The fresh juices are my favorite, tons of combinations and almost every fruit / veggie to chose from. Oh and they have PIZZA! The owners mom makes the sauce from scratch! I placed my order at 6:30pm for delivery, and hour passed and I still hadn't received my food. I call back and one if the employees said "I should've called the castle Hill location rather than this location". I apologized and said, "I thought this was the castle Hill location, I didn't realize it was the Buhre location". He said not to worry, that my food should be arriving soon and that because of the inconvenience, they will include free juices. Another hour passes, and I call them back, at this point I've been waiting for my food for two hours, along with my free juices. The owner gets on the phone and said that there is no way for them to deliver my food, and that he's working by himself. Which was obviously a lie since I spoke with three different people. If someone calls and gives you their delivery address, right then and there they should know if this address is too far. It is unacceptable that a customer had to wait over two hours, and after two phone calls after initially placing the order, for the owner to cancel the order. After, he had promised free juices. Juice Rite, you need to do better this is unacceptable! read more

Found this place completely by accident and was so excited to find another juice place (they're so far and few between in the Bronx!). I went maybe an hour before closing and was helped by a super nice and friendly guy. He even gave me a free açaí bowl to try since I never had one. Since I had such a pleasant experience the evening before, I decided to pop in the following afternoon for a wheatgrass shot. The man who helped me was extremely rude and dismissive and it seemed like he couldn't get me out of the store fast enough, while talking with his colleague the entire time. I would advise that they get new employees during the day that reflect the great customer service of the evening employees. Either way, pretty good spot. read more

As much as I want to like a health-focused place like this in the Bronx (since there aren't very many) I can NEVER seem to get service at this place. This morning was the 4th time I've walked in where the girl behind the counter didn't even acknowledge new people walk into the store but continued to work slowly and chit chat with other people in the store. Horrible customer service !!!! First off you would think that a restaurant in the middle of a pandemic would be more mindful as to their business practice. Yesterday I ordered a salad and the price was $21 after stating that we never paid that much he said no worries just give me $8, so today we walk in and said good morning to the owner and got no reply ok cool. After that I asked if there is any chicken for a salad and the reply was straight up no !!! No action from the owner sitting right there , no options offered nothing just no sorry. My best advice to them is being that you are a mom and pop shop be more mindful of the services rendered especially to the people from the neighborhood that support the local businesses , will be taking my business elsewhere. read more

Stopped in today for a smoothie. I would agree with other reviewers that the customer service is lacking. Too concerned with their personal conversations behind the counter. I wouldn't have an issue if the smoothie I ordered didn't taste horrible. Fruit was it sweet at all. I ended up throwing it away. I don't recommend this place. I come here often. The juices are nice. The açaí bowl is great. It's so close to my house. Love the staff and it's a clean place.

They have new owners and they definitely spruced up the place. You walk in to nice music playing. The food is pretty much the same when it comes to the salads. They do add a bit more milk to the smoothies which I don't like but that's something you could ask them not to do. read more

What I got was a oil soaked panini and no chips instead a gross smelling salad. The order was an hour and change late and the driver didn't even get out of the car. First and last time I order from here. I really hoped it would be good. To top it off when I called to ask about my order the lady didn't have an answer and hung up on me. Don't ever let the daughter or whoever the young girl is work by herself. She is less than intelligent and not business savvy. The older couple that works in there usually in the evenings are fine and nice and friendly. This younger girl on the phone asked me if I wanted cheese in my quesadilla. How else do you make a quesadilla? It was a hassle to communicate with her on the phone and then after all the clarification in the world she STILL got my order wrong and made me go all the way home to get the order SHE messed up after I got home and saw she messed up. We talked on the phone after I told her she messed up and she never thought to mention that it was required to bring the food back. No restaurant does that. No apology. No rectification. No nothing. Horrible service!!! I usually go this spot every so often for the "Pelham bay" smoothie, that i love ,,,and i even recommended my boyfriend try as well. I popped in on 7/20/19 (Sat) around 6ish, and there was 2 young females working the juicing area. I ordered The pelham bay for my boyfriend, and they downed the whole damn order with ice. It was soo watered down. Barely taste any type of fruit. I also ordered the protein Acai bowl,and asked if there were added toppings as an option and the worker looked like she didnt know a damn word i was speaking. as if i was talking a diff. language. then when i finally got my acai bowl, it was all watered down, like 4 slices of banana and few blueberries. this had to be the worse service i ever got at this place. The girls were too busy gossping, not paying mind to how they are putting the orderers together. Pelham bay & acai bowl was dissapointing. I will never go back again. Def. taking my money elsewhere. what was also weird as that she asked me how long i had my juicerite card that you get everytime you get a smoothie from there. She was like surprised i had one.You guys need to hire better determined staffing, that take the time out to make each order CORRECT!! and not down the smoothies with ice n barely any fruit! Ordered a chicken pesto wrap and a gainz smoothie from them using Uber eats and only the smoothie arrived, the delivery driver said I had to call them in regards to the wrap. When I called it was discovered that the employees at juice rite forgot to package it. The employee who answered the phone said it could not be delivered to me because I was too far so essentially I paid for food I didn't recieve. I asked to speak to the manager and after reasoning with the employee over the phone, initially reluctant to put the manager on the phone, I finally was able to speak with the manager. He also said I was too far, but after reasoning with him he said he would deliver it and asked for address and phone number. The kicker? NEVER SHOWED UP OR EVEN CALLED to let me know. I absolutely love their smoothies! they have so many fresh fruit options, plus fresh juices as well. Ive seen they also offer paninis and salads which i have yet to try but look forward to trying soon. I like that they also make protein shakes which is great for when im leaving the gym.
