My friend and I each ordered the barbecue pork nachos. This was our first time here. Our food came out very quickly. There was barely half a cup of pork on the nachos. The melted cheese was cold. Well, it was all cold. I asked for some barbecue sauce because I did not see any on the plate. The sauce tasted like ketchup. My friend agreed. We pushed our plates aside. When the server, Morgan, came to our table to ask if we wanted dessert, we ordered the pecan pie alamode. It was wonderful. We were very surprised that she did not ask how our meals were. My friend and I agreed that we would tell Morgan our thoughts of the meal when she asks, "How was everything?". But she did not ask. Surprisingly, she didn't even say that she hoped we enjoyed everything. We were each charged 75 cents each for the tiny pods of sauce. Each of our tickets were $24. Yes we could have and most likely should have, shared our distaste for the taste and quality of our meals. Maybe Morgan doesn't like the food either. LOL! Had a wonderful Sunday lunch at Williams barbecue yesterday. They were a little short staffed, but our food came out hot and our server, Autumn, was amazing as she had told us in advance what the situation was so we just had it nice time visiting until our food arrived. She was very attentive and the food was great. Definitely try the white sauce because it was amazing! I love mom and pop types of restaurants and this one was not a disappointment. The breakfast is a Hugh disappointment and expensive. The omelet was undercooked and slimey. The waitress stated it was the cheese. I've been eating omelets fir forty years and it wasn't cheese. They still charged me for an omelet that was not prepared correctly. I see now why they have such a sparce breakfast clientele! I recommend you find breakfast somewhere else. read more

Ordered from their app for delivery. I was missing about half of my order. When i called to ask about it i was told i would have to come up there and pick up the rest of the order. This is not how to do business. I will never order here again. No refund offered. The lady even admitted that the rest of the order was sitting there and the lady forgot to give it to the delivery driver. Horrible business practice. read more

Awesome food! Awesome Service! We were passing thru Cullman looking for a place to eat. Looking for something local. This place was a find. The food was quick and delicious and at a great price. The waitress was very knowledgeable of the food and gave some good suggestions. This was like a throwback to when customer service and quality was the foremost thought by the business. And it didn't break the bank. Can not say enough about the quality of this place. Take a chance, skip the large chains and support local. I promise you it will be worth it. read more

Screwed our order up twice just taking it then get home our bbq sandwiches have no slaw on them and my large cheeseburger that cost as much as a steak is the size of a small cheeseburger at jack's which is where I will be spending my money next time! read more

When you first drive up the appearance of the building could use an overhaul, at least a new coat of paint! There are a ton of choices on the menu, I had the BBQ sandwich plate and it was great. You get the sandwich, slaw, fries and beans which is a great value and a lot of food. The waitress was very attentive and patient as we had a bunch of kids with us. Excellent BBQ with good portion sizes! The chicken is cooked to perfection, and the pulled pork was yummy. The bbq sauce is a little on the sweet side, and the white sauce seemed to be missing vinegar. The bbq stuffed potato plate is actually two normal sized potatoes with a heaping of meat on the side. Whereas other bbq joints are closed on Mondays, Williams is serving some delicious food. read more

We had a terrible experience at Williams. The service was awful and our food (hamburger steak and chicken wings) were both raw! I was served a cold baked potato, it was left over and the butter would not even melt on it. Owner was very rude and would not even do anything about the undercooked food, and I paid full price!! read more

This review is difficult on the star rating. I would have given this place three stars, but the food was just too lackluster. The Bar-B-Q was bland and the sauce just couldn't fix it, partially because the sauce was underwhelming. Positives: Nice atmosphere, good hush puppies, server was very friendly, open for breakfast and lunch, clean restrooms. I guess I'd give this another try, but usually I find with BBQ places, they don't change the way they prepare their meat and their sauce is like their baby . . . so I assume I won't be pleased with another visit. read more

I have always enjoyed this place. Always the perfect french fries! Their chicken fingers are really good, I enjoy the BBQ, their burgers are good, and the BBQ sauce is amazing. They had s drive thru but no outside menu posted so you had to drive up to the window and be handed one! The pork BBQ sandwich was very generous with the meat , which was tender, but there was no seasoning on the meat and not enough sauce on it The banana pudding was jusr ok. Nothing special read more

I ordered the pulled pork plate and the portion size is enough for 2. Very good flavor to the pulled pork. It has a very smoky flavor that the sweet sauce goes very well with. We got extra sauce to bring home. My wife ordered the cheeseburger plate and it was cooked med well, just like she asked. The fries were crinkle cut and enough to feed 2 very hungry adults. My son ordered the mozzarella sticks. I tried one and it was the best I've ever had. I'm not sure if they are "home made" but they tasted very fresh and came with their sweet bbq sauce to dip them in which complimented them very well. I will be back! read more

Williams BQ is the worst BQ place I've ever eaten at! Their bq pork feels like you're chewing on rubber bands, but what inspired me to go online, I just got breakfast from there and it was horrible, too! I got the breakfast plate with bacon. The bacon absolutely rocked and was huge pieces, but it was downhill from there... the biscuit, grits, gravy and eggs were all off-taste. The eggs were oily which is weird cause they were only scrambled, but me and my dogs ate them and the bacon, but the rest got thrown away. Total waste of money and I won't be back. read more
