Theres never a Hi or Thank you in any of their communications even when you offer them up in reply. My well water didn't meet the standard I was use to and when I asked for their recommendations on a water filtration and iron removal solutions they suggested a chemical salt process. I questions there recommendation with a few questions and I was which left me feeling like I was stupid and not a professional, and how should I challenge a professional. This even after credible study online says not to use salt water softeners longterm. My last email to them that was nothing but respectful received no reply. There for I recommend you select another provider for your well and water filtration needs.
