Six months ago I went to this place and was not able to dine because they were closing at 6:30pm. Yesterday, 2/20/20 I was finally able to catch them on my break and ordered a chicken sandwich and picked up a $2.00 green tea from the fridge. While paying for the purchase, the guy asked me if I wanted the receipt. So I replied, yes, I would like the receipt. When I looked at the receipt and saw that he charged me $2.50 for the drink. Beware when using your charge card at places like this because when I asked why I was charged extra, he just went in cash draw and gave me the change. It's no big deal but imagine if this is done to 100 people. That adds up overtime and it's not right. As far as the sandwich, it was tasty. It's unfortunate I won't return unless I'm paying cash to avoid being swindled smh. read more

Where do I start? I ordered from this spot on seamless, wanting something quick. I ordered a gyro and french fries. The gyro was okay but the white sauce they used was nasty, taste like blue cheese. Some fries were soggy while others were crispy, as if they were left out for some time. As I was eating the gyro I noticed a long piece of hair in my food. Being pregnant, this caused me to feel extremely sick. I called the restaurant and they would not reissue me a refund. Do not order from them, if you do be sure to watch out for nasty unwanted hair in your food Save yourself! read more

Don't expect your food to come quickly. It would seem as though this restaurant is convenient because it's in the square but they get too much business in which they cannot handle. Food is alright, nothing outstanding. But if I end up ordering from them I always know I have to order AT LEAST an hour prior to my lunch break. read more

This place is ridiculous. Should you order your food may NEVER get to you because they have no control of their delivery guys apparently. The "manager" even went as far as saying she wanted to kill them because she didn't know what was going on with them. One hour and 45 mins later, still no food. I go here because it is the best, reasonably priced place for food in my work neighborhood. I had one of their salads today and it was delicious. I have had their guacamole, paninis, and breakfasts burrito too, and they were quite tasty! The juices and smoothies I have tried have also been pretty good. Staff is really nice and accommodating! I have had no complaints about this place at all. This is my lunch spot for sure! read more

This is my chicken Cesar salad that took about 43 mins to be delivered about 8 blocks. Unfortunately it's a soggy Chicken salad with Italian dressing and heavy traces of vinegar. I do not recommend ordering for this establishment unless it's a must. read more

Worst service I've ever experienced. I ordered food and after waiting about an hour, which was way longer that the advertised ETA, I was told they attempted to deliver but the delivery person did not get an answer when he called. I never got 1 phone call or text and even after speaking with a manager 10 minutes after they supposedly "attempted to deliver" he told me they were too busy so they will not be making another attempt and I will not be getting a refund. Hard to find quality healthy food to eat around here and Williams Cafe has plenty of it. The brothers that own the facility are almost always there and working hard at making quality dishes. Try an steer clear during after school hours as this is a popular hangout spot for teens but for the most part everything is good to go. Only 4 stars because nothing here is phenomenal enough to say you'd always come back for. Definitely my go-to for lunch or on my way home. read more

I literally go to William's at least three times a week for breakfast, lunch or dinner. I've had most of what's on the menu and I've never been disappointed. Their hot bar offerings are awesome, alongside their authentic Mexican tacos, sandwiches, gyros, bacon/egg/cheese's, etc -- they even have really good tres leches and cheesecake. I've brought a lot of friends and coworkers to William's -- and they've fallen in love, too. They also speak highly of their burritos. Alongside great food and great selection, the staff is incredibly friendly, accommodating and helpful. They are always willing to cater to your tastes and your order. It's a real gem in the Westchester Sq area as they offer soooo many different options - plus, no delivery charge AND no delivery minimum. read more

Do not eat here!!! I am warning you. The food is over priced and horrible. I got really sick here the second time around I was vomiting for the rest of the day with a stomach ache so bad that I couldn't move. They have made my food wrong twice, the second time including a serious allergen please be careful. When this place first opened we were so excited! The prices were very reasonable, they didn't have a minimum for delivery and they allowed us to put our order on separate cards (office, and we usually order together). Since then the prices have gone up, they've added a delivery minimum and a credit card minimum as well, guess I'll be going elsewhere. I used to order my breakfast and lunch from here most days, not anymore.The food is usually OKAY, we ordered often because of the prices and because there was no minimum for card and deliveries. There's definitely better food in the area for the same price. read more
