My mother thought she had not taken proper care of her septic system and had several indications that it had problems. Of the several companies she called only Tiger Tank responded and sent a truck the following day. She was so happy to tell me that she received great service from two polite and personable young men who quickly found the problem and fixed it, charging her only for the issue they found and not for an unnecessary action. She told me she would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone needing septic service or pumping. 5 stars! read more

Absolute nightmare! Do not be fooled!! Tim is over-the-top friendly but is incapable of installing a septic system. Tiger Tank Pumping has delivered incompetent and incomplete work; bold-faced denial of problems (even when sewage when spraying around our yard!); broken promises; inadequate follow-through; poor communication amongst owners and team; total lack of accountability... the list is truly endless. Stay away!! The level of incompetence that this team repeatedly displayed is astounding. Do not hire Tiger Tank!! read more

Absolute Hero! Memorial Day Weekend, first time the family has been able to get together for a long weekend and one non-functional bathroom...help!! We needed the septic tank pumped ASAP! Texted and got a kind response that suggested a company that was closer to us, problem was they weren't available. When I mentioned that I would try and find someone else...he texted and said he was on his way. Why?! Because he knew we wouldn't find anyone available. He showed up, took care of business and was on his way. He fessed up that he had just enough time before his own family dinner. Absolute MVP of our weekend! Will absolutely refer Tiger Tank to everyone in the area! Thank you so much! read more

This is such a professional company and I will be using them for everything septic related. This is the first time I used Tiger Town and Tim was out within 24 hours to pump my septic tank and inspect the mound. After inspection, he made a separate trip to replace damaged lids and missing parts. It was such a hidden safety hazard. People and animals walk over those kids all the time. What really helps Tiger Tank Pumping stand out is their exceptional customer service. Tim accessed my septic records and made recommendations while I was making my initial call. They file all required paperwork, texted me the photos, online payment, and will even contact me next year for maintenance. Tiger Town Pumping couldn't be any easier to do business with. read more

Not very happy with Tiger Tank. They were out to inspect my septic in March to complete a County-required ROSS report...I paid cash. I've since received two letters from the County indicating that my ROSS report has not been submitted. I contacted Tiger Tank each time and they eventually got back to me to say they had submitted it. I then get a third letter (registered) from the County again stating that I am now in violation and need to submit my ROSS report immediately. I have not heard from Tiger Tank, I have not received a receipt from them (despite asking for one several times) and they still haven't gotten back to me about an outstanding issue that they told me they would research and get back to me on. Not impressed at all. read more

If you live in the bow area Alger or anywhere around here for that matter this is a company you need their great to work with and take care of business and their price is right.. And they give a senior discount and they take care of the county inspection paperwork for you.. This guy took my call on a Sunday night when all panic was set in. Was out the next day with a pump. Tried to fix what was in there first. Then replaced the pump with a new one. Any guy who takes on the job of dealing with other people's shit....automatically gets a five star review. His price were reasonable, service was impeccable! For all your septic needs please call this company! They will take care of your shitty needs read more

Tim, at Tiger Tank Pumping, does so much more than just pump septic systems. We called when we thought we had a septic issue, but Tim diagnosed situation as a broken pipe. Instead of referring us to a plumber, Tim took care of "problem" from start to finish. A day later, Tim had an excavator and crew. They narrowed the problem location, removed blacktop, and began digging. By the end of the day, Tim and crew found "cracked" pipe fitting, replace with new and improved piece, tested, and said he'd be back tomorrow to fill hole and seal. True to his word, Tim returned the next day and soon the hole was filled with new dirt, packed down, and sealed until weather was conducive for new asphalt. In addition to being efficient, Tim, and crew left the area cleaner than before they started the work. I am so pleased. Throughout, Tim communicated clearly, and confidently, and expertly the jobs findings and progress. Because of Tiger Tank Pumping and Tim's experience in the business, I trusted him, and the work. Tim, and his crew made a potential stressful situation, stress-free. And that in itself is all I desire from any inconveniences. read more

I highly recommend Tiger Tanks Pumping. Tim is the most personable and friendly guy. We have called Tim a couple of times in the off hours and always got a response. We alway feel heard and felt a priority. Thank you for your service. read more

Even though they weren't set up to do a call to Ferndale, Tim took plenty of time to tell us what to look for to potentially fix the problem ourselves, and - barring that - gave us a referral to another company near us. Following Tim's directions we WERE able to correct the problem! This is the kind of INCREDIBLE service that's so seldom seen anymore. If you're in the Tiger Tank Pumping service area we HIGHLY RECOMMEND you give them a call when you need assistance for your septic issues. read more

We have had three appointments that Tiger has not shown up for or called to say they would not be here. This is to repair work that they did incorrectly the first time that they did a repair. I called and was told they would find out why they didn't show on the last appointment and call me back. They never called me back. We have left two messages since with no response. Very poor customer service. I would give 0 stars, but I had to select something to submit review. read more

I've had Tiger Tank Pumping come out a couple of times. One time involved a problem, which they easily solved. The second time was for an inspection of my septic mound system. They were so helpful and knowledgeable both times. It would have been so easy for them to make more money by recommending pumping, but they told me that my septic tank did not yet need it. I value their honestly. They were also very polite and friendly. read more

Tim Yeates is a superb business man. He and his crew were on point with the septic installation on our property. Not only did he impress us with his installation knowledge but our conversation with him at the time of the installation took us beyond a one time job. We ended up hiring him as our general contractor. He is very knowledgeable in so many areas of land development. A bonus! He and his crew were accurate, clean and very courteous. We have been in touch and working with Tim for over 6 months progress has been a success! I would highly recommend Tiger Tank Pumping. read more

They came out on short notice and did an absolutely fantastic job with a really positive attitude. Helped me dig a deep hole in Clay looking for an inlet valve to my septic tank, found the thing much faster than I thought would be possible and cleared it of tree roots all at a more than fair rate. They charged far less than the plumbers wanted to charge me to come out and try to snake my drain. I would recommend these guys to anyone. read more

We've used Tiger Tank Pumping exclusively for a few years now, and today proves why. On a Sunday, I called in a panic after 10+ hours of DIY failures. Michael answered the phone and took the time to walk my husband through some steps that totally fixed the problem. Thank you, Michael! You will continue to be our #1 septic guy! read more

Great company, great service. My wife and I called for a short notice septic inspection and Tim came right over. He was extremely knowledgeable, hardworking and very helpful in assessing the state of our (35 year old) septic system. We will definitely be using Tiger Tank in the future and can highly recommend them to anyone else in the market for septic maintenance. read more
