We were very concerned because our neighbor went with a general contractor and it took them 2 months to get it done. Dreammaker has kitchen remodeling down to a science. They estimated 13 days, they actually got done in 9 days and came back for minor touches completing ahead of time in 11 days. Just amazing. Again more expensive, I estimate we paid $10k more but well worth it.

It had the original cabinets from the 1970s. The shelves weren't even, and there was barely any counter space to work with. We knew we wanted to replace all the cabinets, get quartz counterop, and upgrade the layout to be more functional. We called another competitor first, and they quoted us that the bare minimum of what we were asking for would be over $45,000, which was more than twice our budget. When we met Bill, he wasn't pushy or salesy. We told him our budget and what we were looking for, and he was able to meet every expectation. It took about 8 weeks for our cabinets to come in/be made. Immediately after that, Joe and the crew came and completed our kitchen renovation within 2 weeks. My partner and I work from home, and the renovation did not disturb our workflow at all. We'll definitely be working with them again in the future when we update our bathrooms!

I came in on Thanksgiving weekend with a return. It was busy and I had an issue because part of the order was on my credit card and the other a giftcard. Char the store manager and Wendy another associate went above and beyond to help me. Truly, unparalleled customer service. They were kind, patient, friendly, thorough, knowledgable, and ensured that my issue was resolved. They even had to call the BBW customer service number. This all took time and they never once, ONCE made me feel like my issue was a nuisance or I was in the way. They helped me and continued to move the line quickly and maintain a positive attitude towards everyone. The store is immaculately clean, every person I ever talk to in here is friendly with a bright personality. Char and Wendy are 2 phenomenal employees. As a customer, you don't see folks that wait on you outside of their job, but I can tell and sense, these 2 folks are genuinely good humans and they bring this into their work. In the center of the mall but using the entrance by Talbot's it is a short walk. Good balance between sections that have all the products of the larger stores by having less extras of each. I usually stock up for a while, so it might be months in-between visits but glad they are still in the mall.
