I am leaving a 4 star because I think my experience was a fluke, and I don't want my review to effect their rating, but I am hoping this feedback gets to the management. The online reservation system needs work. We reserved the 90 minute pairing for 5:30 on a Sunday. It's the slot that showed up and we got constant reminders. We got there with a party of 4 and they were very kind but then when they realized we had planned on being there for a bit they said "you do know we close in 30 minutes" we were nice and said we will probably leave because we wanted to stay longer but we will come back another time, they tried to accommodate for the 30 minutes but we just didn't want to be there for just 30, we made it pretty kindly and clear that we are going to leave but they wanted to sell us a bottle of wine or have us there for 30 minutes or get a reservation at Scotts- we didn't want to go to Scott's. please if your system allowed the reservation and we understand the reservation has flaws, and the customer is kindly saying no problem we will go elsewhere- let that be. The toxic positivity and the "out hours are on our website" was a bit much- we booked a reservation for a 90 minute tasting. We shouldn't have to cross reference the business hours. This was our second online reservation that didn't work. The prior week we made a reservation online but there was a private owner event and the online reset system was still allowing reservations. I think it is a beautiful place and at some point I look forward to actually being able to get a reliable reservation. read more

This is my favorite place to taste wine in Folsom. It has a welcoming and upscale yet cozy atmosphere. The wine is excellent. My husband and I became members a few years ago. This is also my go-to ladies night out spot. The staff are friendly and accommodating. We love seeing Paige and Drew who work here. read more

It took us a while to find the entrance, walked around the building and ended up walking through Scott's before we were directed upstairs. Loved the interior but opted to sit outside. Service was excellent. My only complaint was the wines were not to my liking. We ordered a flight and I only liked one out of the 3. Just not a fan of Oregon wines and prefer Napa cabs. I was very disappointed in this location. The service was poor and they weren't even crowded. I requested a wine flight and received one glass of wine. When I asked I was told the table was too small and I had to go up to the bar and ask for the other wines that I wanted. When inquiring about which wines would pair well with the charcuterie board the gentleman behind the bar looked totally puzzled when I asked. There were numerous employees standing around yet none of them even came up to see how I was or if I needed anything else. I've been to numerous wineries and never had this type of service. Hello fellow wine lovers, if you haven't made it to this great location yet, give it a try. I have been going since it opened. Until recently I would have given it less stars, maybe 3. It's Oregon wines have been solid from day one. At first their California wines sucked. The employees have always been great, Drew has been our favorite to serve us the great wines and great food. Another favorite to ask for is Page, she also is outstanding and knows her wines. Something changed earlier this past year, changed grapes maybe the winemaker not sure but their California wines are worth a try now! Seemed for the first few months they had no operating strategy. It got to where I figured they would be closing due to how it was being managed and the lack of customers. Recently things have turned around, all wines worth tasting, all the staff seems happier, customers are filling up the tasting room on a regular basis including myself and my friends! Nice turn around Carissa, who is the new GM in charge! You can buy shares of their stock and become a owner for better pricing. Had a fantastic Halloween evening at this place! we were on the balcony, gorgeous views, great wine, knowledgeable staff, great food! would totally come back! the staff is professional and understanding. We had a drunk birthday group next to us and the staff really went above and beyond to assist the drunk woman. She was very rude to the staff and complained the whole time. The birthday group bragged about sneaking in vodka to spice up the experience.
