When I did manage to catch them open, the staff was rude and dismissive, which made an already frustrating situation worse. Reliability and basic customer service are the bare minimum for any business, and unfortunately Rudy's fell short on both. I wanted to support a local spot, but after repeated issues and poor treatment, I won't be coming back. Hopefully management takes this feedback seriously and makes some changes... though at this point that's extremely doubtful.
