We recently gave our kitchen and bathrooms a facelift. After a comprehensive search, we went with…read moreGranite and Marble Fabrication of Boynton Beach to provide and install the granite for us. I really liked the owner who I thought came across as honest, knowledgeable and a straight shooter. Also, the pricing was fair, the selection and quality of granite was impressive and they were very easy to communicate with. We put down a deposit and things got rolling quickly. The counters went down beautifully but there was some question about whether or not they'd be able to get all of the backsplashes done with the amount of material we had in our slabs. Ultimately, they made it happen without any drama or delay which was really appreciated. I also want to mention how impressed I was with their trustworthiness. They basically had complete access to our house for three days as well as the codes to get in and they didn't abuse the trust we placed in them whatsoever. The place was in exactly the same shape it was when we returned, with the exception of the fantastic granite they installed! All in all, great experience. Five stars.

The person they used to come out and install everything ( Frank) was another issue. He did a shitty job, Suzanne fixed as much as she could and worked with us but this guy left wires in the wall that apparently was the main gfi, that eventually had to be cut out. Then he left a cut out hole in the cabinet above the microwave because he had originally installed them to far to one side and had to be removed and reinstalled and then we still have the cord to the microwave rolled up in the cabinet so you can really only use one side of it. Needless to say working with him was a headache.

We purchased kitchen cabinets. We designed with designer in showroom. They sent someone out to…read moremeasure. It is unclear that the issues we had were related to one of those two people or both but once installed there were lots of issues. They didn't put a spacer in between cabinet and cabinet for the oven/microwave. As result when we opened cabinet next to it it hit the wall for the stove/microwave. Also we wanted two corner cabinets and were told and it was designed for two pull out style cabinets. Well when installer came they said these cabinets would not work with that style of corner cabinet. They, of course cost more money that the usual one and we are now trying to them to give us our money back on that expense. The designer was rude to my husband and after that, honestly, I would NEVER ever use them again. It looks nice but the design work and measuring was poor. Beware, you get what you pay for. The turn around time was good BUT the quality is lousy.
