What really impressed me was his response during the recent flooding in Skykomish. On his own time, Shane came back out to check on things. He lifted our generator to keep it from being submerged or swept away. While there, he noticed our propane tanks had broken loose and were floating in the floodwater. There was literally something for everyone in here - men, women, kids, even pets. The selection of items was masterfully curated and included everything from clothing and shoes to books and kitchenware. I definitely see myself heading here next time I need a special gift for someone. (Or even for my own darned self!) The prices were, of course, a little higher due to the La Conner/tourist factor, but the quality of the items was high as well.
