out, but they quickly realized she would need to go to an animal hospital. While the doctors were doing everything they could to stabilize her and preserve her oxygen levels, the nurses started calling around to hospitals in the area to make sure they could accommodate her critical condition. The team was so fast acting, knowledgable and incredible. They played a HUGE part in saving Wanda's life and I can't thank them enough. It is so amazing to have a Vet (multiple Vets!) that you can tell sincerely cares about your pet. Both Dr. Seki & Dr. Rendon maintained the upmost level of professionalism and showcased such an impressive level of expertise while also being incredibly sensitive and sympathetic to me (and my wailing). The called to check in with me, and with the hospital (which they didn't have to do). It was evident that they were all very invested in making sure that Wanda was ok and that meant the world to me. P.S. I have actually met or spoken to all of the vets at this clinic and they are all amazing. read more

She took her time to look at our 13-year-old Yorkie and we discussed his heart issues and dental surgery. She showed confidence in her ability as a doctor. And after weighing the pros and cons, our doggie had major dental surgery. Dr. Rendon made everything for us and our Yorkie easy. He recovered smoothly and quickly. I'm so happy I tried out this new- ish vet in the area. I use to go to Northside but I stopped going after they became so busy and as a result, unattentive and very pricey. I brought my 12 years old dachshund for a teeth cleaning and x rays found few fractured teeth. Dr. Smith removed them and everything went smoothly. Dr. explained entire procedure and gave clear pictures of what is happening with her teeth. Price is reasonable unlike other vets. read more

I'll start by saying that the veterinarian who saw our dog here appeared to be perfectly caring and competent. However, I cannot recommend this veterinary clinic due to the nature of the office staff and their policies and disregard for others. We had made an appointment for our dog, who had followed here for about 18 months, for a Sunday at 11am. We confirmed this appointment. The staff at the clinic then changed the appointment to a day earlier on a Saturday. They notified us of the change via email the day before - an email we never saw, given the late notice (most folks don't check their emails on Friday evenings to make sure the vet didn't randomly change their confirmed appointment unilaterally). The next day they called up out of the blue since we didn't show up for the last minute changed time - a time we had never confirmed, had not originally scheduled, and would not have scheduled as we were unavailable that day. They then attempted to charge us a no show fee. It's common for clinical staff at doctor's or vet's offices to need to change an appointment, but to do so with little notice, without actually confirming with the patient/pet owner that the change works out, is unprofessional; to then charge a no show fee is even more so. We disputed this issue with the staff who were rude and refused to understand how we might not be happy given the above. Words were exchanged. We subsequently recieved an email that their clinic intended to discharge our dog from their care, with the office staff's documentation of our phone call - which was inaccurate and one-sided, and made it seem like we had cursed them out on the phone on Saturday for no reason at all. Given that the weekend staff documented this and relayed it to their manager I can understand why whoever manages this place said "cut them loose" - except that convo didn't happen the way it was documented. At no time did anyone more senior reach out to discuss the dispute or make any attempt to resolve issue. Overall, the staff here operates unilaterally without much regard for the patient's owners schedule, doesn't honor planned appointments, changes appts at the last minute without confirming with you, and then tries to charge you if you don't show up. The staff member was rude and unprofessional on the phone, and then reported to their bosses that we were rude and unprofessional (and presumably that they were just right) and they never attempted to rectify. Given that we hadn't had any issues with them in the past, I was surprised by this turn of events, but ultimately glad to go to a new vet in any case. 0/10, would not recommend. read more

I brought Potato, my healthy medium size dog, for a general checkup and a few vaccines here last weekend. Unfortunately, I had a pretty disappointing experience. First, they overcharge way too much for no apparent reason. And I'm not stingy about my fur baby's health. For example, a vaccine shot that normally costs $20-$30 is $45 here. It's not like it requires the latest and fanciest technology to give a shot to a healthy young animal. Neither was their nurse particularly better than any other animal clinic nurses; the nurse we had was impatient and aggressive to get my answers for her checklist, so I eventually gave up on telling her any of my concerns and just talked to the doctor. The answers I did give her, she got them only partially right (I said Potato had pink spots around her eyes, not red eyes). She also had a hard time coaxing my dog to get on the scale. I eventually asked her to hold the leash so I can put Potato up on the scale, but being so impatient she is, she just aggressively dragged her to the scale before I could even finish my words. And do not ever buy medications from them; they'll charge you literally twice. They charged $65 for heart worm med, which later I learned that I could buy for $31-$33 on the internet. That is unethical. The doctor was nice and caring, but I got the impression she may not be knowledgeable with canine behaviors as much as she is with canine health (Potato didn't want to leave me and follow her to a separate exam room, not because she was shy, but because she was scared of vets, as many pets are). Finally, they just sent her lab results by email, in which they constantly refer to her as a he even though the result clearly states the animal is female. The dental cleaning estimate they also sent was $500; it should. be more than $400 at max. I just wanted to try a new vet since we moved to a new neighborhood, but I won't be going back here. And I definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anybody. And don't bother requesting a quote; they're very not transparent about it. I tried in advance, but they only told me it was $70 for a regular exam, wouldn't tell me prices for vaccines or anything. read more

A total lack of communication and followthrough on his part. Misinformed me and lied about the overall cost they have for titers and when I found out the truth he just never called me back! Why charge $300+ for a titer that costs $30 and free shipping through the Kansas University and make it so unaffordable for people. In particularly with animals who can't be vaccinated because of other health conditions. That is just not in the best interest of the animals. Look, our dogs don't like this place because they know exactly what's going down every time they come here-- but as owners, my partner and I have felt at ease and comfortable with having our pet care done here. When we were dealing with our hospice pup, Clark, the vets here were more than accommodating and always answered our questions. Dr. Smith, in particular, was very thorough in his examinations of Clark and always have the answers to us straight but with compassion. At the end of Clark's life, when we had to put him down, the vets walked us through the process and always gave us the option to leave if we needed. While it was heartbreaking to lose our sweet boy, we couldn't have asked for a better place to take care of him. For our pup Kaia, who is a bit anxious due to her breed and coming into a new environment-- the vet techs are very experienced and handle her fairly well. While it's a bit out of our way, we always feel good about coming here for our pet care due to the transparency of the cost (they give us a "low/minimum" estimate and a high one,) the friendliness and compassion of the vets and the clean, modern facilities. read more

I cannot speak highly enough of Dr Rendon and her entire team at Williamsburg Veterinary Clinic. We have a 4 year old English Bulldog, and while he generally does well, when something goes wrong it can go very wrong. It gives us so much peace of mind to have such a compassionate, knowledgeable and straight forward vet around the corner for our little guy. She has definitely found her calling; her love of animals is clear in every interaction, and they love her back. The clinic is responsive to questions that come up after the visit, which hasn't always been our experience at other vet practices. Booking is seamless, they are extremely transparent about costs (which are reasonable) and they go above and beyond for all of their patients. We can never say thank you enough to this wonderful crew! Also, on multiple occasions while out for a walk our bulldog he has tried to drag us here. I want to post everywhere on why this is such a great clinic for your dog. I had been to Northside Veterinary on Berry multiple times and was misdiagnosed, overcharged, ignored and made to wait outside in the freezing cold or sweltering heat because they are always always running 30 -45 minutes behind. Not this place. Not only were they responsive, prompt and cheerful, but they had me in the room with my dog, walked me through all her options for the various issues she has (she's 14), put me at ease, put my dog at ease (more importantly), gave me all pricing up front and really spent quality time with me. They care - it's not just churning people in and out like Northside. Also, they followed up multiple times which I truly appreciate! Don't go anywhere else - also shout out to Dr Regina and her assistant. You are wonderful, super appreciative. read more

If you have an anxious dog this a great place because you won't be stuck in the waiting area, the times I've visited we've walked directly to the exam room. Prices seem on par with other vets we've visited. They are very transparent about costs before doing anything. If you want to know how much something is, ask, but understand there might be a range. Dr. Rendon took her time answering my questions and didn't make me feel judged or stupid for asking. She offered good advice and allowed me to make my own decision without being pressured. The first time she met my dog she took a few minutes to get to know her. I've been around vets for 35 years and she has a great bedside manner with pets and people. I love this vet clinic. My 5 y/o Allie is always terrified of the vet but weirdly tries to pull me in here like it's the pet store whenever we pass it. Maybe it's because the doctors and staff here have great bedside manner and a lot of love, and go above and beyond to help make their patients feel comfortable. When Allie's in any exam room she gets nervous and leans away from the vets, so instead of making her stand on the table they sit on the floor with us to help her relax. Dr. Rendon is the first vet Allie's been to who she didn't try to run from. I couldn't believe how she was able to immediately gain her trust. Easiest exam I've ever been with her for. Dr. Amy Kantor just joined their team as a surgeon, and 2 days ago operated on Allie's back leg for a myriad of issues (torn ACL, torn MCL, luxating patella). Allie's already back to her amazing personality, and I was able to bring her home with me the same night as her procedure to minimize her stress from severe separation anxiety. Dr. Kantor has decades of experience and was able to employ a fortified form of a suture-based repair for Allie's leg that was way less invasive and requires significantly less recovery work than the original route we had been planning to take. Obviously unable to walk after surgery, Allie needed to be carried home. Considering she's 50lbs to my 125, I could not have gotten her back that way, so Matt, the practice manager, put on his coat and carried her the 2 blocks for me. This will probably be my first and last time writing a review on Yelp. We got a puppy during the lockdown and they were able to get him in pretty swiftly. We went once a month for three months for all of his vaccines. For the most part - our experience was normal. There were a few hiccups - but I chalked it up to things being difficult during COVID - including having the same conversation every time about getting our pup vaccinated for Lymes and agreeing to start it the next visit (he still hasn't been vaccinated for Lymes..) Our pup is now 5 months and still under 10 pounds -- over the weekend he started with a cough, by Monday, he was burning up, unable to walk, eat or drink, and was very disoriented. I called in the morning and explained all of the symptoms and was immediately told that they were fully booked and that the best course of action would be to monitor him -- and that they would squeeze him in for the end of day Thursday and if he gets better, I can call and cancel. When I asked if she could speak to the vet she repeated herself. When I asked 'what happens if he gets worse' she told me that that they would put him on the waitlist in case there was a last-minute cancelation but that it would be unlikely and emphasized that they were fully booked. After I got off the phone, I felt uneasy (I was also assuming that he couldn't be that bad if they thought he could wait!) After talking to my mom, I called around and was able to get him in immediately at another vet in the neighborhood. When I called them and told him his symptoms, they put me on a brief hold, got the vet on the phone, I repeated the symptoms, and they told me to get there in an hour. They took him back immediately and within a few minutes, it was confirmed - he had a high fever and pneumonia. The vet told me if I waited for another day or two that he would not be alive. It gave me goosebumps. I later found out that they were indeed busy and fully packed for the next few weeks - but they took him in any way because his symptoms are textbook pneumonia. (They were also considerably cheaper) To WVC credit - they did call to tell me that they had an opening Monday evening but I declined - I already made the appointment above. I called back later in the day to cancel Thursday. They didn't even ask why and I felt like I should leave it alone and I did. Then they called me this morning to see if I wanted to come in before Thursday then I explained that I canceled it and decided to tell them the above - and how disappointed I was and that I was not going to come back. The woman got aggravated at me - repeated that they were busy and because of COVID it's been hard for them and hung up. I understand that we're all in tricky times these days - but it became clear that they only care about the money and keeping up with a certain type of appearance. I'm glad they're booked - but they could have at least checked in with a vet or even recommend taking him somewhere else or to an emergency clinic. My poor baby had to get IV fluids and antibiotics and I will forever be haunted by the idea that he could have died if I waited. read more

I came here on the final days of my cats life. The vet and staff were very friendly and took great care of Luna. Loved that the vet didn't try to prolong her life and gave me the time I needed to grieve her and come to realize on my own it was time to say goodbye. The vet was great at breaking down exactly what was happening to my cat, step I could take in any direction and provided semi affordable medication. For the clinic itself: very clean, good temperature (not cold and not too hot) and no urine smell. It's also not so bleak like other clinics. Overall I'd definitely recommend them for your pets wellbeing if this is where you reside. Updates to follow down the road as my family has two new kittens to care for :D read more

I recently moved to Williamsburg and had to change vets. I brought my cat Blair here for her annual. She was examined by Dr. Seki who was fantastic. She identified a heart murmur in Blair and promptly ran the appropriate tests to check for heart disease. She followed up quickly with results, helping put me at ease. Blair was very comfortable (as a cat can be when getting anal glands expressed and blood drawn!) in Dr. Seki's presence. You can tell they genuinely care about your pet and are very thorough in the examination / treatment while being kind. read more

Well, if a 20something old vet guesses diagnosis 5 times and after thousands of dollars still can't get it right, you should either hire an experienced vet or close down! I've been coming here for a while to get my dog treated, and they still don't know what's wrong with him. Every visit it's something different. The vet just doesn't know a thing. Ridiculous!
