My family and I came in for dinner on a Saturday night around 9pm. The restaurant wasn't busy and our family of four were seated immediately. We ordered our drinks and got an appetizer. We got chips and dip trio that came out pretty quick. It wasn't my favorite, but my kids liked it. We all ordered wings and they took some time to cook, but were served hot and fresh. Ordered online and was told 15 mins. After I paid and tipped, the ordered shown it would take an HOUR to be done. I ordered side of salt and vinegar fries and a side of Mac and cheese with ranch. I wait an hour and come inside at 10:50 and wait 20 minutes for someone to show up at the takeaway counter. Got home and opened my food and it is extremely soggy. Used to be pretty good but it's really gone downhill. Current managers do not do well running shifts. Can't get help and wait is forever. If you have a big group I'd stay away for sure which is sad because it should be good for that. If you're in a hurry I'd avoid it like the plague. I have never been to a BWW I did not like until today. Hands down, the worst food I have had in awhile. The wings were overcooked/dried out, minimal sauce, and the ranch dipping sauce was the generic version. For the cost, the food was not only not up to par but you got very little of it as well. It wasn't a particularly busy time but when we entered the establishment, there was no hostess to be found and a few people in line ahead of us waiting as well. After around 5 mins she finally returned and put us all on the waiting list for 30-40 mins. We decided to wait, even though i had the vibe that we should leave. We were seated on time and our waiter was nice. He just wasn't very good at returning to check on us and we had to hunt him down a few times. They didn't give us silverware and couldn't even eat our food because i had to run around trying to find someone to grab us some. Our food was barley warm which was annoying but we ate it without complaint because the poor guy was running around serving so many and already had some other tables chewing him out about their experiences. We felt bad for the guy, he was young and may have even been sorta new. Our experience wasn't horrible but it wasn't the best either. Waitress forgot my drink that she carded me. Forgot our silverware, after being reminded. Wings, cold and dry. I've been here 5 times...each time it's horrible. I visit a BWW at least 50+ a year. This is by far the worst. Watching the hostess and waitresses while waiting for our cold food...look like stoned blind mice. Really sad. I'm a 30-50% tipper...today she got less than 10%. It was crazy at Buffalo Wild Wings (BWW) on a Saturday night during March Madness. Everybody was there from Prom dates to hardcore basketball fans resulting in a long 1.5 hour wait to get seated. The restaurant was loud and busy with servers pushing through tight spaces to reach our table located in the back corner. The service was good in spite of the craziness. The food, on the other hand, was average. While I am not expecting gourmet dining at BWW, some decent french fries are not too much to expect. The fries were obviously frozen; the hard thin over-cooked fries were not edible. The burger itself was good, but the bun was smashed like it was on the bottom bun tray and pressed flat. I think they were slopping out the food as fast as they could on a busy night without any quality checks before the food exited the kitchen. read more

I'm not one to leave reviews especially not a bad one when I have served and hosted for almost 10 years but I just felt like this one is needed. We've been coming to this Buffalo Wild Wings for almost 2 years now and every time we have a horrible experience. The hostess with glasses that usually always works when we come is just a nasty person. She has never greeted us once and never has a smile on her face. Makes us feel like we are a burden coming in. We always wait over an hour for our food and every time we order an appetizer it comes out after the meal. It never matters if the place has no customers or a ton. And the food has been old and cold a few times. The only reason we end up going there is because of the male bartender. He has great customer service and always takes care of us but he is the only one in that entire place that has any. The way they treat their customers is just awful. I always enjoy eating at BWW. I only eat Traditional wings (all flats) mild, fried pickles and fries but I've never had a bad experience with anything. The southwest ranch sauce that comes with the fried pickles is the best stuff ever(I wish they bottled this and sold it). I always get extra to eat with my fries. THE WORST PLACE I'VE EVER BEEN TO EAT! I'll start by saying I only downloaded Yelp and made an account for this review. PLEASE READ. First time ever going here, we tried ordering each of us a beer and a tequila shot. Waitress wouldn't let us have two alcoholic drinks at the same time and so we got the beer. So, finished our beers and asked for the tequila shots, and then were told we could only have an alcoholic drink ever 30 minutes. So we waited for the 30 minutes for the shot and asked again. Manager came a few minutes later and told us we had been cut off because we were "chugging our beers." We told our side of the story to the manager and he asked us if we would then like the beers for free and also said we weren't cut off anymore and we told him we just wanted the ticket and left and went to the Applebee's down the road and had no problems with them. A year goes by and we decide to give this place one more try. As soon as we walk in, we were welcomed with people surrounded by the door, crammed in the waiting area. We put our name on the waiting list and we're told it would be around 15 minutes. There were empty tables everywhere. We wait our 15 minutes on this app thing on our phone and then end up sitting at this table that had been clean when we first walked in. Waiter takes our drink order and I order a beer and a water for my meal. He then asked for my I.D. and so I showed it to him. He glances at it and says, "Nice try bud". I didn't know what to say and assumed he was joking. 30 minutes goes by and the beer nor water hasn't been given to us and have seen people getting their beers and so catch him walking by and ask "Hey is my beer on the way?". He then asked for another form of ID and I ask what's wrong with my ID. He then takes a closer look at my ID and apologizes and says the picture didn't even look like me (Granted I did have some facial hair in my ID pic but you don't not serve someone a beer because the picture don't look like them and even run the ID if you got to). At this point I'm shaking because I'm so pissed and waited here for 30 minutes. Really didn't care for the beer or my food at this point. 15 minutes goes by and I get my beer and my food at the same time. While eating, the couple beside us, probably more pissed than us about this place, tells us they had gotten our ticket sent to them and had to get their ticket changed. I end up only eating three wings and find out I only got 8 wings instead of 10. ALL I ORDERED WAS 10 WINGS, A BEER , AND A WATER. I tell our waiter and he said they could make me two more. In about a minute, a lady sets two wings in front of me. Got our tickets back shortly after and nothing was taken off, nothing discounted, or anything. So I paid, left no tip, and walked out. I am 24 with a CDL. If I get pulled over with a 0.04% BAC, I lose the CDL and my job, so I'm not some kid trying to get plastered and neither is anyone I'm around. I'd say I'm a very nice, respectful person. I leave a 20% tip pretty much everywhere I go. I've never not tipped until today and I feel like I've done the right thing for this place. Family of 5 out for Sunday night dinner. Two of the burgers were wrong. Burger #1 was a cheeseburger instead of a hamburger. It was taken back to the kitchen where the bun was replaced but the rest of the burger was repurposed along with the tater tots and bacon. When they brought it back, everything was cold. Burger #2 was a brisket burger that arrived missing the hamburger and cheese. Instead of taking it back the manager brought a lukewarm patty with half melted cheese to the table on a paper wrapper. Our salads consisted of wilted lettuce and tomatoes that tasted like they had been sliced for several days. The service was horrible. Manager visited our table twice and the only thing she had to say was the server was kinda new. Not the food or service we expected for $113. The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars is because one order of the wings was hot and delicious but the other 2 were lukewarm at best. read more

Environment is so fun, service is as amazing as the food! 5 star all around, except management is lacking, but not by much. I ordered wings and food for my kiddos, along with the recommended Dessert Nacho, which was as fantastic as promised. Everything came out in a timely fashion and with appealing presentation. My husband, son and I were there around 4pm 8-17-2019. My husband and son said they had had the best hamburger ever about 3 months previous so they wanted another one. The menu must have changed because the menu was more limited and the burger was no longer there. So we got the burger with cheese with only one patty. Such a disappointment, Burger king tasted better. Tasted like a thin piece of meat on a bun with not much flavor. Over the last three years I have enjoyed coming to Buffalo Wild Wings every Thursday night. On April 25th 2019 I received the worst customer service I have ever been apart of. The waitress by the name of Kristen made it apparent she had no care in the world about me or my family members. She had a smart tone while rolling her eyes through the FEW times she encountered us along with her not bringing us our food, NEVER offering a refill on our drinks or simply even asking if we needed anything.
