The light fixture I had installed above my island was missing hard to find pieces. I went to Maple Ridge Lighting to see if they had the parts I needed. I spoke with an employee named Scott and he was EXTREMELY helpful. He didn't have the parts I needed right then but he took down my number and called me an hour later to let me know they had them waiting for me. Not only was he prompt and courteous but he also did not charge me for the replacement parts. I would recommend Maple Ridge Lighting to anyone and everyone. The bulb I had brought in for replacement couldn't be replaced for no apparent reason. Staff didn't really answer any questions as to why or where i could go. All of this being after they gave me the wrong one (I brought mine in and she didn't even check the bulbs male end) And had so return it. After several days they had called back with a website I could buy it off. Overall not that pleasant. Will be going elsewhere next time.

I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the whole showroom and the assistance I received while visiting the store to see what they have to offer. We had a problem with the lights in our kitchen. The 4 overhead lights all went out at the same…read moretime. We thought that was unusual as we thought only one light would burn out. My husband went to Home Depot and they told him it was more than likely that the ballast had to be replaced. My husband bought a ballast and a couple of light tubes just in case. After testing with the new lights it was obvious that we probably needed the ballast. We called a few electricians but they were not available for at least 3 or 4 days. My husband called Sonny at Clearbrook Glass and he was most helpful. Even over the phone he suggested that if it was the ballast that was the problem there was a better solution available. Sonny came to our home the next day. He said that he could replace the ballast but it could easily break down again and we would need another service call. He rewired our fixture so that we would no longer require a ballast and installed 4 new LED tubes that he supplied. He also took a look at a light fixture in our basement and fixed it for us. We returned the purchases we made to home depot and got a refund. I highly recommend Sonny. If you want prompt courteous service at a reasonable price he is the man for you. He will be our go to man for any electrical work we require in future. Thank you Sonny
