Dan came on time and did an amazing job fixing the issues with the septic system. He and his partner from Pointer Electric were friendly, hardworking, and went to work right away. They were thorough, having "811"-ed the place well beforehand. While it's expensive (because of the scope of the job, not because of them), it's a good value, especially considering that the last thing I would ever want to do is work on a septic system. BEWARE OF this company. I would give no stars if possible. These people were Scheduled to come and do a septic inspection for me at a specific time and they did not show up until late after we were gone. They performed work on my pump that wasn't needed and if it was there were no photos provided of anything being wrong to fix. I came pulling up as the two guys were leaving my home and was told by Caleb that we would need to prepare for purchasing and installing a new septic tank because mine was failing And the cost would be between 7-8 thousand. This was absolutely shocking as I get my inspections at least every 1 1/2 -2 years. The more I asked around people in the Valley I was warned to beware of this company and that they have a lot of people getting 2nd opinions. Countless people have nothing good to say. Needless to say I hire a new reputable company to come and do another inspection. Guess what the new report read "No deficiencies noted" needless to say I have disputed their charge of over 400.00 and am still going through that process. I phoned the owner and he simply hung up on me when I reminded him that he said he would remove the unauthorized charge of 150.00 for the repair that they probably didn't even do as they supply no proof. He (the owner Shawn) said "I'm not playing these games, and hung up on me. he had also asked if he could come and take a look himself after my original complaint to him and my husband said no he didn't want them back, we had already received a new clear report from the other most reputable company. If your local court house says "stay with the 2nd company you worked with" then there's some value to that Definitely. speaking about this at work brought many more "Oh my god you used them, so did we and our place is a mess now" countless stories like that. do yourself a favor and don't call this company for anything. read more

These guys are the best. When you call somebody actually answers the phone. I live on Camano Island and called two companies on the island and left a message. Neither had the courtesy to call me back. They must have all the business they need. I called Johnny's and they came out the same day and fixed the problem. They were very informative and helpful. I had an emergency with my septic system and wanted to contact a local business. I spoke with the owner Shawn Graham of Johnny's Septic Service, Inc. and he was able to fit me into his schedule. He arrived and was able to pump out my tank to my satisfaction. What made the care I received memorable was Shawn needed to come back on a later date to install a pipe strap on the filter. I was to pick up the pipe strap at a local hardware store so Brian could install it when he came back on Sunday. He arrive on Sunday with his sweet wife and installed the band. Next, because of my concerns regarding the pump, he rechecked the pump (which was working, thank god) making me feel secure that I didn't need to worry about that fixture. He would not accept any payment for the second visit. I know should I have any future problems I will call on Johnny's Septic Service, Inc. and I would recommend this company to anyone who needed this service. read more
