Next, I wanted to pay with a gift card, but apparently, credit card information is stored and saved on their computer and they just used that one without telling me. When I stated that it was the wrong form of payment, the employee just shrugged her shoulders and said it was already done and if I wanted, I could take it up with the manager tomorrow. Never again!

We are just passing through and needed to do laundry, but if we come here again I will not use this laundry mat. Also the floors are very dirty and I made sure not to drop anything on them. They need to clean their floors, get better dryers and post the cost on their website.

My mom has been to other laundromats in the area (beyond the Cudney's cleaners), and she likes this site much better - very few machines out of order (and when they are, they're marked), and she's never had a problem with close smelling off after being washed here (she has at others). It does seem to me that for a laundromat of this size, there weren't enough chairs for customers to sit. Also, I was not aware of a bathroom on site. I guess you have to walk next door to Stewart's?

And the ones that do work, look to be a bit pricey. The driers work great, but I noticed that it is common practice for people to throw their dryer sheets into the lint holders. After opening the lint holder to clean it out before my load, I took out 4 dryer sheets and around 4 layers of lint. Its obvious that this area isn't managed, and the people who use it are not versed in the operation of a dryer. Not their fault, i've lived with adults who don't know that these things have lint holders, anyways. I think this should be addressed, huge fire issue, but I'm no fire marshal, so we'll let them decide.

Completely un-removable, right over the labels of designer clothes, including a $700 Veronica Beard blazer - destroying everything with their itchy glued on labels that I did not consent to being adhered to my clothing. Only went here because I was on a time-crunch and Cudney's was going to take two extra days. NOT WORTH IT. They should be ashamed.

The next day I took it in to them and they gave me a really hard time. All I wanted was for them to fix the suit to the condition I brought it in. They argued and said they wouldn't re hem the pants. When the auto text came in, they charged me $22 to clean the suit. I also noticed there was a bad iron mark on the sleeve which I didn't even talk about but would never wear the suit in public. The damage was so bad, I can't wear the suit. Just about the worse customer service I've ever had. Really bad dry cleaner.
