Baker Septic was the third septic company (also spoke to a plumbing co.) I spoke to and was by far the kindest and most informative. Gigi(sp?) deserves a raise! Everyone was booked for at least a week, but with sewage spewing onto the ground, it had to be taken care of immediately. Can't stop pooping! Had to opt for a same day service with extra charges - small price to pay for peace of mind and knowledge acquired about our home's system. Erik, the technician, provided absolutely stellar service, educated me thoroughly on our system and recommended maintenance. He texted when he was close so I could expect him, was fast, efficient, and pleasant to deal with.
