I sent 12 pairs of socks and 6 tank tops for fluff and fold. This is not the first time that this has happened with them. If I wasn't disabled and in pain all day I would be there and do it myself, unfortunately I'm not able. Don't bother trying to call because every number listed is no longer in service, so I have to voice my concerns here! I've had queen size sheets and blankets just up and vanish along with some of my tee shirts. Not a first either. Is someone out there looking for some multicolored stripped socks I have several pairs that don't belong to me or my son, they are female clothes and we don't flow that way. Of course this happens with most people but they are unaware they are loosing laundry. I've brought so much laundry back that didn't belong to me and yet not once was any of my clothing returned. I like the people, but if there was another place I'd go there.

We agreed on a price to make a queen size comforter and pillow shams. I called many times to see when the project would be completed and I was told she was busy with Prom dresses. Then I was told she had to take the comforter apart for some reason. Finally in July I was told the comforter and shams were ready to be picked up. I told the owner I was out of town. Here it is January 2022 and I have not heard from anyone. At this point, they can keep everything. I DO NOT recommend this business to anyone.

They were totally accommodating despite my relative disorganization, respectful, and helpful beyond reasonable expectations. All Season was my first call and my experience suggests the only one needed.

So I went to the hardware store and got an off-the-shelf carpet cleaner for $7.99. The stain came out. Later, they contacted me about payment, but never asked if I was happy with the service. I paid, and informed the owner that I had some feedback to share that could be useful, if they wanted to improve. I received a curt note from the "co-founder" that made it clear that she had zero interest in knowing anything about the situation, or how her customer felt about it. She simply wrote: "Thank you. I will keep that in mind the next time." Your experience may vary, but you may want to try the $7.99 off-the-shelf approach before you spent hundreds of dollars with Catamount. I wish I had.
