Tyler... not so much. Very polite when you could get a hold of him but that was very far and few between. I had a scheduled appointment a month in advance... no show. After many calls to Tyler I finally received a call after leaving a text message followed after a few voicemails, I was assured the driver would be there 2 days after original scheduled date.... Again no show. I reached out to Rebecca, she was very apologetic and offered a free pump for scheduled appointments that was a no show, well 3rd time wasn't the charm... again no show. The communication between Tyler, his driver and what is actually important in running a successful customer satisfied business is well down the pooper... fitting right? Except don't expect your time, efforts or calls to actually be processed or pumped out, you'll be waiting. I called Brent Nuckels construction after several weeks of frustration over a failing septic. There…read morewere backups into the home and foot dragging by another company. It was truly nightmarish. I started calling around to alternative septic companies and had a lot of trouble getting calls returned or a commitment to perform. I had worked down the list of septic designers in Kitsap County with no satisfaction until I hit the "N's". When I dialed Nuckels construction, there was no voice mail or stonewalling. Holly Nuckels answered the phone and immediately instilled confidence with a line of questioning and suggestions that demonstrated a profound understanding of septic technology and process. She promised to take on my project immediately and see everything through to completion. She and Brent were on site within a day and all my cares and worries evaporated! They cleared the existing failed field to a degree that held us through the permitting and construction arc. This was a complex, extensive replacement that including rehoming the entire drain field. Naturally I expected a lot of disruption to the landscaping, but was amazed at the care the crew took to try to preserve any established planting in the impacted area and to carefully remove all debris and level and tidy up the site in preparation for my landscape restoration. I simply cannot say enough about how grateful and impressed I am with the work this company did for me!

We were given Bob's name through the fellow who emptied our septic tank and discovered the pump was…read morenot working. He described Bob as a "good guy". This is an understatement. Bob and his son quickly assessed that our issue is not with the pump itself but rather the electrical connection. They problem solved this tirelessly and were able to remove a box from one outside plug and reinstalled this allowing the pump to work. Although not a permanent solution, this certainly has bought us time and is considerably cheaper than getting a new pump. They worked on site for approximately an hour. The charge? Nothing. Bob said it was not about money but helping people out. What an extraordinary, encouraging and heartwarming experience. We are very grateful for both their service and the imparted message.
