Very Disappointing Experience -- Poor Planning, Poor Communication, and Weak Customer Support My experience with Paradise Grills has been extremely frustrating from start to finish. While the salespeople were friendly, the execution, planning, and customer service after the sale were unacceptable. They informed me that an electrician would need to install the lights, which I understood. What I did not understand and what was never disclosed was the extent of the wiring required. I assumed this would be similar to installing a ceiling fan in a home, where the wiring is already in place and the electrician simply connects the fixture. Instead, there was no wiring, no conduit, port holes and no preparation at all inside the pergola. This turned into a much larger electrical project that cost me an additional $1,500. What makes this especially frustrating is that they clearly knew the scope of work required and had documentation outlining the electrical requirements. However, that documentation was not provided to me until the day of installation, when the installers were already at my house. Had this been disclosed upfront, I absolutely would have reconsidered the purchase or planned accordingly. Another ongoing issue is the lack of clear and reliable dimensions. They cannot provide precise measurements for where underground utilities need to be placed, which makes installation planning unnecessarily difficult and feels like guesswork. There were also several avoidable design and coordination problems: * The outdoor fan they installed hangs directly in the line of sight of the TV, partially blocking the view * The puck lights they supplied are daylight white, while the fan light is warm white yellow tint completely mismatched and they refused to correct it * The TV cover they supplied did not fit properly * The installers disagreed that it was an issue, and during rain that same day, the TV was left exposed and got wet * I had to purchase my own temporary cover while waiting for a replacement Additionally, the bar chairs that were supposed to be included were not delivered, and no one communicated this in advance. We were only told at the time of delivery, which reflects poor coordination and lack of accountability. Overall, this has been a very stressful and unnecessarily complicated experience. The product may look nice, but the planning, communication, and customer support behind it have been very disappointing. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Paradise Grills. read more

Purchased a $14,000 BBQ with a Bar. Was told multiple times during the sales process the bar was made of solid stone and "would last forever. " 14 months later the edging of the stone bar is significantly flaking/deteriorating. I called customer service multiple times and was told they could send a repair kit or a service person for an $250 charge. I opted for the service call to have the issue professionally rectified. Service person showed up timely and said there was nothing they could do and left ! I reached out to customer service and was told "sorry but we can't fix all issues." Will be filing a report with the better business bureau. Buyer beware! read more

Well, I did not purchase anything here. They do have gorgeous setups. They would look great in anyone's backyard, assuming it is huge. The gal who I spoke with was very nice. I ended uo walking around and admieinh foe maybe 45 minutes. There is a lot to look at. Prices I saw were not for the faint of heart. The moat expensive one I saw was $95,000. I did not look at each one. I have faith in this place that there is an even higher priced one. Lol The msnager i troduces himself. He saw me looking at the $95,000 one and said he could give me a deal. It would cost $65,000 now. Special promotion. :) These setups would be nice if you have an unlimited budget. I don't know. I thibk I will just order high quality BBQ and save some money. read more

They do have some promotions going on right now so you can check it out.The grills are pricey but it includes a lot so you can decide for yourself. DON'T PURCHASE! See reviews and photos! Not even CLOSE to Paradise $30k!!!!!! Read all the reviews in different places. What you'll see CONSISTENTLY is that their commissioned sales people LIE LIE LIE LIE and there is NOTHING that your "warranty" will cover. NOTHING! Within the first two months, only one speaker worked. Within 4 more months, only one red strand of lights that remains on 24/7. Then the rust. Every single piece of their "marine grade" tin. You've got cabinet doors that do to nowhere. They're simply cutouts in the cheap resin body of the bar and that's it. They are incomplete. The grill lid fell off. And then bit by bit the bar started to crumble and continued to do so. Oh, and lest you think for a second that all this wasn't brought to their attention, think again. Doesn't matter. They won't do anything. This product is GARBAGE and honestly it really is a shame that they can't be stopped somehow. Class action law suit anyone? I'm 100% open. read more

Horrible. Simply horrible. Don't waste your money!! We paid 10k. Had to wait almost 3 months because they never followed up. Then claimed it was our fault for not confirming. Finally arrived today and it was so cheaply made. See pics for yourself. OMG they don't install. They don't even attach the sink. The product is poorly made. Regret our purchase as soon as we walked out 10k for a pre made / poorly made kitchen. Extremely disappointed and plan to tell everyone to RUN and don't bother. So many others companies that install and take pride doing their job. Don't bother with customers service!! Horrible deserves 0 stars!!! read more
