What really impressed me was his response during the recent flooding in Skykomish. On his own time, Shane came back out to check on things. He lifted our generator to keep it from being submerged or swept away. While there, he noticed our propane tanks had broken loose and were floating in the floodwater. He went into chest-deep, freezing water to retrieve them and secure them to nearby trees so they wouldn't be lost. That kind of dedication is rare. Shane went well beyond what anyone would normally expect from a contractor. They did refund my money but never called me, nor stood behind their product by comping what was double costs for Plummer I incurred because I trusted their product worked.
