Seeing an online circular is what made me take the drive to this location. The sales were awesome and the availability of products was enough for everyone. They even had fresh pickles at the deli. Rarely am I not greeted, and often an employee, if they see me in the aisle will ask if I need assistance. Although not a warehouse store like *cough Home Depot cough *, they have almost everything I need (within reason). I like how they have pretty much every wood stove accessory or repair item, this is something that the warehouse stores *cough Lowes cough* do not carry. Tip: Sign up for their loyalty program. You get discounts and credits towards future purchases. Tip: If you come in with kids, bring a couple of quarters for the old school HUGE gumball machine.

The same arrogant guy gave my dad a hard time, just as he always does for me. I should preface this extra part by saying my father is also recovering from knee replacement surgery. The guy held the door open and told him to carry the soil into the store. When he saw my dad struggling to walk and carry the soil, he got so annoyed by him that when my father finally got close to the front door, he shut the door in his face, and walked back inside. This is my absolute last straw with this place. You cannot bill yourself as the "friendly neighborhood hardware store" and keep doing things like this to your customers. When they called to set up my delivery date they said again I have to have a clear path which I do. Yesterday June 25th my pellets arrived and dropped in front of my garage the driver refused to stack them in my garage even though I had a clear path to do so. I had to pay someone $100.00 to do what was suppose to be done by your driver. When I finally got a hold of Tori today she said that they don't hand stack anymore and only bring them in on a pallet jack. That if I had wanted them hand stacked there is an additional fee for that and they only do that on a certain day. She also said that she tells everyone upon setting up the delivery that she informs people then that they have to have enough room for the pallet jack. This is a complete lie my husband is disabled and was sitting next to me when I ordered the pellets on speaker phone and when the delivery was set up a few days later. At no time did anyone tell us they are not hand stacked and that they are brought in with a pallet jack. Had I known this I would have never gotten pellets from your store. I would not recommend your store to anyone very poor service.

We ended up purchasing 30+ shrubs and trees (a good bit of money) and one of the plants died within two weeks of planting - it was the same as three others, all planted in the same place, same watering, and same sun exposure. We called to ask if we could have this one plant replaced as this clearly was a plant issue vs. a care issue (matter of fact all other plants are thriving) the manager Todd said he would not guarantee his plants, said this was a care issue, and then hung up on my wife.
