Mark was so informative and gave us a lot of information about all the different types of countertop options. The quote we got was very reasonable, and they threw in a new sink for free. We eventually picked a quartzite countertop and set everything up to have Primo's guys come out about 2 weeks later to install them. The installers arrived exactly when they said they would and got right to work. The entire process took them about 4 hours, including removing the old countertops. Primo and Mark were both so nice and answered all of our questions. I would definitely recommend Primo's to anyone who was looking to replace countertops!

Anything I can do to make my time in my kitchen even more enjoyable typically happens.. I've got appliances and gadgets aplenty, but at the basis of it all it is my good knives that make me so very happy! Apparently we are blessed here in Metro Detroit. As it turns out, Cutco does not have too many physical stores, but here in Michigan we have a couple! Aside from knives, the store also sells scissors, peelers, whisks, cutlery, spatulas, chopping boards, Vitamixes, seasonings, really - all kinds of things! In a moment of unusual generosity I recently bought my sister in law three knives for her 50th birthday. Ken made the buying process quick and painless, and the gift wrapping wasn't only beautiful, it was also complimentary and saved me a bunch of headaches! Cutco products are guaranteed for life, which means you can pass these on to your children, grandchildren, etc. If they need to be sharpened or repaired this can be done in-store and at no cost. I don't mind spending money on quality- whether it is a steak, appliance, or a knive set. Yes, these are an investment but in my opinion it is very much worth it!

First, let me say the selection here is amazing. It's completely overwhelming how many options are…read moreavailable. There are beautiful displays to help spark your imagination and the pricing is very large and clear so if you are working with a contractor with a per square foot price range you are in good shape. And, what they have on the floor is in stock (you can generally see it sitting there.)Product selection and availability are definitely not the issues. So, what is? Service. They just haven't figured that out yet. The person I feel for the most is the cashier. I have now tried checking out twice and the illegible UPC codes typically printed on the depth side (yeah like a quarter inch deep) are distorted and impossible to scan. Two out of two times she has had to either go get a legible code or stand there calling for assistance that never comes. I had to go run and get a couple different samples hoping one might scan easier. So, if one person is in front of you in line it will take no less than 10 minutes to checkout. And then on the floor, you have people very willing to help but you have to stand there as they go rushing by saying "I promise I will be right with you". So I am not saying the people don't want to help you, it's just there are bad systems and processes that make it really difficult for them to do it.

My wife and I recently replaced our kitchen cabinets and were delighted to work with Ron Bonner of…read moreWholesale Builder Supply, Inc. in Wixom. Ron was very helpful and patient as he explained the different grades of cabinetry available (I believe his company carries 9 varieties of kitchen and bath cabinets) and helped us choose the right style and color of cabinets for our project. Ron was also very helpful in addressing a number of questions we had, both before and after our cabinet selection, and always responded promptly to our emails and calls. He also came to our condo at least three times (and probably more), first to offer his input on design, which proved to be invaluable, and later to work out details, make changes, etc. and to participate in the delivery and installation of the cabinets. He also worked with my wife, who wanted to add a feature as a surprise to me, locating what she wanted, changing the plans as necessary to install it, etc., all without disclosing her surprise to me. Now that the cabinets have been installed, some adjustments/corrections/additions will be necessary. Ron has cooperated fully and promptly, including offering to do some work that is really the responsibility of the installing contractor, and we are completely confident that all final matters will be fully and fairly addressed/resolved as promptly as possible. Finally, this company's prices were highly competitive. We "price shopped" the cabinetry at other well known suppliers in Metro Detroit, and no one else even came close to matching, let alone beating, the price and quality Whole Builder Supply offered. In summary, we cannot say enough good things about Ron Bonner and Wholesale Builder Supply and recommend both without reservation.
