Unfortunately, we just had a very poor service experience in the last couple of weeks that was cause for the negative review. I work at a clinic where we get a regular large bottled water delivery every two weeks, and we go through water pretty quickly here, so we rely on having it! They did not deliver on their last scheduled delivery day (February 12) due to snow and bad road conditions. That is understandable due to the conditions, but they didn't even contact us to inform us that they were cancelling the route, they didn't reschedule the delivery, or follow up with us in any other way. We had to reach out to them when we started running low to see if we could get a delivery, which they were completely unable to do until the next "normal" delivery date. So we're having to wait about a month for a delivery that we usually receive every other week, and we got no apology or help from them whatsoever. Very unfortunate experience.
