    I have tried multiple times to give this company a chance but I am feeling defeated at this point. I mean how hard could it be getting a water cooler for my home with jugs to be delivered every month? I was set to get my water system the 28th of November which was almost 3 weeks from when I called and bought the service. The day came and I was not given a time of delivery so I had to cancel everything I had going to make sure I was home for the delivery. Then they only showed up with water bottles and not the water system.. the delivery people said a request was not put in for a cooler so they only brought bottles.. then when I called the sales department I placed my order with they told me the delivery driver must have just forgot to put it on the truck... then I called service and they said they didn't have any coolers in stock at the time of delivery but have them now and the next delivery date in my area (which is 25mins from their location) would be December 16th. So now I have to wait 16 more days to get my water cooler... Before the 16th I had 2 people calling me asking me the same questions over and over again "did you get your water system yet? Do you need any more water bottles? Can we verify your location again?". It was obvious that their departments do not communicate well with one another. December 16th comes around and I finally get my cooler. The installer comes in and sets it up then leaves without explaining anything to me. I figured it must just be that easy he didn't really need to explain. First day I started to use the cooler I tasted a strong plastic taste and the water bubbled like soap when I poured it. I figured, it's new... maybe the first couple times it's just like that... Few days goes by and I still have kinda a weird after taste... I don't think much of it and continue drinking the 100oz of water I drink a day. (The whole reason I got this was because I didn't wanna drink tap water and wanted a cleaner water for my body) After 6 days, the jug needed to be replaced. As I am pulling the metal rod from the cooler I see that a rubber tube is SCOTCH TAPED to it hold the rubber piece and metal piece barley together as the scotch tape was very wet being submerged in water for 6 days... I was pretty shocked and just kept thinking... this can't be how they do this!?!? Scotch tape and a rubber tube just lingering in fresh water!? I called maintenance again and explained it as well and she seemed really confused... I sent her pictures and then got off the phone and just realized this entire process has been really frustrating.. I hope this helps the company get better, I wish I seen the 2 star status of this company before investing, i wouldn't have chose them.

    2 tank system, left tank was replaced about 3 or 4 years ago because it cracked at the upper fitting. Both fitting are leaking presently.

    Makes me wait over 2 weeks to switch out my water cooler promised me they would call and didn't so I had to call them

    I can not speak highly enough of Underclutter. As a full-time working Mom I was getting overwhelmed…read moreby the piles/over-full closets which were making me depressed each evening coming home from work. But Rhonda came over like a magical wizard with her bag full of tricks and room by room (pile by pile) has been helping me! What I so appreciate about Rhonda is she makes organizing fun (as I get very stressed getting rid of items!) - she is upbeat, non judgmental and keeps everything private. She also offers flexibly hours for crazy working people. Every time we face a closet/shelf that seems beyond hope she magically helps. She even helped in my son's room with his 10000 Pokeymon cards (this is an ongoing project!) Many people will appreciate that Rhonda tries to reuse without having you buy many things AND recycle what you can. But the few organizational items she recommended for me have been perfect. Please look at my stickers and cards - they are beautiful! I wish I had a photo of my office before and after! I can actually sit down now and work. I actually breathe better in my office. I'd like to say getting organized/decluttering is the BEST gift you can give yourself (even better than a pedicure/massage) because it stays with you!     After seeing the not-great reviews for this place, I kinda dreaded having to pay them a visit last…read moreweek to help me make an adjustment to my account. But it turned out to be a 5-star experience for sure! First things first, the store is super conveniently located at Sunset Square shopping center, with plenty of parking and other businesses nearby if you're running errands. The store itself is modern, well-lit, and contains some cool gadgets you can play with while waiting your turn. I checked in at the main counter and, within about 10 minutes, a really cool dude named Kevin was assisting. My request was pretty simple, but he didn't rush or make me feel like an idiot for coming all the way to the store for help. He walked me through the process, discussed some different pricing options, and showed me all the notes he was making in my account to verify the change. He was very thorough - showing me that he not only knows his job well, but is aware that - in the past - Comcast/Xfinity has not exactly been known for trustworthy, helpful service. Hopefully there are more and more helpers like Kevin coming to this company, because he turned what could have been a dreadful trip into something that was a bright spot in my day!

I was routed to an out-of-state Colorado rep, Gloria M, (no local support), and when I asked about fiber, it turned into an argument and upsell instead of solutions. I was sent a DocuSign with little explanation. A manager (Chad C.) then promised priority installation (4/20) if we signed and claimed we were getting the "best deal" $185/month for 1.25 Gbps, basically no savings ($5.00 less and still a $130 install fee) no break for being longtime customers. 4/20 came and went. Turns out the paperwork was wrong. We ended up receiving SIX different DocuSigns due to repeated errors, with poor communication and zero accountability. Now we're scheduled for 4/28 (!) but our business has been left without service in the meantime. Frustrating, unprofessional, and honestly feels like the result of having no real competition. Being dishonest to get someone to sign a contract is not a way to do business. Complaint filed with the BBB. If you have another option, take it.
