The refurbished parts did not last long and we had the same issues again. They charged us to redo the repair with a lengthy rental charge while they were fixing our machine. They told me I was a bad transformer and could not be repaired and attempted to to sell me a $450 used unit. I came to pick up my old unit and they kept trying to convince me to give them the old unit and they would refund th $45 dollar fee. I declined. They took 15 minutes to bring me back my old unit. When I got it back i discovered the controller card had been taken from my old unit. When confronted about it they said "I don't see why all the fuss over a scrap charger" then returned my control card. I reinstalled the card and took the charger to Earls Battery Service in Fraser, MI. They gave me a loaner unit to use why they checked my unit. They called me the next business day to tell me my charger was repaired. It was a bad wire and cost me $80 dollars. Mac service in my opinion is a very dishonest company and will try to rip you off

After his assessment of needs and meeting with him face to face, it was obvious I could stop my search for the best way to go. His more than competitive all-inclusive pricing sealed the deal. The installation itself was more than I could have hoped for. He and his crew - Matt Sharron, electrician; James Bunker, mechanical contractor; and Dave Murany - were spectacular! They were so respectful of the fact that I had to let my dogs outside sporadically, being certain that the gate and doors were always shut. The install itself was polished, for lack of a better term. All spots cut into the house were sealed cleanly - they even neatly resealed pipes into my house from my AC unit installed by another contractor as that certainly wasn't close to the professional job done by these guys. Cleanup was fantastic. First time I haven't had to clean after contractors left the premises. They didn't leave until I had a clear understanding of what to expect with the generator. Glad Shawn offers maintenance plans, so he'll check out the unit twice yearly. Plus, if problems arise, he's always available. Long winded review, but with the way this was done from start to finish, GenPro deserves more than just a "Great Job"! Thank you Shawn and crew.

They have been kind, sincere and patient listening and solving every issue. To my delight had obscure parts in stock. Provided advice on how to install the parts. When I bought a new blade and couldn't install it, I brought the unit in and they replaced it relatively quickly and at a reasonable fee. Offered to help load the equipment in my vehicle. 100% satisfaction. They have a steady stream of customers seeking care, advice and assistance. It appears home and business owners. Show room is very organized, packed with new equipment on display, with knowledgeable sales folks I briefly met. Prior to my satisfactory and successful visits, I skimmed several prior Yelp review profiles and saw some 1's and was skeptical. However, Weingartz reality I experienced is not at all like those posts. It's near impossible to provide the service, staff, expertise, and stock innumerable parts to service everyone with malfunctioning busted old equipment. That's what Weingartz does and why I'm going out of my way to express and document my completely positive experiences.

Some companies wanted up to $200 to come out and tell me if they could do the job and give me an estimate. Nate stopped by, looked at it and sent me a quote in a couple of hours, at no charge. That convinced me they had confidence in their work and pricing. The job was very involved and had a couple of hiccups, but they corrected everything and it passed inspection from the city.
