It's usually clean and well-organized too, even on restock days, which I really appreciate. I also stay pretty stocked up on my favorites because this location tends to have good inventory. And can we talk about the organic selection? Aldi seriously delivers here, from meats, cheeses, and produce to canned goods, pasta, and drinks like coconut water and organic coffee. Since I try to eat and cook healthy, this is a huge plus for me, and Aldi's prices beat everywhere else, organic or not. A trip here isn't complete if you don't visit the "aisle of shame," which is my favorite! I always find something I didn't come for, and I often end up grabbing gifts or handy home items. They also carry specialty and limited-time food and drink finds here too. Honestly, I probably spend more time browsing this aisle than anywhere else in the store, haha! So glad we have Aldi around, this location is my go-to!

On my visit, there was no Romaine lettuce available, and I've been unable to find scallions at any Aldi location for weeks now. So this week when in the area, I wanted to stop by and check it out myself. They have a lot of produce. All very nicely arranged and marked clearly with price signs. Some items are quite reasonable -- especially those items in sale. Most are at a good price or comparable to your local market. They also have a section of ready to eat cooked food and other deli items in a cooler. I did get another container of chopped chicken liver as I'd really like the one we tried before. I liked the fact that some of the cooked foods were in small portions for 1 or 2 people. What I didn't expect was the shelves of international food items -- from British to Mexican. These shelves line one wall. The place isn't large, but it certainly will have most of the fruits and veggies you're looking for. My husband thought their jumbo eggs were a real bargain, too. I'm sure we will be back when next in the area.

I don't mind so much that they don't have everything. I want/need, and I still manage to find new things they carry only every once in a while. I enjoy the Aldi knock off brands that are significantly cheaper than the brand names, and it's fun to be able to 'splurge' by letting my kids get the fake doritos or the fake Hawaiian rolls every once in a while. Although I don't always get the 'natural' brand version of things, even the 'non-natural' brand lacks things like corn syrup, which I appreciate. A couple visits ago, I picked up some Aldi specialty pumpkin pasta sauce, and it was divine. Was hoping there would be another bottle, but this time it was Pumpkin Chipotle! Also got some Key Lime hot sauce. And some pumpkin bagels. I am glad I am old enough to not be swayed by anything in the aisles of shame (IYKYK). And I always, always carry at least 1 quarter in my purse at all times now.

Last May Publix announced they were transitioning all Greenwise stores into traditional Publix so I went back to see how it changed. One of the newer stores, the inside is beautiful. You walk in the door and the floral department is right there with so much color. Everything inside is new and clean. Now carrying regular Publix has with the addition of Greenwise products, the store is so nice to shop. There's a beautiful meat department, a nice deli, fresh seafood, and a large choice of ready to eat foods. When I have to shop Publix, I prefer to come here. It's easy to navigate, staff is nice and you can get in and out quickly. They don't take the Publix app yet so if you have Publix coupons they don't work, but they told me they should be set up soon. All in all, it's a better shopping experience than some of the bigger stores.

The kosher wine selection alone is impressive, with rows and rows to choose from. The prepared food section is a standout with a dizzying variety of pre-made hummus, salads, soups, and other take-away options. A huge selection is available of Israeli products (even shampoos, date syrups, Bamba, and cleaners). Kosher meat is readily available, and the house-made sushi is excellent. There's also an in-house burger bar and made-to-order juice and açaí bowl station, which adds to the "one-stop shop". Their challah deserves special mention, and in my opinion, some of the best store-bought challah in the area. If you're after the coveted raisin challah, get there early on Friday, because it goes fast. Speaking of Fridays, be warned that the store before Shabbat or a holiday is absolutely nuts. Aisles get crowded as people scramble for last-minute Shabbat needs. Everything for Shabbat is here, including candles, challah, food, plates, wine, chicken soup, etc. If you forgot to put on tfillim that morning, that is also available. Seasonal holiday items are also brought in throughout the year. To my knowledge, aroma is not affiliated with the ubiquitous Israeli Aroma coffee chain (oh how I miss their ice coffees). Is it pricey? Yes. But that's typical for a kosher marketplace, and the selection and convenience justify it. The fuits aand vegetables seem on par with other non-exclusive kosher places (like Publix, Aldi, etc.) Parking can be a bit chaotic depending on the day, but it's generally manageable. They have 3 locations (Boynton Beach, Del Ray and West Palm) and I had been meaning to check them out for some time. I'm glad I did. The store itself isn't all that big but they do pack a lot of unique produce items, some hard to find. The produce is super fresh and some of the pricing is cheaper than big box supermarkets, while others are more pricey. In the end it evens out but you get local farm fresh produce and that's a win win. By the way, the lemonade blueberries were a pleasant surprise. I thought they would be on the tart side but they were refreshingly sweet. Happy I stopped in and will definitely come back!
