I like this store but I don't like the prices. It is definitely out of my price range. I let my daughter buy a hot chocolate bomb but I did that because I know she loves it and I wanted to spoil her. I really like their items but I have to wait till they have their sales. Beautiful housewares and gift items as well. Located near Saks in Town Center Mall.

Laura and her manager did a fantastic job of fixing a situation. I was thrilled that they were able to give me a replacement to a wedding registry gift that was mailed to us, and arrived in the mail, broken, thanks to absolutely no bubble wrap used in the packaging. I browsed around the store and by the time I was done, it was ready. The store and fall displays are lovely, and I am relieved that this was fixed in a beautiful way.

Williams and Sonoma got its start way back in 1947 when Chuck Williams opened a hardware store in Sonoma, California. After a visit to France with some foodie friends he got the idea of bringing French kitchenware like omelet pans and soufflé molds to America. He converted his hardware store to a specialized French cookware store and began selling restaurant quality cookware like copper pans and chefs knives to home cooks. Williams designed a logo using a woodcut illustration of a pineapple because they have been a symbol of hospitality since the days of the American colonies In 1958 Williams moved his store to San Francisco and soon it was patronized by the likes of Julia Childs and James Beard. In 1972 he formed the corporation Williams-Sonoma, Inc. with business partners and began a catalog mail order business. In 1973 Williams and Sonoma opened their second store on Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills and introduced the Cuisinart food processor to the American public. By the early 1990's Williams and Sonoma was launching larger stores with a larger variety of items. In 2006 Williams and Sonoma celebrated their 50th anniversary. Chuck Williams passed away in 2015 shortly after celebrating his 100th birthday but his legacy of bringing professional cookware to home chefs continues on. Today you can shop online or at one of the over 200 Williams and Sonoma stores located around the world. This Williams and Sonoma is located in the Town Center at Boca Raton. I was dining at a nearby restaurant and decided to stop in on my way out of the mall to check out the kitchen gadgets. Unfortunately I did not have the best customer service experience here and when you are selling pricey items that is really important. There is another Williams and Sonoma in Mizner Park in Boca and I will go to that store next time.

My original post to the W-S website for this product.

Posting here because Williams-Sonoma "moderated" my one-star review on their website saying, "Our staff has read your review and values your contribution even though it did not meet all our website guidelines. Thanks for sharing, and we hope to publish next time!" (I've screenshot the email politely declining to post my review, as well as the original post I was attempting to post.) So now they're hand selecting what is and is not published on their honest reviews?! I didn't curse, I didn't call out any one specific person by name. I didn't even name the store in this review (until now). Perhaps the offending violation is to suggest for others to shop at their competition? Huh. I *NEVER* write negative reviews unless it is really, really over the top ridiculous. I'm posting now because this is nuts. This isn't a supply chain issue. This isn't a labor shortage issue. This is clearly a poor return policy from a company I used to trust. Shame on me for not looking into that before purchasing. Here's the original review on a Cuisinart Coffee Maker with a dual option for a thermal carafe/pot or a single cup/pod: Shop somewhere else We specifically drove an hour to Williams-Sonoma thinking it would be a nice buying experience and that there would be support should something go wrong with this coffee maker. The buying experience was fine. The coffee maker failed. The support is non-existent. I can use the pod side just fine (the water reservoir is TINY). But the pot/carafe side had a hiccup, belched coffee all over my counter, and now won't make a pot. I called the store and was told to reach out to Cuisinart first because he'd "never heard of anyone having an issue with it after having sold THOUSANDS of these." I submitted a support ticket to Cuisinart and was granted the ability to exchange it because it was so new. In order to do that I have to cut the cord off the machine, send them a photo, and then wait for the back ordered replacement to ship which has no due date. So. I complained about that to Cuisinart who said I could continue to use the machine until the replacement was ready, but that's 1) and indefinite timeline and 2) there's no way to track that so I predict the replacement will be ready the day+1 after my warranty window expires. I called the store back to see if there was a different resolution and SHE HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME. Either way I'm out $250. Just order it on Amazon who at least will take the return without a fuss. -Disappointed

    Product label and register receipt

I used to love this company for many years when I lived in L.A. until they refused to take back their own product, a pan that warped in a months time. Fast forward 5 years and I tried to forgive and try once more, only to find that I made a mistake. I purchased, among other things, an oven thermometer, only to find, after I got home, that the sticker price was $3.00 less than the register receipt, as evidenced by the attached photo. I called and both the salesperson and the store manager were so uncaring, unprofessional and nonchalant about customer service. The manager said that the computer had the "new" price and, if I wish to come back with both the item and receipt, they'll credit my $3.00. Travel back 30 minutes and back again home, all for $3.00, seriously?? Shame on you Williams Sonoma!! This time, I won't forgive and I'm not coming back. Just thought you all should know.

I really loathe registering. Give me one of those zapping registry guns in the Bloomingdale's shoe department and I'd have a registry full of shoes in no time, but put me in the home section and I have absolutely no idea what to do with it. Or better yet what any pot and pan is for.... Williams Sonoma was my third registry stop for the day (I'm also registered at Bloomingdale's and Neimans if you're just dying to buy us a gift :)). I walked into this particular Williams Sonoma (located in the Town Center Mall) with a mission...to be finished registering within 20 minutes. And thanks to the gentleman helping me out here (I believe his name was Chris) I accomplished my mission....finally a little bit of help in the registry world! And thanks to Williams Sonoma I now know the difference between a blender and a Cuisinart as well as the best pots/pans to buy. And who knew buying the perfect knives were so difficult?? Now if only my friend Chris from WS would come over and whip up a delicious meal in my lovely new pots and pans....

    Easter treats on sale!
    Alexi Y.

This place never misses a beat. They are on top of every significant holiday, because this place is all about food and family. Right in the front, there is a beautiful display to welcome Easter! We came in to browse and found so many cool gadgets for our kitchen. But, buyer beware, professional chefs do not require gadgets, just a few tools. For example, there were tools to peel, slice and crush garlic. But, all of which would need cleaning afterwards. Why not just use a plain old knife? There is a clearance section in the back left corner of the store where seasonal items usually end up. Currently, there are lots of placemats and table clothes on sale. Next week, I will be looking for the after Easter sale items. If you are looking for interesting Easter candy, they have bunny sour gummies and spring flavored jelly beans.

It's Christmas time the store is packed, 15 sales people stand around shooting the shit making coffee. Can I just please check out? I was finally able to check out after piss and half of them off. Here's a bad idea put more people on the cash register's.

Also, she has your back with everyone involved in your project every step of the way. For those who get stuck on her fee, just don't...she is worth every penny! She presented me with optional layouts for each room to be renovated. Our kitchen, master bath, guest bath, laundry room and powder room were all completely remodeled from floor to ceiling. She also helped me choose all the lighting not only in the rooms she remodeled, but in our entire home doing exactly what I needed from her...she didn't let me make any mistakes. I can't begin to say how thankful I am. Our home is gorgeous, and I couldn't be happier. Words cannot describe what a breathtaking home Barbara created for us. We started with a simple renovation that, due to the state of our existing structure, became an entire rebuild that took much longer than anticipated..Barbara not only made the process bearable, but I'll say this... I wouldn't have maintained my sanity without her. Photographs of our home will be on her website soon, she and her photographer were here last week executing the shoot, so I can't wait to see the photos! Working with Barbara was a true pleasure.

We recently totally renovated and updated our Kitchen and Bar with Allied Kitchen and Bath. From the very moment we walked into the showroom until the last detail was completed we had a fantastic experience. After visiting several other places, not one of them suggested the design and layout that our designer Rob Feinberg at Allied did. They completely transformed the flow of our entire house by adding a large central island as a gathering place, work space and storage area. They suggested wall ovens to save space as well as adding a bar to use for mixing drinks and serving adjacent to the island. It is so stylish and we have had so many compliments on the design, material and style we were guided to. They had many choices of cabinets at many different price points, styles and colors, and we were shown and directed to what would look best and provide the greatest value. The cabinets arrived quickly and they had their teams at our house immediately to prep and install all the components. The workers were timely, very organized, efficient and each were long term employees so we felt very comfortable through the entire process. They left the house spotless each day, and took great care in both the demolition of our old kitchen and bar, as well as assuring everything was perfect down to the last detail on the new one. I really had no idea of the extent of what would be needed and felt that using a company with 40 years of experience was especially important. We are so glad we did. We felt very confident every step of the way, and were thrilled with the constant communication from both Bob the Project Manager and Bill Feinberg, the owner and updates throughout the whole project from conception to completion. We decided to call Bruno to schedule an estimate. The following week Bruno, a soft spoken mild-manner man arrived with samples. However, since this was the beginning of the process we needed to get a few estimates. What a waste of time! The other representative's/owners we invited had no vision. My wife and I felt the others were NOT sincere and were not invested in our dream kitchen like Bruno was. Throughout the process, I must have called Bruno 10+ times to follow up on questions that came up during other estimates.
