You get half of what they sell it for. For me this is nice. Rather than sell each item myself, along with waiting for those that are late or never arrive and haggle when they do, I drop them in one place. There's a website where I'm able to see what I've got there and the status, available and sold and what they got for it. Every month a check is issued. They sell items in the store and some items on line. They also sell antiques tools if you're a collector and fishing equipment. I've referred co-workers and friends to the shop.

He gave pretty comparable pricing and told me I could get a shipment within 3 days. All cabinets would come built and I would just need someone to install it. CON: Well, when I decided to order my cabinets, Bud was on vacation and the other guy couldn't take my order. Then the cabinets took longer than a 3-day delivery because of the day I ended up ordering it on. The cabinets also arrived late on delivery day. Bud told me there was traffic. The guys end up telling me it was because they were short staff. I love honesty....no need to lie. So, my contractors ended up waiting around for 3 hours...not fair to them. PRO: Bud tried to make it up to me. A couple of pieces did not come in and I ended up needing an additional filler that he did not charge me for. I also ended up having to order another filler and that came in a timely manner and I picked it up from their showroom. Overall good experience, just need to tighten up ordering and delivery.

We're sure as shit gonna grow. And it's our mission to convince our friends to grow, as well. We're planning on presenting a group of friends a new housewarming plant - a clone from our mother, Lady Martok (a klingon name for a warrior plant that we originally thought we dead when our cat pulled her out of her pot when she was a tiny, baby). This will be our first time growing in dirt. Lady Martok (our mother) and B'elanna (the one we're gonna smoke) are growing in coco. Needless to say, we needed a little education and the dude running the shop was more than willing to give it to us. Some people are born teachers. They teach you without making you feel like an idiot. This guy is like that. And he teaches a grow class at the shop. He helped us choose the right nutrients while simultaneously helping another customer choose the right pots and talking about why he shouldn't put rocks inside the pots (the roots don't like that). We definitely found our new supplies store. Bonus, it's in the same shopping strip as Taco Love Grill (see my review of that elsewhere on my yelp page)!!

My initial experience with the saw is that the saw is one of high quality and if my initial experience holds, it may be the last chainsaw I will need to purchase. However, only time and use will prove that to be or not be true. On the other hand, I can rate my experience with the shop and Tony the salesman. It was excellent. He didn't try to BS me or oversell me. He also advised me regarding the best saw to meet my requirements. He discussed pros and cons of different priced saws and seemed to understand I had budget limits. Once I decided on the saw to purchase, he pulled one from his display shelf, fueled and oiled it, then started it to assure everything was in working order. He actually did that twice. First without the bar and chained installed and then again after installing the bar and chain. He discuss the starting procedure and made sure I was comfortable with the operation of the saw. He did his best to be sure that I was satisfied that the saw I was purchasing was the chainsaw I wanted. Stihl has a reputation of quality. Time will tell about the chainsaw but my experience with Tony and the Glen Burnie Lawn Mower Shop gives me great comfort that I found a quality dealer.

We wanted a premium quality update for 20 year-old kitchen, but had a tight budget. After getting some eye-popping bids from contractors that wanted to do everything or nothing, we decided to DIY it and hoped for the best. We looked at all the online, RTA and big box retailers but weren't happy with the combination of quality, price and guidance we found. Fortunately, we came to Kraftmaid Vantage, Pandora and Shaw. Shaw worked with us to DIY what we could and provided help (patiently) when we asked. He had great ideas, but also listened to our ideas. He gave great guidance on configuration, color and countertops. The cabinets were professionally delivered on time. We had one damaged item and the factory didn't cut the oven cabinet correctly. Shaw sorted the problems quickly without issue. We're very happy with Kraftmaid Vantage quality and finish - particularly for about the same cost as online brands and for less than lower quality Kraftmaid product from the big box stores. Shaw also provided guidance on the quartz counter tops and arraged for their installation. His contractors were polite, professional, on-time and did beautiful work. Again, for about the same cost as the box box stores. While we aren't 100% finished (still need to install the range top in the island and some lighting), we are thrilled with the result. Thank you, Shaw. We'll be back when we do the laundry room.
