I'm SO thrilled with my surgery results!  I had an upper and lower blepharoplasty, along with a mini brow lift and under eye chemical peel.  It was important  for me to maintain my natural hooded eye shape and to simply look like "refreshed and awake" version of myself. Aging (40) and weight loss caused my already limited upper eyelid space to totally disappear and for under eyes hollows to appear. Dr. Joseph takes a conservative approach to surgery, so his results create a very natural look. He managed my expectations well and made sure that I understood what results were possible (or impossible) given my anatomy. In my opinion,  when it comes to the intricate and delicate eye area, it's SO important to find an Occulaplastics surgeon who specializes in this area. Don't bargain shop when it comes to your face or settle for a general facial plastic surgeon who may or may not often operate on the eye area. Before finding him, I had been told by other providers that filler was the answer for the unevenness under my eyes. Unfortunately, it only made things worse. After consulting with Dr. Joseph, I finally understood that what I actually needed was a lower blepharoplasty--not filler. That surgery completely refreshed my appearance while still looking incredibly natural. Friends would tell me I looked well-rested, and I honestly felt like I looked 10 years younger. As I approached 43, I noticed my upper eyelids had begun resting on my lash line. My eyes constantly looked tired, and my makeup routine had gone from about 7 minutes to nearly 30 because I was trying so hard to make my eyes look more open and awake. I knew it was time to go back to Dr. Joseph for an upper blepharoplasty. Just like my first experience, everything was exceptional. His office is one of the most organized and caring medical practices I've ever worked with. The communication before, during, and after surgery was incredibly thorough, and they made me feel supported every step of the way. They even surprised me by sending a beautiful bouquet of flowers to my home after surgery--a thoughtful gesture that perfectly reflects the kind of practice they run. The surgery itself was far easier than I had imagined. I was much more nervous than I needed to be. I never even needed Tylenol afterward, and my recovery was remarkably quick. By day eight, I looked almost completely normal. I'm now seven weeks post-op, and people constantly ask me if I've done something different because I look younger. From the moment I called to make the appointment, her and her staff was always very attentive and kind. As many reviews have pointed out, Dr Erb is double board certified in Oculoplastics surgery and ophthalmology. I knew I was in good hands and I'm so glad I was right! The procedure was done at the office with local anesthesia. He basically cuts around the piercing hole and then stitches it closed. I've struggled with recurring chalazions on both eyes, especially on my upper left eyelid, where it kept coming back in the exact same spot despite steroid injections and multiple chalazion removals. Because it continued to recur, Dr. Wang recommended a biopsy to rule out cancer. I was nervous at first, but she explained everything thoroughly and made me feel completely at ease. She performed the biopsy and chalazion removal during the same in-office procedure, and it went smoothly. Throughout the procedure, she kept checking on me to make sure I was comfortable. Afterward, she followed my recovery closely and even ordered additional lab work after my biopsy results to ensure nothing else was causing the recurrence. Her thoroughness and genuine care gave me so much peace of mind. I also want to thank the coordinator, who was incredibly helpful with my insurance and made the entire process much less stressful. DO NOT HAVE SURGERY!!!!!…read more How can I put zero stars? I was very excited to get my abdominal surgery after having kids and went to Doctor Park. I was recommended by a previous physician to see Doctor Park, he was very nice until he received my money. After Doctor Park received my payment he became a complete jerk! I was getting my blood work done for my surgery and my physician said I needed to bring up my iron levels up which Doctor Park did not agree with. Doctor Park is not for patient care at all! Doctor Park was upset that I reschedule my surgery from Jan to Feb and I honestly feel that he does not have a good patient bedside for anyone! Doctor Park has made this whole experience horrible. The comments he makes and the way he treats his patients he should not be practicing. After I had my surgery I have been depressed with the words and excuses he is telling me why he messed up. He told me my left side was messed up due to my scoliosis. I went out and immediately saw an orthopedist who had x-rays done and ruled out I did not have scoliosis. Now I have to go through another surgery for a revision of my left side. Very angry and upset. One of his responses he actually said to me was "your hooha looks great" to make matters worse. Follow up appointments to go see him he makes comments that makes me feel so bad to the point I dread seeing him.

Dr. Kosins identified the problem which was an encapsulated breast implant and was able to have me scheduled for surgery the following week. I was very skeptical about undergoing surgery because I have severe sleep apnea and a vocal cord paralysis. Dr. Kosins provided me with words of reassurance, which gave me the confidence to move forward with the procedure. The surgery went forward without any complications, and my pain decreased significantly. Now it is totally gone. Dr. Kosins was very knowledgeable about complications with breast implants and handled the situation brilliantly. I am very pleased with my results. His office staff is also very friendly and professional. The post operative care provided by his staff was top notch. I would recommend Dr. Kosins to anyone who is considering undergoing breast surgery and anyone who is experiencing issues with breast implants. Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with the outcome of my breast augmentation and with the level of follow-up support afterward. I had surgery on May 5, 2025. Around 4-5 months post-op, I began noticing significant asymmetry developing. By the time I returned for my follow-up appointment in September, the issue had already become very noticeable. At this point, I developed capsular contracture on my left side, causing the breast to feel hard, tight, and unnatural. On the right side, the implant dropped significantly lower than the left, creating visible asymmetry and uneven nipple positioning. I also experienced poor scar healing around my right areola, with the scar remaining thick, raised, and persistently itchy nearly a year later. To be fair, Dr. Kosins did acknowledge the asymmetry during my September appointment, discussed revision options with me, and his office provided information regarding the Allergan warranty coverage. I understand capsular contracture is a known risk of breast augmentation surgery and not necessarily the result of negligence. However, what left me disappointed was the lack of continued follow-up and support afterward. After the initial discussion regarding revision options and warranty information, there was no further outreach, follow-up phone call, scheduling assistance for next steps, or even scheduling of my one-year post-op appointment/check-in. As a patient navigating an upsetting complication less than a year after surgery, that absence of communication left me feeling unsupported and alone in the process. I never expected perfection, and I understand complications can happen with any surgery. But when complications do occur, communication, reassurance, and aftercare matter just as much as the surgery itself. Patients deserve to know not only how successful outcomes are handled, but also how they are supported when results do not go as planned.

I wouldn't wear any form fitting tops for the past six years. I met Dr. Savalia over the summer for consultation and his office was very accommodating to schedule me in late November due to some prior commitments. I love my breasts! They look pretty damn close to natural and I'm confident in wearing form fitting tops and even bathing suits. I love the work so much that I'm inspired to get back to my pre-cancer body and have been working out again once I was released.
