Then you find out they ordered things incorrectly, it has been five months over 40 emails and I still do not have my problem solved!! I have to continuously chase them to solve it. Was told by the owner that this would be resolved. Never has been done. There is a lack of communication between the management and the crew that did the repair.They did return one time to repair a section that was peeling and I expected them to return to address the rest of the repair.I have repeatedly tried to get a repair done to my garage floor for a few years. Do not receive a call back only text reply that they are in a limited cell coverage and then want me to send pictures of the problem. I cannot believe they only work where there is limited cell coverage. Several red flags came up during the install of floor coating (Saying their competition is not a reliable company, trying to make me feel bad because they did not quote a slury coating to my pitted concrete floor to make me feel like I got something for nothing. I did not quote the job not my fault). I have repeatedly tried to resolve the issue but to no avail. I have even taken time out of my day to stop by their showroom and talked to their representative.
