He was very accommodating of my preferences and super easy to work with. It can be stressful to have someone working in your home, but Andrew was easy to have around and respectful of our space. He even explained why he liked certain products and their performance. We found his rates to be competitive, as well. He measured everything and then had us to his office to select tiles, grout, etc. using Jim's artistic abilities as a guide in making our selections. He's got great taste and keeps "a 20 year view during his selections" (not wanting us to buy something that would go out of style quickly). We got to witness the teamwork the group has at Seghi Renovations while several employees were in the office the day we were there. It felt like a family gathering. They did absolutely NOTHING about it!!!! Don't bother telling them when you have any other issues because they will not help you in any way what's so ever and make you feel like they could care less. They will also tell you to slow down while driving around, while I have seen management driving at high speeds pulling in, in the morning. This is the worst place I have ever lived and I will be sure not to re-lease. You would be smart to do the same.

Who ever heard of taking carpet samples it clean a carpet. Estimate 1,500 dollars. Nope ! John's Sanitation didn't do unnecessary work, no extra charge, just good fair work ! The two guy's that came out were personable, friendly, honest. I couldn't recommend them enough.
