Less than an hour after my wife and I visited the Indiantown Road branch, I received a call from the owner, Raphael Gonzalez and made an appointment to meet him at his main office and fabrication facility the following day. He treated us like royalty from the minute we walked into his office. He showed us his wide inventory and gave us one of his suppliers for more selection. The following day, he and his crew came to make templates for the four counter areas. Once we made our selection and finalized his proposal, our granite was installed just four days later. Everything fit perfectly and we couldn't be happier. It was a pleasure dealing with Raphael and his crew men were very efficient and knowledgeable. I'm all for a good laugh, but at some point we need to get serious and start talking business. He then proceeded to tell me how he does things and when I went to ask a question, he said "I do all the talking", "When I am finished, you will not have any questions". So when I asked an important question any way, he said "If I have to listen to you, then I don't answer any questions, I'm done"! My problem is, I don't know about counter tops, so I need to find things out, I don't want to just be sold to.
