What should have been a straightforward and professional process turned into an extremely frustrating situation due to the complete lack of communication from your team. I expected clear updates regarding my delivery, yet I was left without any meaningful communication about the timing, status, or any potential delays. As a paying customer, it is unreasonable to be left guessing about something as important as a scheduled delivery. Your customers deserve transparency, timely updates, and respect for their time. The absence of communication reflects poorly on your company's commitment to customer service. When customers invest their money in your products, they should not also have to deal with unnecessary stress and uncertainty simply trying to receive what they paid for. I expect a prompt response addressing this issue, along with an explanation for the breakdown in communication and what steps will be taken to ensure that other customers are not subjected to the same experience. Additionally, I would appreciate consideration for compensation or some form of goodwill for the inconvenience this situation has caused. Got the extended warranty and all, but when I called about one issue the first day, I was told I'd have to pay a restocking fee to exchange it despite it just being delivered. Moved on. Not two months later, it stops working for something with the sensor. Made an appointment to have it looked at, but on the day of, got a call to be rescheduled for another two days, after having to already wait four days. Called to file a compliant, and was told it can be replaced if they can't fix it, but need to go through the proper channels. I feel dismissed, and extremely disappointed that in a very short time, we're already dealing with issues...and for a GE "top" appliance. Shop around...you'll be happy you did.

    Amazing appliance repair company!…read more They do exactly what they promise. We had a problem with our newly out of warranty Whirlpool stoce: the door hinge was stuck. They gave us a date and 2 hour window for their repair guy to come by, and he called us when he was 30 minutes away. The part needed to be ordered so he gave us the exact amount to get it installed. We only paid for his time and 2 weeks later the stove was fixed. Prompt, accurate and honest, does it get any better?

    The owner (as he announced himeslf to me) made the service call for my stove himself (a couple few…read morelate expected to say the least). He was very nice and respectful when he finally showed up. However, the service was never rendered. It was fine because he said he that he would reach out to someone the could provide the service that was needed (and this didn't materialized either because I never heard from this so-called different repairman.) I can't fault "Americare Appliance Reair" for that (I don't think?) What I can fault is him for allowing me to pay him to simply reverse my dryer door (while he was already at my place.) A task that seemed quite simple to do, it although also seemed to stumped is personal abilities. After awhile he said that he needed to get a different bracket from his shop and that he would be by my place early in the morning to finish the job. He answered one phone call from me in the morning but never showed up to finish reversing the door (while he left all of the parts scattered about.) He would not answer or returned any more calls (not even before I submitted the review.) I sent several (friendly) courteous messages (during this time) but to no avail. I waited numerous weeks before submitting my review of this small business owner (to give him the "benefit of the doubt" to make himself whole.) I finally realized the he didn't know what he was doing when I googled my dryer's model number (and watched the video on YouTube. Everything that he needed to do for the job was actually provided on the dryer. He didn't need to get a different bracket at all. He just didn't he know what he was doing for all intents and purposes. I watched the video and troubleshooted the rest for myself. He really should feel bad and should mail my money back to me? I sure he that understands that is was wrong and that you all dailed into these reviews... good luck to you all.

With that in mind, I visited this location intending to decide on a large purchase. It was not busy on a Saturday morning at 10:30am, and the customer service representative was trying very hard to be attentive even though I could tell he'd been out partying late the night before. I knew exactly what I needed (hair dryer with WiFi), and got out with my purchase in less than 10 minutes. I hope Best Buy can survive another few decades before succumbing to the inevitable.

He is a perfect salesman , not pushy but helpful and patient with us seniors. Secondly I want to thank BEST BUY for having the absolute best floor model sizes, brands and types of various TV configurations. So we bought a little better than what we intended but walked out happy with our purchase and their 2 day delivery! After posting our experience I later read some of the very old reviews. This place is extremely clean, all the staff we bumped into were courteous and friendly . The front lady greeting us as we came in, Kevin and Tyler in the TV section and a guy ?? Walton in appliances. No one here is rude and all were helpful. We will be back here for certain. So the TV set gets delivered and I'm reducing my rating from 5 star to one STAR. When the delivery guys showed up they refused to take off there shoes and were ok with tracking snow on our "just cleaned carpet". I asked if I called your manager what would he say? He said they have those blue booties but they just wet anyway . One guy was plain rude when I asked him about taking the other TV upstairs as I was told they would do as part of the $119 dollar set up charge.. There sei is to take the 85 inch TV out of the box, set it where you want it, plug it in and leave. Afterward, The one guy offered to take the other TV upstairs but I told him not with your snow packed shoes on, trying to call the store and talk to a manager is also non-existent. Worse delivery service I have ever experienced. I had to go back into goggle and yelp to lower rating from 5 Star to one star.
