Folks, if Dustin is the guy coming to your house, have no fear. He came over and pumped our septic in the pouring rain today and he could not have been more kind or polite while doing a dirty job. We've had issues with the alarm going off nonstop since the installation. Tim has sent his crew out multiple times to troubleshoot it, and while it's been frustrating, I recognize that some problems take time to figure out. What matters to me is how a company responds. I sell cars for a living, and I know issues can come up even when you do your best. I believe in taking care of customers and making things right, and I appreciate seeing that same commitment from Tim. Today, he sent a dump truck with additional sand to build up the mound at no cost to us. There's still some wiring work to complete at the control box, so the issue isn't fully resolved yet, but I'm hopeful these next steps will get it taken care of. Thank you, Tim and your crew, for continuing to work toward a solution. If you're looking for a company that stands behind its work and keeps showing up for its customers, I would highly recommend Tiger Tim's.

After pushing, I received a $2,266 manufacturer rebate and a $611 refund from the company -- but that still left me paying over $3,100 in labor. No itemized invoice was provided. They hid behind "flat rate pricing" and refused to explain the charges. I was told I couldn't speak to the owner and that the Operations Manager was "as high up as it gets." They also falsely claimed they paid full price for the replacement unit -- even though it was covered under warranty. I've since confirmed that's not how Bradford White's process works.
